His encounter had with Reijin had left an atmosphere of animosity around Trunks which caused the hybrid to keep mostly to himself shortly after his arrival on the platform. There was nothing to rationalize this overwhelming feeling of spite towards the saiyajin, it would come abruptly and with great force, like a sudden surge of water crashing against the shore. And though he did know a bit of the history between Reijin and the two beings Trunks had previously been; it wasn?t enough to explain the reason for such malice; however, that was only from what he could piece together from the jumbled images he called memory, a fusion of Future Trunks, and Chibi Trunks? lives.

Whatever it was, it left Trunks to mope miserably in some corner of the ship while the traveled towards Dante?s abyss, sneering at anyone who tried to strike up a conversation. He was glad that the ride seemed to be shorter than he?d previously thought it would be, and hoped that getting off ship in addition to moving as far away from Reijin as was humanly possible, would lighten his mood.

?Blah Blah Blah.? Trunks thought impatiently as one of the Synex staff members went to the trouble of explaining the rules and events for this years D.A., he just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. ?Yes, yes- we all know, let?s just get this show on the road already?

Trunks was thankful when she had finished talking, not that he didn?t find the information useful, but he felt that they could have discussed it on the way over instead of waiting till they?d arrived to bore them with the details. This is exactly why he was one of the first people in line to get equipped with Syntex?s freebies before leaving for one of the designated areas; he?d had enough, and wanted desperately to get out of that stuffy ship as fast as he could to stretch out his legs- and maybe relieve a bit of stress. Nevertheless, that yearning to be free had to be put on hold while he in addition to a small group of warriors, were marched in single file down a long corridor. The hybrid had to admit that the feeling he got while walking through the narrow hallways, as the crowd roared and cheered, got his blood running and his heart pumping. But it was nothing compared to the experience of emerging from that dark passageway to the bright arena lights and a crowd of people cheering and roaring for you (Hopefully).

It was a bit disorientating, but euphoric at the same time to see so many people watching him. Trunks quickly realized that one could easily get a swollen ego from this kind of attention. ?Holy crap?? The demi-saiyajin thought in amazement. He still couldn?t wrap his head around the sheer number of people that had actually shown up to Dante?s Abyss, even though she?d said this was all about ratings, Trunks had never imagined it would be something this large scale.

?Hey!? A voice yelled insistently. ?Keep moving buddy, no need to stand there slack jawed, you?d think you?ve never been to a big tournament before.?

?Huh, wha??? Trunks stumbled over his words, tripped up by his gaping mouth.

The man just chuckled and shook his head, patting Trunks firmly on the shoulder to snap some sense back into him along with a few words. ?Just take a few deep breaths, and you should be just fine boy.?

The lavender haired saiyajin took the old man?s advice and instantly felt some of the tension release, even though the embarrassment of freezing up like that still clung to him. ?Uh, thanks?? He muttered quietly, so much so that it was almost lost to the roar of the crowd.

?No problem lad, everyone has stage fright at one point in time- best to get it over with as soon as possible and then move on.? He chuckled and gently nudged Trunks to move onward towards the center of the arena where everyone was taking off. ?We?d better hurry up; you don?t want your opponents to get too much of a lead on you.?

Trunks smiled and shook his head. ?It?s okay, I have a secret weapon, I can cover more ground then most of the people at this tournament, no matter how fast they may think they are.? He took a few steps away from the man that?d been so kind, and waved at him. ?Don?t blink, or you?ll miss it.?

?What?? But before he could get an answer from the hybrid, Trunks was gone. ?Every year they kick it up a notch?Bam!?

There was an inaudible ?pop? as Trunks appeared suddenly in the middle of area ?B?, covering what was about a few hundred miles in an instant. It?d be a few hours at the most before he saw anyone, other than those who could teleport. Though, the demi-saiyajin had hoped he would drop in a bit closer to one of the supply bunkers, rather then the outer most corner of his area, it was a small price to pay when he thought about the people who would be ambushed or shot down as they flew over area ?D? and ?C?.

Walking through the mass of cheering people, Goku could not help but think about Reijin. They would meet in this tournament, if not by accident then surely on purpose. There was something different about Reijin before. He was acting very cockily, very sarcastically. That was not the warrior that killed Gohan. That warrior was a cold blooded, calculated, deadly serious Saiya-jin. So what was the change from? Goku pondered if Reijin had grown any stronger since their last meeting. Goku had gone to the Kai's themselves to train and come back, and spent a whole year in the RoSaT since then. In his mind, Goku must have made some gain on Reijin's power.

"Hi! Hi everyone! I'm Goten!" his halfling son called out to the applauding crowd, snapping Goku out of his daydreaming. They walked through the last archway, finally putting their feet on Dante soil. Goku stopped walking as the warriors poured passed him, running off in separate directions into the different areas. Goku looked to his right, seeing a sign saying 'Area D' with a map of the entire planet beside it. His eyes scanned over the areas, and decided he wanted to visit Area B first. He set Goten down on the ground and took out the scouter that all participants and fixed it to his right side of his face.

"Get yours out too son," he asked Goten, who retrieved his own and set it on his face. Goku recorded the Q-Wave address of Goten's scouter and did the reverse for Goten. "Now if you get into any big trouble, just send me a message with your scouter and I'll come. OK?" Goten flashed his innocent grin. Goku smiled and ruffled Goten's spiky hair. "See ya later kiddo." Goku rose his index and middle fingers to his forehead, found the first ki signature in Area B and vanished.

