As Jackie ran into Area A, the terrain slowly changed from its jungle form. Trees started to become less frequent and there was also less obstacles in the way. Like it was in no time, the human found himself on long straitght terrain with lots of small grass and not many trees. But these trees were ordinary unlike the jungle palm trees. The elderly human started to lose lots of energy and soon found himself completely exuasted. Which wasnt suprising, due to the fact that he ran a great distance. His food and water supplies also started to shrink. He wished a bunker would be nearby. And jsut as he passed over a really small hill, his eyes cought sight of the large grey plain building, with a large syntex sign on it. The martial artist smiled and slowly moved to the bunker. Strangely the door to it was made out fo glass and it automaticly opened when someone came, like doors at supermarkets. The door gently moved out of the way and the warrior entered. The interior was much better looking then anything else he saw up till now. He was glad he found a really neat place to rest. He filled up his stock and went immediatly into his quarters to rest.

*********

Jackie woke up with a big stretch. He had a good rest. Suprisingly, since Syntex beds were rather cheap, but the human did not know about that. Obviously the material was high standard. After a few morning excersises, the martial artist put back on his equipment and left the abandoned bunker. As he stepped outside, he took a deep breath. The air was better then in Area D. With this pleasing news, Jackie was ready for a challenge.

OOC: Yay!

Tapion sighed in relief when he felt the ship land. People were already shuffling out of the ship as fast as they could making Tapion want to get up and stretch his legs outside as well. The konat walked away from Pikkon and his little brother, letting them follow at will if they wanted. He knew his brother would be ok, at least. Tapion made it to the ship's hatch which was opened with a stairway to the ground. He walked out into the air and felt a sudden pressure on his body, then realized what it was. Gravity. The planet of Dante had more gravity than earth and he wasn't used to it as much. He sighed again as he walked down the strairs and took a deep breath of fresh air. He shielded his eyes from the sun shining down on him and everybody else brightly.

Warriors were already flying away and running off to their safety bunkers. Tapion figured he needed to do the same. He started to rise above the rest of the crowd and then shot forward, lazily. He remembered the map that they showed earlier and figured that if he went straight up, he would arive at Area A. He wanted to go here because there was a big lake which would be fun when it came to fighting.

The konat was getting hungry and tired and needed to get to his safety bunker. His aura shot up around him and he pressed forward faster. He flew through the air quickly, but not as fast as he could go. Tapion looked to the side and saw a big yellow barrier. It was the energy barricades they set up. He figured if he touched it, he would be killed. So he uses his good sense and decided against it.

Before Tapion knew it, he was in area A. He knew this because of the huge leg. He started turning in an east direction now so that he could get to the safe house. He continued to fly, this time, as fast as he could. He would destroy anybody that stood in his way to the goal. He didn't care who it was or how powerful they were. He would do it for the ending rewards.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

That sharp eyes of the konats-jin spotted a building-the safe house. Tapion started to descend in the air when he felt power. People were there. Tapion placed the scouter he was given over his eye, to find the exact levels. They were rather low. Lower than his, at least. He smirked at this, thinking he could easily destroy any being that was there.

The feet of the konat hit the ground infront of the doorway and he opened the door. He saw two warriors there and he stared forward, knowing who they were.

"Yamcha? Thirteen?"

"Tapion?"

Tapion shook his head. So much for killing people without worry. He smiled friendly and walked in and fixed himself some rice as well and sat at the table with Yamcha and ate. He was hungry after all.

OOC: Hello.

The miniscule warrior stepped from the exit ramp of the stuffy ship. The Day's in that massive suite of a transport had been slow and tedious, Minoshia was extravagant to be out in nature again. He breathed in deep, His nostrils filling with the sweet air of freedom, of fresh grass and herbs. He slipped the small cylinder into his long pocket that was cut into the side of his dangling White Robe, the soft and slick fabric glimmering in the sun. He dropped the bean in a smaller, closeable compartment, for safe keeping.

"Hey Tapion-" The small Konat said to the air where his brother previously was. A frown spread from cheek to cheek. The tiny young Konat drooped his head, His chin rustling something he had slid into a upper chest pocket. The pint sized hands dug into the well of his robe, pulling out a small contraption.

"My Scouter!" Minoshia did a childish jig, not yet taking the tournament seriously. He slid the scouter over his eyes, A green tint covered his left eye vision as numbers and names scrolled through the side adjacent to his ear. He found a familar Ki level, Labeled after his brother and headed in the direction the number created on the screen.

