OOC: Continuing fight between Piccolo and Myself.
Android 18 closed her eyes for a moment. Darkness enfolded her and her mind became as empty as the darkness. The wind swept field became a distant memory; the jade warrior was nothing but a distant impediment. She stood as a blade of grass, lightly swaying with the wind. Nothing could uproot her from the earth; she was an unwavering thing with no chance of breaking down. Carefully she opened her mind to thoughts, letting each one trickle inward and become apparent. Was she beginning to change? Was she beginning to enjoy the pain of others? The numbing questions started to clutter and nag at the back of her mentality. She was something new, something different. Each step she took led her down a path of choice, and the darkness consumed like a hungry beast. This next step could only continue the growth within her soul. The seed of hate was slowly festering and building deep in its new home. Soon it would blossom into such a deadly thing. She would become a beautiful yet noxious flower; her influence would wreak such deadly catastrophe. Carefully she opened her eyes to the world. Nothing but dull sky and green-yellow grass met her cold gaze. She had not been waiting long in this pasture of sorts, the warrior she had challenged stood ready and waiting already. He spoke no words, only his questioning stare seemed to bore into her eyes. Nonchalantly the android waved one delicate hand to insure him that she was well aware of him, and that the weight of their fight meant not a thing to her. Another breeze swept past them and her golden hair fluttered majestically about her shoulders. It took a split second for the Namekian warrior to understand the gravity of his acceptance, after watching her beautiful hair glitter in the monotonous sunlight he realized she was simply taking advantage of his curiosity. A pain seeped its way through his stomach toward his groin and upper chest. It spread like a plague that alerted his mind and made him cry out in agony. Her leg came in as if in slow motion, but he saw it coming in toward his doubled over body and the pain was like fire. Her slender foot smashed straight into his jowl and he felt the ground leaving his feet. The air rushed at him like a waterfall, he felt the ground hit him as if he were now nothing but a smear in the grass. What had happened? His mind raced like a horse, she was fighting too fast. She was a deadly disease. Her movements came in fast and sent thrilling pain into his body. She had totally taken him off guard and now he paid the price. She moved like a graceful swan, she was a flawless machine that felt no remorse. As soon as he was up she was in at him again. His emerald fist shot forward with as much speed as he could muster. She benevolently danced to one side. Bringing up her arms she leaned with no effort and although he followed her and made an effort to hurt her it was no use. She slipped in and out of his attacks. Vigilantly she caught him by his wrist with such delicate hands and it seemed as if she would do nothing. On the contrary, it was more deadly when she was delicate. She pulled with such force that he felt a lurching feeling from deep within. The world pulled around him and he felt himself flying forward. The ground rushed forward to meet up with his face. The impact was awful, but he could not give up. The android was now a few feet away and standing like a statue. He wiped some blood from his bottom lip, how could he match such prowess? She stood without moving, she waited for him to try harder. This was no better than her pervious fight. He finally congregated his courage and came at her with new vigor. She raised her arms with little effort. Each strike she murmured subtly, not that he understood. She let him beat at her, he worked to try and get past her defenses but she was very vigilant of his movements. When he tried to punch at her stomach she had her arm moved to block, when she went for her face her other arm rose to deflect him. She was cunning, was there nothing he could do? The android beauty smirked when he hesitated, ?I think I?ll actually fight now.? Her icy voice came. His fist shot in again hoping to catch her off guard but she knocked it away with her arm. She had kept her power just slightly above his, but now it slowly rose. He did not know what to expect, she was such a mystery. She had only been playing with him, he had been caught surprised. Now she would hurt him. Her fists came in steadily. His arms shot up to block but even they began to numb from the constant beating. She kept up a steady rhythm of moves so that he caught up with it. Soon he knew what she was doing, but did he really? She quickly changed her attacks and he found himself stumbling to catch up. Her left fist came in sharp, while her right fist came in from below. He worked to block, but he did not expect her next move. She jumped up into the air and kicked him right in the chest. The blow sent him backwards and exclaiming. She landed and rushed in to continue her barrage. The fists connected hard to his body, the jade skinned fighter struggled to slip away from her assault. Finally he did and kept a good distance. He dabbed at a new slip lip and felt a pang in his chest. Android 18 smiled at him sweetly and waited for the next round. ![]() DA08 Winner. "Screw them, this was her show now."