----------------------------

Goku appeared in Area B, but something was a little strange about it. The sky was at his feet, and the floor was above his head. Was Dante some sort of trick planet? In less than a second however, it became very clear as to why. He moaned as his head hit the ground, cursing his Instant Transmission's inability to warp him rightside up. Goku heard a small chuckle beside him. It must have been the person who he teleported to. He got up and decided to see who it was.

"Oh, hello Trunks," Goku said in surprise. "Didn't think that was your ki signature."

Trunks was floating upside down when Goku phased into view after his teleport, surprisingly the saiyajin was in the same position as the lavender haired boy. However, there was one slight problem with that, he didn?t know that and ended up falling into a clump on to the ground. It was quite a hilarious sight, causing Trunks to chuckle as Goku tried to gain his bearings.

?Oh hello, Trunks,? Goku said in surprise. ?Didn?t think that was your ki signature.?

?I?ll give you a 9 for the entrance but only a 4 for the landing,? Trunks said jokingly, before righting himself and landing on the ground next to Goku. The hybrid stood their looking at the downed saiyajin, trying his best not to snicker, before squatting down beside him and giving a bit of advice. ?One thing about teleporting is that your body will try to orientate itself to that of the person you are teleporting to- unless you focus on doing otherwise,? stated the demi-saiyain. ?It might be good idea to remember that.?

Also landing North of the barracks, Piccolo saw off to the left a Sayajin. Dante's abyss was going to be a vicious battle, but with a Sayajin next to him, Piccolo may have a chance to win this, or so he though.

Walking quickly towards the Sayajin, Piccolo found that the dark haired warrior was smiling evily at the Namek. The grin showing evil that he hadn't seen before. Perhaps it wasn't even evil. Piccolo hadn't crossed many Sayajins before, but he had heard of their viciousness.

Grinning, Piccolo approached the Sayajin.

"Sayajin. I am Piccolo, the Namek." started Piccolo. "We have buisness to discuss."

OOC: Sorry it's short, at work, will TRY to post later.

NPC Name: Katel

The almost bare woman flew across the sky quietly, not minding anyone else around her. She tried her best to avoid areas where there was alot of fighting, as she herself was not a fighter, but a healer. She couldn't fly on her own, and instead flew on a large leaf, standing up and surfing through the cloudless sky. She wasn't bothering herself with finding a certain person, but instead continued her search for what she had been longing to find.

Making sure that the vines around her tealish body were strapped tightly across her buttocks and hips, and also her chest, she prepared to land and enter the bunker.

[]Just making it known she's here. Please dont fight her, she's only here for storyline, and she wont be killing anyone.[]

Though he did want to fight Corniss, Piccolo found another he had longed to destroy, Yamcha. Spying the Super Human from afar, Piccolo waited.

Just as Yamcha was close enough, Piccolo burst forth, nailing the spikey haired human in the jaw, sending him to the ground. The Namek immediately rushed the human, having the surpise factor advantage, but Yamcha, slightly quicker and stronger, burst to the side and landed a kick to the Namekian's stomach followed by an elbow to his back, laying him on the ground.

Piccolo spun up and kicked Yamcha in the face, sending the human twenty feet away where he landed on his feet.

"If you wanted to die, that's all you had to say." said Yamcha.

Piccolo grinned.

"So hows about it? I'm going to fight you now, fight, or go home." smiled Piccolo.

A moment to breath. She tilted her head back to take in the less toxic like air. The ground here was covered in blades of green grass. Shoots stuck out here in there through dried rock which had once been lava. She looked in all directions, nothing but hilly plains and grass galore. It was different, but boring. It seemed that perhaps that may be what was harsh about it, there was nothing to work with. One would be an open target here. She slowly started to walk forward. She knew there were two bunkers here, one northward and one more to the southeast. She did not need one right now; instead she found it a little interesting that a couple of power levels were near by. One was not far off either. She pondered, and decided to check out what was going on with the two closer fighters.

She took her time in moving toward the area. Not much to look at either, she just thought about the fighting she would have to go through. Slowly the figures showed not far away, it seemed to be a Namek and a human. Were they going to fight? The android walked closer, not feeling anything at all, well except curiosity. She stopped at a fair distance and watched the two exchange words; did they know she was there? Most likely, it was only flat land around them; you could see a dog run for a mile out here.

A chill rose up the girls? back. Her cool blue eyes took in the movements that transpired between the two fighters. It was not that they were fighting, she was just interested in if they would even start. Did they even know she was here? She wondered if she should go closer, she would then be able to hear their words. Suddenly another figure joined in, his black spiky hair caught her eyes. He was a Saiya-Jin, there was no doubt. She watched him and she knew exactly what was going on, a three way. The blond frowned slightly. That really wasn?t fair to the first two; they were trying to have their own fight. She looked at each of the warriors, they all looked tense. Well I can do something about that, she thought.

She started to walk once more toward the group, she did not run or hurry, she took her time. The grass below her feet was browning and crunched delicately beneath her feet. The wind buffeted her golden hair and tickled her cheeks; carefully she pulled the strands of silky hair behind her ears so they would not bother her. She continued on, the warriors had not yet noticed her. She gave off no ki signal, and so she could be as sneaky as she wanted. She was not here to be sneaky, though. Soon they turned as one, the sound of her feet crunching the stiff shoots of grass caught their attention. She casually bowed, perhaps for some humor.