Minoshia flew over the Treetops, surpressing his powerlevel as to not be detected as a threat easily. A Large compound marked the spot where tapion we staying. The Younger Konat lowered his alitude and landed at the gate.

The Door slid open rather easily, and as it did A alarm on his collar went off. He remembered he had to deactivate it and quick before the dematerialization process killed him.

"MINOSHIA! Here!" Tapion through Minoshia a small Laser Pointer object. Minoshia caught it and pressed the button on it, a small red beam stung into a seam on his collar. And the alarm stopped.

"Tapion, come over here i need to talk to you."

The Two Konat's met in a corner at the rear of the room, Minoshia cupped his hand around Tapion's ear and whispered something into the Konat's Brain. The Two smiled. Tapion understood.

Reijin appeared within Area A, next to his ball of energy he had fired. It continued it's blinding path northwest, and was soon out of sight. He sighed, and then dropped down from the sky quickly, not wanting to attract attention. From where he was located, he could see a lake close by. He checked his location on his scouter, and found that he was near a bunker, in the south east side of Area A. He turned, and jumped with a start. He saw a shimmering field of energy nearby. According to the map on his scoutter, that was to be the "barrier". It seemed to shimmer, as a flat energy field that stretched upwards as far as the eye could see, and out to the sides for a good distance. His feet touched the ground, and noticed some forms coming closer. He could feel very strong power levels from them.

He tightened his fists, and cracked his knuckles. He began to walk towards the barrier, awaiting the fight that seemed to be coming. Two warriors landed, while Reijin pressed his back to a tree, turning and looking as he lowered his power level. "They said we can't go through those things... To me, they don't even look solid." one of them laughed. The other chuckled with him, and then fired a quick beam through the barrier. Reijin ducked behind the tree as the beam flew into the ground next to him, exploding. He peeked back around the corner, and saw them shaking their heads. "Nothing. I think we've been lied to." the second one voiced.

With that, the two leapt into the air, and flew towards the barrier. The beams had gone through without disturbing the barrier at all. Reijin watched carefully as they grew closer. The warriors reached ten feet from the barrier when suddenly coils of lightning sparked out, catching them off guard. Their eyes went wide as they were hit by the lightning, their bodies suddenly tightening up and convulsing. They screamed, and then the lightning seemed to hold them in place for a few seconds, electrocuting them without mercy. As suddenly as it began, the lightning ceased, returning to a colorless shimmering barrier as the two blackened forms dropped to the ground, smoke pouring up from their blistered bodies.

Reijin's eyes widened slightly, and then narrowed. The barrier was impressive, to say the least... Now... he had to decide how to use it to his advantage... But first... He turned and began to run quickly across the terrain. The area was pretty open, a clear field covered by a few sparse trees around him. He didn't want to attract too much attention by using his Ki, so each step counted. Soon he came over the top of a hill and stopped, looking around. He saw that the lake was still to his left, and saw a couple of warriors walking around near it. He turned to the bunker that had appeared off in the distance, and then ran towards it.

Moments later he had crossed the threshold of the bunker, and ran inside the doors, leaping into the air and landing in a roll, coming up with his hand pointed to the doorway. He sat there silently, watching the door, his heavy breathing echoing in the silence. Noone. He rose, and turned, scanning the base. It seemed that noone had arrived here yet- No, he heard a few noises off in the distance. He walked to the supply cabinet and grabbed some, and looked into a mirror. He noted that the light on his collar had changed from an ominous looking red to a calming blue. He assumed that it meant the collar was temporarily deactivated and he was supposedly safe.

One thing was sure. From his conversations earlier, Trunks would probably be waiting for him somewhere. Reijin didn't like the feelings they had towards him, as his taste for Trunks and Kakarot was no longer personal... but he was not going to be soft. He was going to be the cold warrior he had to be to win this tournament. There would be time to make amends later. He had tried to talk to them, and they would hear nothing of it. There would be more time to talk in hell. For now, he had a tournament to win. If they took it personal, then they had no true Saiyan fighting spirit.

Reijin turned and walked through the bunker, searching for any inhabitants...

Tapion listened intently. He smirked a bit then looked him in the eye.

"Are you sure?"

He asked his younger brother. He was replied to with a nod and Tapion put his ear to the cupped hands again to listen some more. Tapion's eyes darted left and right, up and down. He was listening and was liking the idea. He smiled.

He went back to his table and sat down and finished his rice after Yamcha. He looked up at the other warriors.