She looked toward her opponent. He stood still, maybe he was contemplating. Did he even know how much pain she could put him through? What she had done to him was only a fracture of her power. She waited and watched, he seemed to be touching his lip and now noticing the blood. She made a step forward and intended on advancing on him but another green figure flew in and right at the Namek. He dealt deadly blows to the jade warrior and the android watched with little expression. Finally the figure stopped as Piccolo?s head hit the ground and asked to help her. She stared toward the figure that was Cell, taking in his stature and his pleading look.
?I don?t care, he?s as good as dead, do what you want but I?m killing him once you?re done.? She stood where she was and crossed her arms against her chest. Closing her eyes the android waited and stepped back into the recesses of her mind. The two warriors could have at it, she did not care, of course the kill was hers and if Cell took it she would kill him. He wouldn?t dare, so she just let him do what he wanted. Still a festering hate welled up in her chest and into her mind. She would not forget what he had done to her; she could easily kill him if she wanted to now. She could hear the fighting as if it were a great distance away. ?This is getting dull; I?d rather a more interesting challenge.? She opened her eyes after saying this to herself. Casually she dropped her arms to her sides and started to let hr power rise. It shot higher and higher but no one would ever know. She reached her top power and reveled in it. Her foot steps cracked the grass and dirt below. She advanced on the two fighters with slow strides. Cell saw her coming and knew what was to happen. Before she could push him out if the way he was already moving. She stepped toward Piccolo, he was beaten and bloody, but he looked as battle ready as ever, ?Are you ready to die?? She asked as she stood close to his frame, so close that she could smell the blood oozing from his wounds. She prepared to kill him in the most gruesome way she could think of, it didn?t matter if he begged for his life, he was going to die. Piccolo roared back at the Android, refusing to die in such a pitiful way. In response, Android 18 jumped behind him. She proceeded to grip the roof of his mouth with one hand and grip his jaw with the other, and in a most grotesque manner, pulled until a crackling snap was heard...
She tossed the bloodied jaw bone to one side and allowed the body to drop... OCB: +1 Point +5000 Zeni to 18 -1 Life from Piccolo.

18 shook her hand letting droplets of blood fall to the ground. She looked toward Cell; he eyed her as if she were a stranger. Her shoulders lightly rose into a shrug and she turned from the bleeding corpse, ?I think it?s time I visited a bunker.? She started to walk in the direction of the closest bunker; the one Piccolo had previously gone to. It was not too far, and Cell followed her. He seemed to want to help her, or at least try to seem loyal. It didn?t matter anymore, the past was the past. They finally saw the shelter and approached it, there seemed to be no one inside or by it so they entered. Once inside the android fetched herself a senzu bean for future use. She looked around at the safe area and wondered why it was so safe. She shrugged to herself and exited the bunker with Cell in her footsteps.