?Hello,? She said calmly with her smooth and soft voice. ?Having a party?? She glanced from one face to the other; she tried to find out their thoughts from their features. ?I?m Android 18, just so you all know.? And she crossed her arms across her chest to show she was not worried, ?So I see that you, Saiya-Jin, have interrupted these other two fighters.? She cocked her head toward the first two, ?I can understand you?re looking for a fight.? Her eyes glinted in the dull sunlight, ?Well if you?re looking for one, I?m right here.? Once more she glanced at the other two. She wanted to see the outcome of their fight, so she would take on this courageous fellow. He wanted a three way, well she could give him a fight just as tough. ?So what do you say, just me and you? You can just decline and surrender or you can take my offer and fight me.? She flashed him her usual grin, ?I?m looking for a fight too, so don?t think I?m trying to scare you off.? And with those words she dropped her arms from her chest to her side, ?What?ll it be?? And she smirked ever so lightly.

Yamcha smiled and slipped comfortably into a fighting stance, Piccolo followed suit and both fighters awaited the attack of the other. A sudden stillness seemed to surround both Yamcha and Piccolo as each waited for the opposing fighter to start the fight, but Yamcha would be the first to move, unfortunately, it was due to a sneeze and as Yamcha covered his face, Piccolo landed a huge punch to the gut! Yamcha doubled over due to the loss of oxygen, but he reared up and punched Piccolo in the stomach! Piccolo flew at Yamcha, punching, but missing barely as Yamcha bent backwards, letting Piccolo?s fist soar harmlessly over the human?s head!

Sensing an opportunity, Yamcha quickly flipped backwards and landed a huge kick in the jaw of Piccolo, sending the green warrior back a few feet, but not enough to actually slow him, for as soon as he landed, he was already charging at Yamcha once again, swinging with all of his might! Piccolo swung, Yamcha dodged, but Piccolo had sensed that Yamcha was going to do this and he quickly spun, landing a kick to the back of Yamcha?s head, knocking the human to the ground. Piccolo jumped into the air and came down, knee first, aimed directly at Yamcha?s head, but Yamcha was too quick and he spun off the ground in a ?break dance? fashion, landing on his feet and dodging the attack, but just barely. It was so close that as Piccolo?s knee entered the ground and created a crater, Yamcha was sent into an underground cave!

Yamcha hit the cave floor with a thud, but he quickly stood up and brushed the dirt off him, trying his best to sense Piccolo?s energy, which seemed to be nowhere! Yamcha closed his eyes and concentrated harder, still unable to sense his energy.

In the distance:

Android 18 loved the action that she was watching, but she decided that she wanted some of her own, so as the Sayajin Corniss landed near the battle scene, she approached the Sayajin with a challenge.

Back to the fight:

Piccolo had seen Yamcha fight only once before and therefore he wasn't sure what to expect. He could roughly work out that Yamcha was slightly stronger than him, but it would take more than power to win this match.

Suddenly, Piccolo appeared next to Yamcha and fired a blast, that the human easily dodged, and he quickly flew towards Piccolo. Yamcha reached Piccolo and hurled his balled up fist at his face. Suddenly, Piccolo dematerialized as his body disappeared in a fading blur. Yamcha's fist collided directly with a large tree at the base of its trunk, snapping the giant plant from its roots. The massive log fell from the sky and crushed several other trees on its way down.

"You're quick," Yamcha said as he looked around behind him, "but you're not as quick as me!"

A bright white aura enveloped the human's body as he used his faint ki sense abilities to pick up on his adversaries power, he kept on the move, weaving and ducking between the closely-knit trees as to make it harder for the Namekian to attack. Finally Yamcha picked up upon a light energy reading, coming from behind him. He quickly spun around to come face to face with Piccolo, who was holding the large tree that Yamcha had knocked over previously. Piccolo swung the large piece of wood at the spiky haired fighter, who leapt over the attack. Before Piccolo had enough time to collect himself, Yamcha launched his right foot under his jaw with incredible speed, jerking his head backwards as he lost grip of the tree. The black haired human quickly added several more kicks to the Namekian?s face before putting his legs together and driving his feet into Piccolo's stomach, slamming him hard against the forest floor. Piccolo quickly jumped back to his feet and flung his right arm out, palm opened, and fired a huge Ki wave. Seeing the attack, Yamcha moved to the side as the Ki wave raced past his body.

Taking this opportunity, Piccolo raced at Yamcha and crashed his fist into his opponent's stomach, causing him to double over. Piccolo forced his knee into Yamcha's jaw before spinning around and slicing his foot across his cheek. The slightly dazed human flew through the forest until his momentum was stopped by a large tree.

"Nice work," Yamcha congratulated as he wiped a bloody mark from his cheek, "but I've still got plenty of fight left in me."

The spiky haired warrior propelled himself off the tree and rocketed towards Piccolo. Although the green warrior kept his eyes upon the approaching threat, he couldn't keep track of his speed. Yamcha reached Piccolo before the Namekian could realize and he threw his fist across Piccolo's temple before charging and firing a small energy orb into his stomach. Piccolo was flung backwards from the blast, landing painfully on the ground, snapping a large, decaying log.

"This forest isn't going to survive us," Piccolo called out as he charged back at his fighting opponent.

Piccolo and Yamcha flew towards at each other, ripping trees from the ground as they flew with incredible speeds, each pushing as hard as they could.