"So, what's it like already here? Let's go check it out!"

Tapion started to say. Thirteen shrugged and Yamcha agreed, thinking he was safe because he was partnered with Tapion once before. Tapion was about to get up then stopped. A strong ki had just gone by, probably going to the other safety bunker. When he felt the ki go the opposite direction, he sighed in relief and continued to get up. Minoshia smiled and went along with Tapion while Yamcha and Thirteen followed together behind.

"I think all of us should work together to win."

Said Yamcha. Minoshia and Tapion's eyes met from the corner. They smiled at each other, unknown to the other two.

"You know...that's a good idea..." Started Tapion, "Minoshia, let's team up."

The other two were confused for a second and Minoshia was smiling ear to ear. Tapion jumpedbackwards between the two warriors and he heard his brothers voice yell out loud.

"Kaioken!"

OOC: Sorry Yamcha and 13. Had to get you out of the safety bunker. I really didn't want to bring you into it Reijin, so I made it seem like you went the other way, if that's ok? If not, you can arrive I guess...

EDIT BY REIJIN: I went into the right bunker, as I stated in my post. If that's not where you guys are, then *shrug* That's still where I am.

Reijin walked quietly down the hallway, feeling a few Ki signatures nearby. He turned around a corner, and then noticed two humanoid forms with large red mohawks in fighting stances. Their opponents seemed to be a large human with no Ki signature and a shorter human with short black hair. Reijin assumed the one with no Ki to be an android. It seemed a fight was about to begin. Reijin chuckled.

He walked right up to them, auras blazing. He stepped behind the shortest mohawked one with the Kaioken around him, and tapped him on the shoulder. "Isn't there a limit to children twelve and under in this place?" he rasped, an evil gleam in his eye.

OOC:FIGHT! Minoshia & Tapion Vs. 13

"You know...that's a good idea..." Started Tapion, "Minoshia, let's team up."

The other two were confused for a second and Minoshia was smiling ear to ear. Tapion jumped backwards infront of 13 and he heard his brothers voice yell out loud.

"KAIOKEN!!" Minoshia bellowed at the top of his Tiny Lungs, Minoshia stood close to the sole foe. His brother Tapion stood next to him.

"Tapion, Take the Scrap Metal!"

Minoshia Squatted into his fighting stance, Tapion's aura erupted in the distance and he too broke down into a Lethal Stance. The Konat Brethren Were low to the ground, ready to pounce. Minoshia's Scouter detailed the powerlevels of his opponents.

Android 13- 1,080,000
Tapion- 1,400,000

He slapped the side of his head. Damn Useless toy was giving him ballpark figures. Minoshia knew his own to be capping Thirty one million at maximum Kaioken, which was his current enstallment, And that's where the battling Konat planned on remaining for the entire Duel.

13 questioned the Konats" What the Hell is going on you two? Cut the crap and let's go. I think your serious"

"What gave ya that Idea Shitface?!" Tapion threatened.

"Oh Shit.."

"Isn't there a limit to children twelve and under in this place?" a starnge man rasped, an evil gleam in his eye.

Minoshia spun around, a Tall Saiyan stood proud over him. A Daunting look gleamed in his Iris. Minoshia faulted back slightly, staring at The unique saiyan.

"Hmmm.. I'm Not sure sir. I like Your Hair though, It's Spiky like ours!" Minoshia played with his hair, a huge childish grin swept across his face.

The Saiyan Stood there, not moving, not making any action.

"Hiyuh! I'm Minoshia, and This is my Brother Tapion." The Young child pranced around.

The Saiyan's slate faced cracked a faint smirk.

"I am Reijin."

"Nice to Meet ya Reijin!" Minoshia stuck out his hand, his body straight and his eyes forced shut by the massive size of his smile.

The taller Saiyan took a few step's backwards and leaned against the wall of the Bunker, observing the event's carefully. had Minoshia and Tapion created a friend? or an enemy?

The Young Konat turned back to the Man he was battling, could perhaps the Friendship of this mysteriously powerful being be won through showing him How he battled? Perhaps Reijin needed allies, and Minoshia was determined to prove himself worthy. Minoshia Pushed off the ground, he could feel the tips of his toes digging into the rough terrain and thrusting him towards the Human. His Orange Mohawk dragging back against the rear of his scalp, the wind pressing it flat against his head. IN the corner's of his eyes he could See Tapion connecting a Fist into 13's Jaw. Minoshia grew closer. 13 Thrust his arm's out and began to power up, to no avail, he was not in time. Minoshia grabbed the top of his scalp. Pulling his Long Hair downwards he drove his patella into the nose of his foe. Minoshia Flipped backwards, feeling the crunching of the human's nose on his knee. He smirked.

