If the handler wants it to be Mini Goku on the boards I dont see a problem, but Goku Jr is considered saiyan on the roster page so we cant change the name.
I personally like Goku Jr better because its the name from the show. However, I always get the two GJ's confused(Garlic and Goku) so it could help

Actually I think his name was just Goku in the anime, but it's been awhile since I saw the GT special.

Back on to the original idea, Goku Jr.'s name in the special was just Goku.. No Jr. at the end if I remember correctly, thou last time I watched it was a few months back..