Yamcha thrusted his arms forward in hopes that he could catch the faster fighter, but as just as Yamcha's finger tips touched Piccolo, the Namekian quickly spun and ducked, then he swiped Yamcha?s legs out from under him, causing the human to fall backwards, but Piccolo didn't even let Yamcha hit the ground, instead, he kicked Yamcha in the back, sending him sky rocketing into the air with incredible speed! Yamcha, who was slightly stronger than Piccolo, caught himself and just as Piccolo reached Yamcha, the human landed a huge punch to the nose of Piccolo, instantly stunning the quick Namek, leaving him helpless to Yamcha's next attack, which happened to be a fierce Ki ball!

The Ki ball struck Piccolo with incredible force, sending him directly into the ground, but not stopping, Piccolo was being forced deeper and deeper into the ground! Yamcha continued to pump energy into the Ki ball, he could feel that Piccolo was weakening and soon, no force was be placed upon Yamcha?s Ki ball from Piccolo's side and Yamcha decided that Piccolo must have passed out from the pain, but to Yamcha?s great surprise, Piccolo appeared next to Yamcha and punch him hard in the right cheek!

Yamcha instantly stopped his Ki ball and tried to block Piccolo's next attack, but it was too late, Piccolo was all over Yamcha, landing punches and kicks all over the human's body, tearing his clothes and bruising his body. Piccolo ended the brutal assault with a small, but effective Ki blast that sent the weaker fighter back to the ground, but just as Yamcha touched down on the ground, summoning as much speed as he could muster, Yamcha barely dodged the on coming blasts and watched as they cleared Dante?s atmosphere, but that was a mistake, for Piccolo quickly caught Yamcha from behind and placed him in a full nelson!

"It's over!" yelled Piccolo. "Give up!"

OOC: I was given permission from Corniss to RP him using his senzu bean.

Her cool eyes took in his form. He was nothing compared to Raditzu, or the Saiya-Jin prince Vejita. Of course all Saiya-Jin came differently, some trained so hard that they were unbeatable, others were not as vigorously trained. Either this being was new to fighting, or he had not been so into the training. It didn?t matter now, she had a fight to win and he would not stop her from winning. They had fought hard against each other, no doubt, but it was beginning to dawn on the android that this man was nothing. He denied surrendering, and he powered up to his very max in an attempt to over come her. How could he possibly know the truth? Sadly for him, Android 18 was not even using her first upgrade. She stood back to give him time to regain his composer. Did he have anything else up his sleeve? She took in his form, he was haggard and beat. She knew that he could not last much longer unless he pulled out a new trick. She had played on his anger, too, but was he actually the one playing games with her? Could this all, in reality, be a big act? She could still sense that his power was weak, much weaker than she could be.

?I can see you don?t like giving up, but you will die.? She said this as a cool breeze slowly battered against their sides, ?Unless you have something else to show, you can?t deny the fact that you?re growing weary.? She gestured to his body, the various bruises that now formed. He stood as if he were a limp doll, ?I guess this is it, then, you tried well enough.? Yet just as she was about to advance he was digging into his pocket. He moved his battered hand to his mouth and the androids eyes suddenly sparked with interest, ?Yes! I knew you?d have something up your sleeve!? She exclaimed, a sudden battle lust filled her very soul, ?Now fight again with all of that anger you festered inside, and I?ll not hold back any longer.? And with that she started to power up her own energy.

Corniss was as good as new in mere minutes. He flexed his fingers which now felt strong and capable of more damage. His eyes took in the sight of the android, where she stood as if powering up and reaching new levels of greatness. He could not sense her; he would not know what was to come. The wind churned and buffeted them both. The androids aura flared to brilliance beyond that of even his own. She yelled as her power flooded higher and filled her very essence. Her muscles ached and her veins pulsed hard with the activation. The wind would not rest, it only continued harder as rocks slowly shuddered and floated like they had a life of their own. The Saiya-Jin could only watch in bewilderment, though he could not sense her he knew this would not be so easy after all.

Finally the wind died down and the female was no longer tilting her head back. Her power rested at a comfortable spot near her true max. She flexed her powerful hands, letting them clench and unclench. Her cold blue eyes stared into his, nothing would be spoken. He knew she was ready to fight, and he was as ready as he could be. Carefully the android plucked a few strands of golden hair, neatly she placed them behind her ears and made sure they would stay. Her common smile flashed across her pink lips, and she gave a subtle nod. It was time for the next round.

Her slender form came searing through the air at him. The ground seemed to crack with the velocity of her passing. She cocked an arm backward and readied her attack. The air seemed to roar from the sheer speed, it sliced apart as her fist shot forward and she was close to his body. Her appendage moved forward and she yelled as her fist collided hard with his jaw, she was fast, too fast for him to even contemplate. Her clenched hand drove hard into his jowl like a hammer to a nail. His body was sent twisting one way and he could not help but let the force of the hit take him down. His body hit the ground hard, it bounced and he groaned whilst rubbing his sore face. The female fighter stood waiting; she would not attack him while he was done, after all this was supposed to be a fair fight. He did get up, and a fire burned within his dark eyes. A passion to put her in pain, but could he?