Blood Poured from the wound. 13 Fell backwards, both hand's grabbing his nose in the utmost pain. He had never been struck by such a strong Foe before. The Droid was determined to not be beaten as badly as it seemed he might, His Aura burst around him as he Kicked himself back onto his feet. Ducking down into a Warrior Stance.

Minoshia Was flying through the air, His arm's laced behind his head, trying to bring the hammer down on his Foe.

13 lifted his Foot, Striking hard in the abdomen of the Flying Phenom. Minoshia doubled over upon being struck by the large boot. Spit ejected from his mouth, He tighted his stomach, bringing himself back to fighting status. Minoshia leaned forward, balancin himself upon the foot. The Konat Swung his feet back, thrusting his torso forward. Flipping towards the Head of his foe, Minoshia grabbed 13's Neck. Upon reaching the ground, Minoshia hands were stretched behind his own head, grasping the head of another. His Thigh's Pulsed as 13 Crashed into the ground in front of him and Minoshia's arm's relaxed, stressed out in front of him. His Palm glowing bright Orange.

Minoshia thrust His hand toward's the chest of his foe. The Orange Ball of Energy descended onto the torso of 13, An explosion rocketed upwards as Minoshia hauled ass out of there. MInoshia floated from a distance, catching his breath and wiping the sweat from his face. The Saiyan armor on top of His white Robe was something he was not used to, and thus was gaining expierience with it.

As the dust cloud Settled MInoshia gazed at his enemy. The Human warrior lay twitching at the bottom of a small crater, Rock and Sand swirling around him. His Armor torn in the middle, a small gap in it where the explosion struck. Blood secreted from the missing piece, Wires frizzled and the red ooze spilled onto his chest.

Minoshia descended, One foot landing on each side of the barren warrior. 13 struggled to breath. Pain secreting through him. Minoshia grasped his stomach. His recovery was lowered due to the mass Kaioken. Small aches remained. The Konat laced his hands in front of him. Energy Flickered, yellow energy. The form of a rod.

Energy Leaked off the Blade. Minoshia whirled it around his head. He pointed the alongated sword towards the Android. Thrusting His biceps and forearms downwards with all the force he could muster, he felt the flesh rip as Minoshia Drove the Blade into the THigh of his foe, pulling it down to further increase the pain.

Minoshia then stepped back and ascended upwards, Decreasing his Kaioken to nothing so he could rest. He gazed at the sqeualing humanoid, then towards his brother. WHo seemed to be doing quite well chatting with Reijin. When 13 arises, My Kaioken goes back to full Minoshia made a note in his mind.

"Tap, get in here and fight beside me ya lazy bum!"

SECTOR A'S ENVIRONMENT
Once this has been compiled into Reijin's guide, this post will be removed.

Sector A was a harsh one, indeed. It seemed almost as if no natural creature could live there, lest suffer a cruel death by nature?s hand. Mountains dominated a massive region of the sector, their caps hidden by the layer of grey strata that obstructed a blue sky during the day and the stars and moon during the night. Winds rushing incessantly through the area, biting the skin like an unsatisfying itch. In some areas, it was even worse, showing only ruthlessness to those unfortunate, or rather, unwise enough to cover their appendages, resulting in incurable frostbite and indescribable pain. This was seen most usually in Sector A?s most uninhabitable area, a mountain chain in the northern sector ? the Frozen Spine. In the center of the sector lay its most infamous area ? Icedawn Lake. It was a body of water that stretched on for an incredible distance that was ten percent of the sector?s total area, and every single drop of it lay crystallized from the austere cold. Rumors were abroad that only the vilest of creatures could find the place habitable, and only unmatched warriors or pure fools would venture there.

However, there were some areas where things were not so bleak. Grasslands (or plains) could be seen from time to time, though never seen in the northern most region or the southwest and east borders. Pitfalls and steep hills laced these lands, gargantuan black boulders of some seemingly unbreakable mineral completing the regions. It was clear that volcanic eruptions from long ago had scarred the lands, greenery finally finding its way into nature?s hand. The largest concentration of grasslands could only be found south of Icedawn Lake, in the corner bordering Sector?s C and D. Though no reasoning could be construed, any person seeking the easiest, though still callous, environment would seek it no place else.