OOC:Fight:Jackie Chun vs. Android 18
Jackie stepped forward from his lookout after the intense fight that took place, his brains fully functioning. He moved his gaze to the tall, blond woman standing nearby. She was very powerful, the most powerful being Jackie had ever seen in his whole lifetime. He was shocked when she mercylessfully killed the muscular Namek. But that was Dantes Abyss......kill or be killed. Still it was really a gruesome manner of killing somebody. As the woman started walking, a strange creature followed her, obviously hoping to team up with this powerful person. Meanwhile, Chun stepped on the blood-covered grass and looked at the body of the once mighty Namekian warrior. Blood was still dripping from the part where the Nameks jaw, which lay a few feet away, was connected. His eyes were white and empty and his face was expressionless. A dead mans face, but much more terrible. The old man would have barried him if it wasnt for the fact Syntex employess picked up the bodies. "At least he died in a beautiful place," though the elderly human. It really was. Allthough there were only a few trees, there was lots of animals and some flowers as well. A family of rabbits passed by, not looking at the dead body laying only a short distance away. The former Sensei looked up when he heard a raocous sound. Crows circled over the scene and they started to approach the ground. It was obvious they were here before the fights even took place. It was no suprise....these birds smelled death and with it a great feast. Was Jackie going to be on their menu, remained to be seen. It was then when Chun noticed he was going to lose the powerful female. "Rest in peace," he said before he took off to follow the Nameks bane. The terrain did not change much as he walked. Area B did not have much diversity in nature, only grass, some hills and rare trees. But that meant little to the old man, as he focused his eyes on the person he followed. The woman was very beautiful, but in a extremely dangerous matter. It was obvious that making friends with her wasnt an easy feat. They soon reached the concrete bunker and the three entered trough the electronic door. While the warriores was picking up equipment, Jackie disabled the colar around his neck. The small red light turned blue. There was no threat now he would get electrocuted. The human followed the woman outside again. After some time of walking, Jackie found the perfect spot and broke the silence: "I must say I was very impressed with your performance earlier." The woman stopped walking and slowly turned around, facing the old man. "And let me guess.......you think your better then me?" "No, at least by power you are much greater then I am." The woman got confused. She mostly met wise-guys who rpetended to be kings of the world, but in front of her now stood a humble elderly human. Chun however quickly made her know he wasnt as humble as he seems: "But id still like to challenge you to a duel." The woman sighed. She expected something like this but she still asked: "But if you know im stronger then you and that I will kill you, why do you want to fight me?" "I find it an honor to fight against the universes greatest fighters. Seeing your incredible power, id say your one of them." The female remained confused in a non-stupid way. But Jackie spoke once more: "Oh gee....how rude of me. I havent introduced myself. Jackie Chun, at your service." "The name is 18 and I dont need your services, whatever they are." It was now the humans turn to be confused. "Em.....18?" The fightres kept quiet. She was asked such a question at least a thousand times in her lifetime. "My father was an idiot." "Oh........." "Lets get this over with, ok?" "Agreed." While 18 immediatly went into a fighting stance, Jackie first made a respectful bow. This confused his opponent even more. Chun was no hotshot, he was a noble warrior. A type of fighter for which people though where long gone. The old man slowly went into a fighting stance. A soft breeze swept trough the scene, the grass gently tingling beneath their feet. The strange creature which followed 18, watched quietly the upcoming fight. The elderly human prepared himself for what was going to be the greatest challenge of his life.......facing against the elite. OOC2: "Entered and exited the southeast bunker in area B"

She knew someone was following her. Who was he? She didn?t know. He was quiet, and he didn?t seem to try overly hard to stay hidden. She continued on her way as he kept up, and finally he spoke out to her. She turned to face the figure. He was an older man who did not seem overly interesting but he had that air about him. She knew what he wanted, and soon it was clear. He challenged her, and they talked, but she would fight him if that?s what he wanted. It was actually kind of amusing to have someone challenge her. As she slipped into a casual stance the bearded fighter bowed toward her, it seemed he was more of a noble figure. She glanced at Cell and spoke, ?I want to fight this one on my own.? And then she looked back toward her opponent.