Quickly he shot in toward her, his muscled arms rippled with intensity. She watched with excitement. He would hit her, he had to hit her. She waited, her eyes widened and her grin grew. Yes! Yes! She repeated in her mind. He had to do something, would it pain her? She stood in her stance as his fist came in hard toward her own jaw. There was a loud sound, as if something had cracked, but it was not such. His fist had hit hard, hard enough to cause a sound from the impact, but not well enough. She let the force push her back ever so lightly, but it did little pain at all. Her smile faded and a frown replaced it. She stared at the warrior for a moment and then sighed. Though her jaw did sting, she simply ignored it as if it were a bug bite. Carefully she chose her next move, to deliver more pain to her foe. Perhaps now he would know to give up. Quickly she rushed forward to close the gap between them.

?Let?s take this up a bit.? She said smoothly as if to a child. Her fingers curled around the top of his armor and she used all of her speed. Swiftly she made a full circle and tossed him, though he struggled, the kicks hit her with no reaction. She watched him fly and then summed up her energy. Fast like a fox, she zanzokened behind the flying fighter and raised both fists high. As he sailed closer she threw her hands down to smash into his chest. His body sailed at an even faster speed and he could not think quick enough to make a move. She once more moved with lightening speed below the Saiya-Jin and sent a snap kick right into the back of his head. He cried out and found himself now flying forward and seeing the ground rush in toward him. Quietly the battle scene seemed to grow dead. He did not move, and neither did she. She stood as still as a statue with her ever watchful eyes plastered to his prone form.

Slowly but surely the Saiya-Jin warrior stirred. She watched carefully as he picked himself up from the dusty grass covered ground and proceeded to wipe his face. He turned to her with a stern look. Stubborn Saiya-Jin, she thought. She casually lifted a hand and motioned for him to attack. This time it would be him trying, she would let him have his chance. He seemed to be gathering his wits, and so she waited for him. As she waited she let her thoughts drift. Why didn?t he surrender? She thought of the red haired warrior, Joce. She had been so cocky, and she had died. 18 felt the price of killing someone weigh onto her shoulders. Yet here she was again, would this foolish man die as well? Would she delivery him into such a fate? She looked at him as she thought, though she did not even actually take notice of his figure. She was lost in her thoughts, wondering if she would have to pay for all the death she?ll cause.

She felt a sharp pain in her face and stumbled back in awe. Corniss stood breathing deeply, his fist still hovering in the air. Blood dotted his tough scarred hand and she started to feel the blood trickling lightly down her lips. She wrinkled her nose and felt a shot of pain fire its way through her face. He had broken her nose. Calmly the android flicked out her tongue and licked away the blood there. Her eyes stared into his once more, and they hardened with a sudden decision. The male fighter lowered into a stance and the android worked to put the pain out of her mind. He would not wait on her, he took advantage of his score. He was on her like a savage wolf. His fists shot in with all of the speed he could muster. With the numbing pain in mind she worked to block and dodge his annoying attacks. He scored another hit to her face which made a sickening crack into the silence. She stumbled backward again to get away from his flurry movements. He did not give up, he felt a thrill, he was going to win! His constant attacking grinded down onto her nerves, he would not back off, she felt invaded, violated. He continued on, blood splattered from her broken nose and it would not stop bleeding. She shook with anger, he was like an annoying pest.

With a roar of her voice she cried out and sent her hands into his chest. The force knocked the breath out of him as he sailed high and fell hard onto the ground. Her eyes suddenly burned with such annoyance that it could frighten even those who knew her. Uncontrollably she shook and pointed a bloody finger down at his upright form, ?One more chance!? She barked out to him in a voice as cold as ice, ?Surrender, or die.? Her chest heaved as she stared down at the fighter.

Suddenly, Piccolo?s eyes shot open and he spun to his feet, taking Yamcha to the ground, but the quicker human quickly flipped and landed on his feet.

"I think we've had enough warming up, don't you Yamcha?" Piccolo asked as his brilliant aura shot up around his tensing body, swirling around him like a vortex.

The green Namekian kept his gaze firmly on Yamcha as he rose his power level, channeling his ki throughout his body, bulging his muscles, increasing his strength. Once Yamcha saw what his opponent was doing, he quickly followed suit, his clear white aura absorbing his form as he bolstered his own power. The sky shone with two bright stars, both glowing brighter and brighter with each passing second. Finally, the two warriors reached their maximum energy level, and exploded with a bright flash of light. The human and Namekian stared each down, both consumed by their powerful flaring auras, their muscles twitching as electricity pulsed up and down them.

"This is going to be much more interesting," Yamcha said with a smirk.

"Well let's get this underway!" Piccolo yelled excitedly as the two fighters rushed at each other, shoulders facing each other.

Their shoulders crashed into each other, releasing a giant shockwave that blew at the grass in the valley viciously, uprooting some of the lush green particles. The two warriors flew backwards a little and charged again, this time ready to connect with punches and kicks. Yamcha was the first to attack, extending his leg in hopes of catching Piccolo's face. The Namekian ducked over the swinging limb and came back up quickly with an uppercut.

Using his speed, Yamcha back flipped out of the way of the imminent attack. Piccolo chased after him and hurled his fist at Yamcha's midsection. The human easily dodged the attack, countering with a kick to the green fighter's stomach. Piccolo floated backwards from the impact of the attack before stopping himself slowly.

The spiky haired human held out his open palm and almost instantaneously, a crimson energy bolt formed in his hands. It quickly molded and sculptured itself into a large sword. Yamcha gripped the ki sword firmly and swung it around aimlessly in the sky. Piccolo smirked as he formed his own weapon, quickly unsheathing it and holding it in his right hand.