Still, in the recesses of the Frozen Spine lay three bases. Two remain uninhabited, the third becoming a base of operations for Synex troops. Though, in amidst the wind and snow, the other two wait?

"This...area A interests me very much. Meet me up ahead, I'm going to extinguish my competition...humph..." declared Burori, looking over his shoulder into the distance. His King nodded, and with that, he was off, knowing full and well that Broli could handle himself. Once King Vegeta had disappeared, Broli turned around and folded his arms. ?Come out.? Characters formed from the darkness of wind and snow. There were six of them, all wearing dark capes, the wind curling each cape?s tips around the body armor that each one wore. ?Saiya-Jin?? Burori asked, more surprised than concerned as to the reasoning of these new arrivals. The Saiyans began to encircle Burori, one (their leader) stepping forward. ?You are Broli, correct?? A simple nod answered the question, one that the leader already knew the answer to. ?And you have made contact with the King, Vegeta?? Another nod. A smirk spread across the bare face of the Saiya-Jin as he placed his hands on his hips. ?So you?re the one who destroyed Sativa?s palace. She was mightily angered by that? But I?m sure you could guess that.? As the leader studied Burori, he shifted his weight uneasily at the sight of Burori?s charred arm. ?Ha! Here I am, on a mission from Sativa to look for Vegeta, and I stumble across you, walking like a fool about the ship to Dante.?

Broli bared no emotion. ?Are you sure you want to do this?? He didn?t like to play games and was ready to get this over with. The Saiya-Jin troupe leader frowned, holding up his hands innocently. ?We just want to have some fun. Ain?t that right, boys?? A series of grunts and barbaric chuckles followed; they began to close in. ?I?ll give you one more chance,? solemnly declared the one-armed Saiyan. There wasn?t time for an answer, as the leader immediately took this as a sign of Broli?s defense being down. He lunged at Broli, fist ready for a compelling blow. However, a spinning kick from his hopeful victim sent him reeling into the snow. Instantly, the other five made their moves, tackling Broli as hard as they could muster. The one-armed Saiyan fell to one knee, attempting to support the weight of his attackers. The warriors, showing no mercy, proceeded to punch and kick Burori in the gut, face, and every other point in which they considered to be weak. Amidst all this, the leader climbed to his feet, wiping away the crimson substance from his lips.

With a fierce gust of wind, Broli roared, his body exploding into energy as his aura enflamed him. Each warrior found his home deep in the snow as they were blown off of their victim. Broli stood, preparing himself to meet another attack from the Saiyan leader. However, to his surprise, the leader simply bowed. ?Hm? It seems that you live up to your reputation. After all, you were able to obliterate an entire security force, kill Commander Dylock, and destroy the Royal Palace? It seems this fight will have to continue another day.? The leader bent to the ground, picking up his cloak, as it had been knocked off earlier. He clipped it tightly to his upper back, smiled to Burori, and turned to walk away. His counterparts, still climbing to their feet, followed his example. They began walking away, rubbing their tender wounds as they looked back at the victor with sheer resentment at having their pride utterly crushed. The Saiyan leader stopped for a moment, turning sideways to look at Broli. ?But I warn you? I?m in this tournament too, and I?ll be getting stronger. You may have had the upper hand this time, but next time?? His eyes narrow. For a moment, it seemed that his face grew darker. ?I won?t show any mercy.? Broli made no response, picking a similar cloak that one of the warriors had lost off the ground. Clipping it to him (in order to help with the cold), he watched as his opponents disappeared? into the darkness of wind and snow?

OCB - King Vegeta

His enemy blinded, he grabbed the Namekian, if it was even that, and slammed its head into his knee. The Namekian fell back into the snow (OOC: Or whatever it is =P). Bejita Ou sighed. "The cold will finish you off." The creature continued to lay on the ground, semi-conscious, wheezing. As King Vegeta turned to leave, a single shot rang out. The bullet tore through his shoulder, blood spurting into the snow. Eyes wide with surprise, King Vegeta looked upon his attacker. It was one of multiple Synex troops, appearing to have shot from the incredible distance between he and Bejita Ou. "No one can shoot that accurately!" he exclaimed. Another shot was fired, Bejita Ou expecting another hit to his torso. However, his eyes trailed to the lifeless body next to him. The creature lay there, blood dripping from the hole in the side of his head. Looking back at the Synex troops, Bejita Ou found that they were gone...