A lone breeze brushed passed. She wondered exactly what kind of challenge this man would be. He was obviously a human, but sometimes humans could be tricky. She read his power but it was not too great, not yet anyway. The android powered up to her normal max and waited patiently; if he wanted to fight he could be the first to move. There was no sound, save the whistling of the wind. Finally the action started. The older warrior moved fast toward her, he seemed to actually be pretty fast. She held up her arms, his fists connected hard and she felt herself being pushed back. He did not stop punching toward her, but she kept up her defenses, ?You?re pretty good.? Was all she said before she pushed out with her arms and sent him wind milling backwards. The fighter, Jackie Chun, regained himself quickly. He was an eager eyed fighter, unlike some warriors; he jumped right back in and started the fight again. Android 18 dodged and blocked accordingly, his attacks were smooth and well trained. She wondered who had taught him to fight. She found herself stumbling backwards to get away from a vicious attack. He would have hit her broken nose; she had not bothered to let it heal yet. He seemed to notice that, it was probably the only soft spot on her body right now. It seemed like a not so entertaining fight at the moment. It would probably not seem very entertaining. Android 18 wanted to bring it up a notch, but she also wanted to try and get a good fight out of this man. She powered up a little more so that she had more of an edge over her foe. The fighting ensued. They locked into a battle of attacking and blocking. Both warriors moved so fast that they seemed to disappear and then reappear elsewhere. The sound of their hits hitting flesh echoed in the barren land. 18 tried different moves, she ducked and rolled and tried attacking from behind. Jackie was a clever fighter and easily turned to stop her attacks. It seemed as if they were matched, but they weren?t. 18 grimaced at how much good of an opponent he was, but he could not possibly beat her once she got more power. With that thought she powered up more, her Android Upgrade activated and sent a flush of power into her system. Soon his attacks were halted more easily. 18 gripped an incoming fist and tightened her hand around it. The warrior cried in pain but she ignored it. She hauled him back by his hand and then tossed him far across the sky. He landed hard onto the ground. 18 stood waiting for him to get up, which he did. He wiped some dirt from his body and then faced the blond android. Without hesitation they were back at it again. Both figures charged forward and their attacks met with force. Trunks stepped out of the bunker to see what all the fuss was about, after he saw that blonde woman who'd been with Raditsu all the time on Vejita's Moon, as he saw her suddenly popping into the bunker and then leaving. Then was followed by a an old geezer who didn't seem very strong.
"Mmmfmffmfmf mfmfm fmfmffmm..." Trunks exclaimed with a mouthful of food, which he managed to quickly swallow in a single gulp. With the sudden roar of Ki coming from outside, he figured a fight was about to happen, and didn't want to miss it even if it meant Gohan would get the rest of the food. "Wa-wait for ...me!" The hybrid had managed to choke out, this time his mouth not stuffed with food. The lavender haired fighter struggled a bit to get up from his seat on the floor, his legs having long since gone numb from when he and Gohan had first begun to pillage the Bunker of it's supplies. So it was a humours scene as the saiyajin hybrid hobbled on like an old man towards the door, leaning against the wall for balance along the way. All that simply to watch the fight between the old man and the blond chick which Trunks knew instinctively was going to be a very short lived fight. ![]()

Jackie backed off and took a deep breath. The frontal attack was a complete failure as the old man expected. 18 seemed to have endless reserves of power. Of course, that was idiotic to say, but Chun knew she was a lot stronger then him, even if he did use his maximum power. The elderly human whipped the small drops of sweat from his wrinkly forehead. A frontal attack against this woman was suicied. No, such a fight needed special measures.....