"Let's go then," Piccolo replied angerly as both warriors lunged at each other with their deadly weaponry in both hands. The two fighters screamed as they began swinging their blades furiously, only to have the blocked by their opponent. The swords clanged together, sending orange sparks from the collisions. Both fighters continued to attack, but neither made impact. Sneakily, Yamcha took his right hand off his sword and plunged it into Piccolo' stomach just before he was to attack. The Namekian lurched forward as he lost grip of his blade making it vanish into thin air.

After several swings and misses at his weaponless opponent, Yamcha held the blade above his head and swung down from the top in aggravation, Piccolo barely missed being slashed by the powerful weapon, seeing the blade soar inches from his head. In the split second that Yamcha was bending over from the attack, Piccolo used a roundhouse kick and connected with Yamcha's face, stunning him as his grip slipped on his blade. The ki sword fell several feet through the air before dissipating into nothing.

"I'm really enjoying this fight," Piccolo said honestly. "I hope we fight again someday.?

Yamcha smirked as he rubbed the bottom of his grazed chin.

"Yeah, it would be a good idea," Yamcha replied quickly.

Suddenly, the human disappeared from the sky and out of Piccolo's view. The Namekian spun around and looked around for his missing adversary, but finding nothing. Piccolo looked down and saw a light blue light shining across the ground. He looked down to see a small ball pulsating from deep within one of there battle caused craters. His eyes widened as his ears picked up on the chanting from below.

"me...........HA!!!!" Yamcha screamed from inside the crater as his Kamehameha blast exploded from his palms, ripping a giant clearing in the center of the forest. The destructive beam of raw energy raced towards Piccolo, who had quickly dropped his cupped palms to his side, charging what little energy he could in the time. He propelled his palms forehead as he yelled..."Masenkoha!"

The Namekian?s own powerful ki blast rocketed from his outstretched palms and collided with Yamcha's, expelling a bright flash of white light on impact. The human kept the pressure on the beam as he floated out of the crater and horizontally aligned himself with Piccolo in the sky. The two immense ki attacks pounded against each other, neither making much headway against each other. Sweat rolled down Piccolo's cheek as he kept the power flowing through his body and out of his palms, trying his best not to blow the battle.

Both warriors could feel the strain of the battle as they continued to push harder and harder, pumping more and more energy into each of their ki blasts, making little, if any gain on the other. Piccolo, now sweating profusely, let out a roar as he closed his eyes and pushed as hard as he could, causing Yamcha?s Kamehameha wave to lose ground on Piccolo?s! Piccolo could sense this change of pace and tried to keep the pressure on Yamcha.
Yamcha could sense what Piccolo was trying to do, so Yamcha summoned the little energy he had left and launched himself sideways again! This time however, Piccolo was ready for this move! Both fighters stopped the Ki wave struggle and Piccolo appeared next to Yamcha, both arms outstretched!

?I DON?T THINK SO! MASENKOHA!? screamed Piccolo as he unleashed a powerful ball of energy into the surprised stomach of Yamcha, sending the human crashing hard into the ground, skidding to a stop only after creating a long trench in the ground.

Piccolo smiled. He knew that he did some serious damage to his opponent and he could rest a little to regain some more energy, but just as Piccolo settled down his nerves, he saw Yamcha standing up!

?WHAT!? thought Piccolo. ?Impossible!?

Yamcha stood up, he was very unbalanced, but he immediately got into a fighting stance. Piccolo was surprised, he had pushed a lot of energy into that attack and yet, Yamcha was standing once again!

?What?s it going to take to keep him down?? thought Piccolo as he flew towards Yamcha, firing three ki blasts, all of which Yamcha barely dodged.

After dodging the third ki blast, Yamcha started to run away from Piccolo, causing Piccolo to give chase to Yamcha! Piccolo was quickly gaining on Yamcha, but just as he was ten feet away, Yamcha flipped, grabbed the ground, spun around and kicked Piccolo in the shoulder! Piccolo was instantly stunned by the pain and he was unable to put up any defense against Yamcha?s second kick that landed on the top of his head, bouncing Piccolo off the ground and leaving him face first in the dirt!

?This is the end.? Yelled Piccolo. ?One final attack!?

Yamcha nodded. Both warriors could feel the stress of the battle on there bodies and the next attack was going to decide the outcome of this fight.

OOC: Staff?outcome? Sorry, but if I die, I just wanted to rp one more time, against Yamcha, it was fun!

The Saiya-Jin pushed every bit of power that he could into the Final Flash. It pulsated brilliantly and flooded its way down and toward the blond android. Its hot edges tore at the ground like it were paper. The girl seemed impressed, slowly she moved her arms upward and just as the blast approached her form she yelled out and focused her power. The blazing beam struck her hands and she felt her feet digging into the grassy dirt. She cried out again and her aura flared to new heights. The energy seared and bit at her fleshy hands, but she could not let it overcome her. The spiky haired warrior had put a lot of energy into the Final Flash, but it would not be enough. She continued to hold it off until it exploded into a display of light and noise. Corniss watched with rising hope, the dust and debris filled most of the area. He watched, and he waited. Slowly the dist settled and his delight went with it. There she stood with her arms still out, they were red from irritation and her eyes were wide with the exertion. She slowly moved out of the position only to tuck her hair neatly into place.