He fell to one knee, gripping his left shoulder in order to provide pressure. The bullet wound, along with the sheer fatigue and damage sustained from the creature, proved to take more of an extreme toll on the king than he initially realizing. "It seems that Synex only allows one to give mercy, not to receive it. A harsh place, indeed..." His voice trailed off as he wandered through the snow...

OCB: Mercy - +2,500 zeni.

Reijin chuckled watching the shorter warrior fight against the Android. Minoshia, he had named himself. And the creature that was near him was called Tapion. Reijin's scouter identified them as Konatsu-jin. He heard Minoshia yell for his brother's help, and Reijin motioned towards the Android. "Seems the little one is in over his head."

He leaned back up against the wall, watching, seeing how the little one would do. On this planet, it was wise to choose your allies wisely, and your enemies even wiser.

It didnt pass much time, until a group of warriors appeared in the distance. Jackie watched them for some time, before he decided he should get busy as well. He started travelling to the north. He didnt travel a great distance when he realized it was starting to get colder. White mountains stood tall in the distance. But this ment little to Chun, when his scouter started beeping. A Syntex warrior appeared on the horizon and found himself soon next to the martial artist. The purple fighter grinned:

"Finally, I thought no one was here."

Jackie checked his scouter. It read.....

OOC: Myself, KV, Guldo, and Nail are at the west bunker. I?m RPing as if Rei, Taps, etc. are at the East Bunker.

Broli stepped before the bunker doors, sliding two fingers over the red button. The doors slid open, and he stepped inside, finally out of the cold. He could sense Bejita Ou?s ki nearby. ?Seems he?s done a good job of allowing the two of us to meet up.? Two other signatures were detectable as well, to Burori?s surprise. As the doors slid behind him, the Saiyan made his way through the hallways and into the room where the ki signatures were emanating from. King Vegita, Guldo, and Nail all looked towards the doorway. King Vegita stood, nodding to his ally, Guldo and Nail looking at each other apprehensively. Burori?s charred arm was intimidating, and Guldo and Nail both knew that it wouldn?t be good for them to get in a fight there. Guldo was the first to speak, seeking to ease the tension. ?I?m Guldo, and this is Nail,? motioning towards his Namekian counterpart. ?We?re not looking for a fight ? just a bunker for supplies and some rest.? Bejita Ou folded his arms, standing tall over the two characters. ?Bejita, King of Vegeta-Sei.? The mention of a king did nothing less than fascinate Guldo and Nail, and the two of them turned to the fourth figure, seeking an identity. ?Broli,? he stated without a single touch of emotion.

The scene was awkward, at best, no warrior knowing exactly what to say. Each person looked to another, no one really looking for a fight to break out. At last, Burori spoke up. ?I need to activate the turrets.? He turned to leave the room, Guldo hurriedly following. ?Turrets? What? This place has turrets?? Broli answered over his shoulder as he turned a corner. ?Didn?t you see them on the wall surrounding the bunker?? He chuckled, turning a knob and opening a door at the end of the hall. Broli, Guldo, Nail, and Bejita Ou huddled into the room. Computers sat arrayed across one wall, gadgets and machines filling the others. A series of keyboards lay before the computers, the room complete with a chair for each wall. Broli took a seat and immediately began to type. ?How do you know how to do all of this?? piped Nail. ?It?s all pretty common knowledge stuff, just doing commands the like,? said Burori, shruggingly. Through the stroking of multiple keys, the Saiya-Jin hit a button, folded his arms, and leaned back, content.

On the wall outside the bunker sat turrets in many sections. Before this very moment, a single light on the right side of each turret remained blue, unrecognizable against the snow. And now, with a flash, it became red, each turret shifting its reticules to a new position. Everyone within the bunker watched with satisfaction. ?Before, the turrets were neutral. I?ve programmed our collars into the system, and the turrets will attack anyone who doesn?t meet the signals we have.? Everyone nodded; they were beginning to like this system. ?What?s that?? asked Guldo, pointing to a screen in the corner. Broli leaned forward, focusing on the creatures moving in the sight of the camera. ?Synex patrol, just outside of the turret range. Looks like it?s just a reconnaissance patrol of two men. Someone should deal with them. Meanwhile, I?m sensing two other ki signatures to the north. I?m sure the rest of you sense it as well??

OOC: Yeah, activated the bunker?s turrets. w00t.

After a few pointers from Trunks about teleporting, Goku quickly realised that the area was devoid of fighters bar themselves. He didn't really want to fight Trunks to the death right now, or even at all if it could be avoided. The full blooded Saiya-jin scanned in the opposite direction of where he faced and searched for other ki signatures. Finding a large clump in another area, he decided he could surely pick a fight there.

Goku informed Trunks of what he planned to do, and he obtained Trunks' scouter Q-Wave address so they could talk later, and in a flash he dissipated into Area A. He forgot to take the advice from Trunks during his technique and ended up inverted again. Flipping off his hands, he dropped on his boots and stood up.

"Who's game?" Goku called out to anyone brave enough to heed his call, flaring up his blue aura.

OCB:

13/Mino

At exactly the last second, Minoshia jumped to the side, the ki blast tearing into his left shoulder and spattering the atmosphere with blood. At exactly the same moment, though, Minoshia fired a blast of his own from the palm of his right hand, the attack catching the android in the throat. Both fell backwards, neither injured too badly...

OCB: No winner, no death, equal damage (though not too serious) to both.

Follow Yamcha's example.

Yamcha

The kamehameha wave ripped through Yamcha's opponent, obliterating him from existence. From the stands, crowds cheered at the sight of the awesome attack.

They stepped into the wintry afternoon, glancing from side to side. Broli had outfitted himself with everything the bunker offered. He now stood, cape flowing in the wind, with Saiyan armor equipped. Pushing a button on his scouter, two yellow dots appeared on the crimson lens. ?Two energies, not far from one another.? As he turned to face Bejita Ou, he mindlessly stuck his hand in his pocket, making sure the senzu bean was still there. ?Which one you want?? King Vegeta scratched the hairs of his chin and then proceeded to click a button on his scouter. A white ring encircled one of the yellow dots. ?I?ll take that one.? Guldo and Nail shifted themselves to one side. ?What should we do?? one of them asked. Broli shrugged, glancing off into the wilderness. ?You may want to check out those guards from earlier. Other than that, I?m reading ki all over the place. Pick who you want. Otherwise, Bejita Ou and I will deal with these? impressive readings to the north. If anything goes wrong, we meet up here. Alright?? Guldo and Nail nodded simultaneously, each making plans as to where to go next. With that, and a few other words from King Vegeta, the duo was off.

Into the sky they flew, holding their cloaks tightly around their faces as they winced against the bursts of icy wind. At first, they flew side by side, scouters beeping at the location of the two energies to the north. And then, nodding to one another, they parted, each locking onto the location of their respective warriors. Broli watched his accomplice disappear into the blur of fog, nodding a wish of fortune upon his king. A single beep came from his scouter, altering the Saiya-Jin that he was near the ki signal. At best, his intentions were to possibly convince this warrior, whoever he may be, to join Broli and the troupe. And yet, even with this purpose, Burori couldn?t help but feel an inexplicable urge to? kill. He shook it off immediately, taking a deep breath as he wiped the sweat from his brow. ?Not now, demon? Not now.? Broli had already allowed the Black Virus to take control, thus turning him into the Black Demon. Having seen the chaos that was caused, he wasn?t about to let it happen again. Still? It seemed rather tempting, much more than it initially had before the first occurrence.

The Saiya-Jin reached a region where the fog seemed to dissipate and the winds appeared to cease. Grey clouds layered the sky, allowing only a miniscule shade of light upon the area. The snow had ceased? for now. Before Burori sat an incredible sight ? mountains that jutted from the earth so obscenely that it seemed that they did not belong. Broli?s scouter beeped once again, the warrior?s eyes trailing to the earth below him, only yards ahead. He dropped to the ground, feet landing softly against the snow. It was now clear that there were, in fact, two energies. Broli approached the competitors, their forms becoming clear in what little light that existed. One stood fully equipped with various military items, obviously a Synex warrior. The other stood, back to Burori, with hands clenched, as if ready to attack the soldier. He appeared to be humanoid, from what the Saiyan could tell. ?Hello,? said Broli, the humanoid whirling around at this new presence and the Synex soldier surprised, as well?

?Get outta here!? shouted the Synex soldier, wanting Jacke Low for himself. ?You have no business here. Now, I?m sure you?re scouter is making you aware of the sheer power you?d be up against if you faced both him and me,? stated Broli with a shrug. The Synex soldier squeezed his hand, readying it for a strike. He hesitated, not sure if he was really interested in losing his head. ?Hmpf! I?ll be back to clean up what?s left over!? With a growl, the soldier made his way into the wilderness. The humanoid watched him go, taking a step back from the Saiya-Jin. ?I?m Broli.? He wasn?t particularly looking for a fight. The humanoid waited a moment before replying, still studying this new arrival. ?Jacke Low,? he announced. Broli nodded, repeating the name so that he wouldn?t forget it. ?What do you want?? asked the human, contriving theories of deceit.