?Nice, but it didn?t work.? She smirked lightly, ?Have any other ideas?? She watched his face drop like a rock. He looked utterly spent; he had put a lot into that attack. Android 18 watched him and knew the feeling well. Though he had failed he had given her some pain to deal with. Her hands hurt, though they would recover easily, it was an annoying feeling. Her nose was still bloody and dripping small droplets of crimson blood. She wondered if he could do anymore to her, or would his efforts only be this weak? She laughed suddenly and reached into her pocket. Slowly she lifted up her senzu bean and looked back toward the Saiya-Jin, ?One more chance, but this time I suggest you don?t waste so much energy.? She tossed the small but wonderful object toward him, ?I won?t need it, not in this fight anyway.? She laughed lightly as he caught it, ?Use it whenever you want, because this fight is coming to its end.? She powered up and let her aura come back to life.

Her body moved swiftly across the distance. Her hands, though red and aggravated, curled into fists that would hurt painfully. She charged forward and let her fist fly forward with a quick jab. The blow hit him hard in the chest and he went stumbling backward from the strength of her attack. She continued forward and grabbed him by the top of the armor. Her hand curled into a fist once more and cocked back for the attack. He struggled against her viselike grip knowing the pain that was to come. She was too fast for him to wiggle his way out, her fist continuously hit him in the face, particularly his jaw, and he felt blood splattering from his nose. She lifted him with all of her strength and tossed him high and far from her so that he landed hard onto the ground in a heap. She stood still, was this all necessary? No longer could she bother asking him to just give up. He was too proud, and he would not surrender at all. Did he think he had a chance? Maybe he did, if he was lucky, but he was getting one hell of a beating. She watched him get onto his hands and knees, blood dripped like a leaking pipe from his nose. He seemed to shake, whether it was from anger or weariness she could not tell.

It was not that she enjoyed this, well maybe a little, but time was wearing. This fight had to end, but why did he have to be so stubborn? Now he got to his feet and wiped a smear of blood from his mouth. He seemed confident once more; perhaps he would or had used her gift? He seemed to be mending, the blood had stopped. She smirked; this fight was very near the end. She motioned for him to come on, and he did just that. Soon they were locked into a fight of fists and blocks. They took to the sky and the android found herself in a sudden mercy fight with her adversary, ?Do you really think this is wise?? She said as he gripped her hands in hope to cause her pain. Though they were delicate and smooth, they were as strong as any warriors? hands. She had forgotten though, her hands still hurt from the burns. She grimaced as he tightened his grip, now it was as if they were equal. She cried out and tried against his strength. Her ki hit the very top, but her hands pulsed with pain. She struggled to over power him, ki crackled along her arms and hissed dangerously. He also gritted his teeth, it was not easy. She felt as if her hands would fall off, but she world not give up. One slip up and he could deal a deadly attack to her. If she had not been aware of his Final Flash he could have easily won right there.

Finally she let out a final cry and forced out her energy so that he felt himself letting go and flying backwards. He shook his hands from the pain that her grip had given. Slowly and smoothly the android drifted down to the ground and looked up at the floating warrior, ?That hurt.? Was all she said and she held out her arms. Energy started to form at the end of her arm by her palm. This was her favorite attack, one she used often and knew like the back of her hand. She pushed her energy into the two orbs of ki, they grew in size and she did not stop. Corniss was now on the ground, could he even stop her? She pulled the two spheres together and they joined as one. Ki snaked along her arms and fed itself into the growing ball of energy. She pushed more into it until finally she cried out, ?Final Flash!? The attack brightened and shot off toward her target. The grass burned and smoked from the hot energy. It rushed at him like a frate train. The energy pulsated and hungrily came closer and closer to its victim. Android 18 finally watched and let her arms fall to her sides as the light consumed the Saiya-Jin. Would he be able to fend it off? Would he be horribly weak for trying? She watched and waited.

OOC: I?m ready to end this.

**OOC 18 and Rad in alliance, I'm grading**

Corniss looked up to see the beam coming down at him. Seconds before impact, he threw himself to the side, throwing down his hand and springing off so as to land closeby. The explosion, however, rocked the very earth and threw him to the side. He hit the ground hard, and 18 walked over coldly. "Final opportunity."

Corniss was breathing heavily as he looked up at her from his knees. "Never!" he growled through gritted teeth. He tried to rise to his feet, but just couldn't seem to find the strength to do so.

The female warrior sighed, and walked over directly to Corniss, who was struggling with himself to find the energy to fight back. "Then so be it." she decided, and placed her palm almost motherly against Corniss's head. A warm glow appeared around her hand, and for a moment Corniss looked up at her, curious as to what she was doing.

Was she giving him mercy? Was she trying to heal him? His lips curled into a sneer. "Save your pi-" he began.

Seconds later his headless corpse fell forward to the ground. Sadly, the android wiped the blood off her hands. She hadn't wanted it to end this way, but this was his choice.

Verdict:

Android 18 +1 point, +5,000 zeni
Corniss +1 point, +1 Ticket to the Afterlife

As Jackie ran, the area started to slowly change as he passed. The old man was suprised. He did not expect such diversity in enviorment. He looked around as he ran, admiring the nature. Then he saw in the distance a strange happening. As he inspected, he kept a safe distance. He saw a tall, blond woman standing. Chun quietly watched the scene.

The fight was done, it was over. Corniss? dead body lay a few feet away as 18 sat staring forward into the distance. His headless and bloody corpse seemed to remind her of the death she had and would continue to cause. She wrinkled her bloody nose; it was numb but had stopped bleeding a while ago. Now she sat as if lost in her thoughts, and indeed she was. The cool wind brushed against her face and the sky seemed much darker now. In the distance she took in the battle between the human and the Namek. Who would win? It was interesting to watch. Once in a while she glanced at the motionless body that had been her handiwork. A subtle sigh escaped her lips and she lowered her gaze to her red hands.