Broli?s lips curved, a smile forming. ?I detected your ki, and was wondering if?? A sharp pain hit the Saiyan in his side. He tried to hide it, though his speech halted temporarily. It was then that he found himself rethinking his motives. Wasn?t I going to ask him to join my alliance? He wondered, the humanoid tapping his foot impatiently. Yet, no matter how many times he tried to convince himself that he indeed was there to ask Jacke Low for aid, another reason seemed to be in place. The Saiyan held out his charred arm before him. Veins pulsated through the black skin, as if the arm itself were another living entity. He squeezed his hand, feeling a blast of power surge up his arm, trickling down his spine and out his toes. Why..? No answer was made, of course. ?Well?? came the impatient response from the humanoid, whose attitude mirrored the anxiety brewing from the situation.

?I?ve come?? the Saiyan struggle to finish his sentences. The Black Virus was impacting his thoughts, and there would be nothing he could do to stop it. ?? to fight you, Jacke Low." The human took another step back; he didn?t fear the Saiyan, but it would have been all the better if an alliance had been offered. Broli put his hands to his hips, waiting an answer from the human.

OOC: Didn?t mean to interrupt your thing with the Synex warrior. If you want, you can have him come back. I was just trying to set up the fight.

No one seemed to notice the powering up Saiya-jin, until his eyes fell upon a black haired human nearby. His hair was long, falling down on his back. He wore a similar gi uniform to Goku; he must have trained with Roshi at some stage in his life. Perhaps this would make for a good fight.

"Hey!" Goku yelled out to the human. He spun around to face Goku. "Wanna fight?"

OOC: Interested, Yamcha?

?It seems I have no choice,? announced the human, preparing himself for battle. Burori nodded, sliding a foot of his own back. ?I won?t hold back,? declared Jacke Low. The Saiya-Jin didn?t expect any less. This would be the Saiya-Jin?s first battle. The first day had almost passed on Dante, and already multiple warriors had perished amongst the fray. Sector A itself has seen very little action, and Broli was eager to get things under way. It was as a hidden force beckoned him to take command in the sector by annihilating all competition, even those who he didn?t really see much competition from. Jacke wasn?t one of those people, though. At that moment, both calm, the difference of their powers seemed only minimal at best. Something within Broli filled with glee at this. The Saiyan loved a good challenge, and he wasn?t interested in taking on a weakling for his first fight. With any luck, however, he?d be able to get through it without the Black Virus taking control. He wasn?t looking to kill Jacke Low, but if he found himself indeed reverting to the Black Demon? There would be nothing in his way except Low himself. And thus, with a bang, the two blasted forward, pitting their strengths against one another. Punch was met with a punch, and a kick was met with a kick. They seemed to be perfectly equal, their bodies lifting into the atmosphere as they fought. The winds rushed around them, nature spectating the fight just as much as the crowd who watched from cameras hidden amidst the environment. A kick was unleashed, Broli spinning into the soft earth. He climbed to his feet, wiping away the wet snow from his clothes. Jacke landed a few yards away, ready to go another round. Without a word, the two went at it again, throwing their physical strikes against each other in a hope to land a successful blow. Even with the incredible speed portrayed with each attack, neither seemed to be putting all of their ability into the fight.

It soon became obvious that both warriors were ignoring openings, wanting to study their opponent first before making any rash decisions. Time and again, Broli would ignore an opening, as critical as it may have seemed, Jacke Low no doubt doing the same. The crowd watched from their stands, impressed that such an old man could keep up with the youthfulness of the Saiya-Jin. Another opening came, Broli ignoring it once again ? or so he planned. Without any control over his own body, his charred right arm lashed out, delivering a hook to the old human?s jaw. Jacke slid through the snow, the powder accumulating at his back until he came to a halt. His opponent landed, waiting for him to get up. The old man wiped away the blood from his lip with his forearm, focusing on the crimson liquid. It had been a rather unfair move on Burori?s part. The Saiya-Jin thought so as well, as much as he tried to avoid admitting it. I threw that punch as if I didn?t have any control at all?

?That hurt,? cooed the old man. ?I suppose there no point in holding back now. We?ve studied each other enough.? Broli agreed by unfolding his arms and placing himself in a defensive stance. His finger tips curled, motioning for Jacke Low to make the next move?