?Each death gets better and better, doesn?t it? Now I actually get to see what I?ve done.? She clenched and unclenched the fingers in her hands. The painful irritation was starting to subside, ?And, actually, each time it?s easier and easier.? She looked upward again and toward the fight, ?I can do it again, and again after that. I can kill, and kill, until everyone is dead.? The thought seemed to finally slip into her mind, was killing all that bad? This was after all the point of the tournament. She looked up toward the sky, ?That?s right; it?s all just a game, so I don?t have to care anymore. Why should I? People always pick on me; I think it?s my turn.? Casually she patted down her hair and made sure it was tucked neatly behind her ears. Her deep blue eyes once more took in the near by fight, she waited and watched, soon she would fight again.

OCB: Piccolo vs Yamcha

?This is the end.? Yelled Piccolo. ?One final attack!?

Little more needed to be said or done. Both the warriors braced their bodies and summoned forth what was left of their ki. Yamcha, one hand extended forward, created a ball of energy, floating an inch above the palm of his hand. The ball grew rapidly as he poured energy into it. Across from him, Piccolo's ki had yet to take any visible form. The Namek-sei-jin's aura burned brightly about him as he surveyed his opponent. From what Piccolo's scouter was telling him, Yamcha had more ki in reserve than he had anticipated, which meant he was going to have to take a risk if he wanted to pull this off. With a cry, Piccolo shot forward.

Yamcha was somewhat taken aback by the Namekians charge, but had had enough time to finish preparing his attack. His ball of ki flashed with a final charge, and he let it fly towards its target. The speed of the attack was greater than either warriors had been expecting and Piccolo had to move quickly avoid a lot of damage. Twisting his body awkwardly, the ball of energy grazed along the side of the Namekian's face. Where his left ear had been was now a streak of sizzling flesh and oozing purple blood. Through the pain, Piccolo continued his advance. Yamcha tried to back away, shocked that he had missed, but didn't have enough time. Piccolo was upon him, an arm extended. The Namekian's pointer and middle fingers were pointed forward, almost pressing against his human opponent's forehead. Before Yamcha could move, he fired.

"Special Beam Cannon!"

The corkscrewing beams of energy tore through Yamcha's head, killing him instantly. Piccolo dropping his arm down to his side and turned to go find somewhere to rest. As he turned, however, his scouter started beeping wildly. The ball of energy that Yamcha had thrown had changed course and was heading back for its target once again. Almost completely drained of his ki, all Piccolo could do was leap to one side. His actions, however, were taken a bit too slowly. The ball of ki tore through his right hip, making a nice, clean hole. The Namekian's leg dropped to the ground, seperate from his body, since there was no longer flesh to attatch it. Piccolo gritted his teeth through the pain and braced himself for the energy ball's third strike, but with no one to guide the attack, it never came.

OCB:

Piccolo - +2 points, +5000 zeni
Yamcha - -1 life

Great fight you guys, it was a tough call.

The fight ended in a rather interesting way. In the end it was the Namek who prevailed. He stood haggard; he had put a lot of energy into that fight. Now the blond rose from the ground and stood. She stretched a bit, working out the tension in her joints. She was still fit for the game, and now she felt like taking on the green warrior. She walked toward him before he even had a chance to move. He saw her immediately, had he seen her fight? Did he know her strength? She stopped a few feet away as the silence fell between them. The grass twitched from the constant whistling winds. Her eyes stared toward him and she did not blink. Finally her melodic voice came out, ?Good fight, and you did really well.? Her fingers started to clench and unclench to work the muscles, ?But this is a tournament and I?m afraid I can?t let you go yet.? Though she had seemed friendly earlier, now there was only one thing on her mind. This warrior would die, just like Joce and Corniss. ?You can surrender of course?? She smirked slowly and wondered if he would. Could he possibly win against her? Silently she waited for his response.

Sliding his senzu bean into his mouth, Piccolo's leg burst out of his green torso.

"Damn." thought Piccolo. "Not again."

His strength completely regained, Piccolo ripped off the leg and regernerated on in it's orignial position.

"Challenge huh?" said Piccolo. "You're on, but first, I need to get to the bunker."

Piccolo ran at full speed, leaving his female opposition in the dust. Crusing at close to 250 mph, Piccolo spotted the bunker, but he didn't have time to stop. Piccolo ran directly into the door, crashing through the door and out the other side of the bunker!

Grinning, Piccolo looked over his female opponent as he landed next to her, his scouter having a difficult time picking up on her energy signal.

OOC: Entered Bunker. Sorry it's short, start it and I'll type more later, I'm at work.

Trunks followed the Namek towards the bunker, at a much slower and less ?run-through-the-wall-like-Wile-E-Cyote?. It seemed important to the namek that he get to the bunker, though Trunks was unsure why, it sounded familiar though.

?Hmm,? Trunks hummed aloud as he examined the interior of the Bunker. ?It?s got all the amenities of a four star hotel, nice.? He wasted no time and quickly began to raid the food supplies that had been left for the fighters while 18 and Piccolo fought. It was a virtual banquet of dehydrated food, pastes, and other food products built to resist spoilage. Any normal person would be turned away by such rations, but for a saiyajin, any food is good food.

OOC: Currently eating all the supplies in the bunker :d