*FLASHBACK* Tried as he might, young Roshi could not bring down his sensei. Everytime he tried, Mutaito would make a quick strike and he fell. After what seemed to be a millionth try, Mutaito said wisely: "You cannot take out a stronger opponent directly, Roshi. You must use guerilla tactics." The tall, but still young student blinked confusingly at his master: "Guerilla tactics?" "Yes Roshi. In order to beat a stronger opponent, you must weary him out. Only then will you have a chance of victory." *END OF FLASHBACK* Jackie returned into a fighting stance. He felt as the wind swept over his wrinkly, but muscular body. His mind, body and spirit were in full readiness. He needed all the power he could muster, beacuse he knew this fight would decide his fate. The two remained quiet as they watched each other. While Chun was in full readiness, 18 remained simple. She was obviously of though that this would end easily. "Even if I fail, I wont let her win easily," he thought to himself. As he stretched out his arm and spread out his palm. The mechanical human raised one of her eyebrows, wondering would he really try to do something of such simplicity. But he did. A ball of ki exploded from the human extended arm. To the android, the ball travelled with the speed of slow motion. She simply moved to the side. But she did it to slow. As she wanted to turn back to Jackie, to comment on his stupid attempt, his fist connected with her face. The punch did not as damage the woman as it did suprise her. The former Sensie used her head to flip to the other side, his leg extended. As he wanted to move his lef in a 360 degree manner, the leg connected with hers and the push immediatly tripped the suprised humanoid. Thats when the human powered up. As this body was enveloped by a large green aura, Android 18s lens scouter beept and showed a 20x powerup. But it still wasnt enough to beat her in a direct manner. Jackie attacked with all his might at the fallen woman, his fists working correctly like a surgen. But soon enough, the humanoids fast leg flew into his face. As she got to her feet, Chun fell on the ground. He quickly got up. What he used was not guerrila tactics, but the elderly human realized that without superior speed, such tactics were useless. Still he tried with a suprise, but id didnt do much. Also the android now knew his maximum power. He could no longer suprise her. The woman smiled in a dangerous matter: "Well I must say, you are stronger then you look. But face it....you cant beat me. Im going to end this." She extended her arms. Roshis knowledge gave him know that such moves were tyical for ki attacks. He took the advantage and jumped out of the way. Thats when 18s sounds sounded trough the whole Area B. "FINAL FLASHHHHHH!" A large amount of yellow ki ignited and broke trough the soft soil. It was over very soon. The large attack left a enourmous trace. There was nothing left from the brutal attack. Nothing could survive such an attack. Unless of course that thing dodged before the beam could even appear. That thing was Jackie. Allthough the side of his saiya-jin armour was badly damaged, he was unhurt. He got up and nodded: "Excellent attack. Perfect for suprises. But...." "Damn it! How?" As her mind was distracted by this, Chun noticed something in the distance that could tilt the scales into his favour. He now remembered his old Senseis saying, one he would definitly use. "Use the enviorment to your advantage," he remembered and smiled. And yet he was woried. Could such a usage kill his opponent? Allthough others did that, he did not want to, at least not someone who didnt deserve it. As he though on this, the woman was looking at him, not understanding what was he smilling for. It was too late, it was time to act. The old mans grin spred even more as he started to walk towards her, his hands stretching towards her: "Come here, baby! At least give a poor old man a kiss...." Android 18 did not understand what he was saying until he was very close to her. She started retreating, yelling: "What wrong with you?! Get away from me, you dirty old man!!!!" The ederly human countinued with his madness as the woman was backing off in discust. But in a flash of a second his face became serious again. As Android 18 again wondered what was wrong with Jackie, her opponent connected his palms and blue ki appeared. But before she could even realize it, Chun screamed: "KamehameHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" The beam hit her with its full potential, blowing her away. It took only a second for her to spread her palms and stop the beam. But then even a greater force hit her from behind. A great electrical shock enveloped her body as she felt pain of incredible high. It felt like someone was stabbing her with a hot knife. The force was coming from the great yellow barrier. It was a trick. The old man used the barriers power against her. She held the attack, but at the same time her body was draining from energy. Her body started to feel incredibly weary. An ordinary fighter would have died in a second, but not someone as powerful as 18. It seemed to last forever. The android felt so helpless against such great force. She though she couldnt resist. "I MUST....I MUST FIGHT IT.....I MUST!!!!" A yell of agony escaped her lips. A white aura covered her complete body. It was the last thing Jackie saw before an explosion of ki enveloped the whole area. It seemed to end forever as the white energy dissaparated. Chun got up and moved his gaze upwards. Android 18 lay on the ground, breathing in a hard and quick pace. She was alive, but in a very hard condition. Her clothing was heavily torn and to some degree soaked in blood. There were large drops of sweat on her forehead and she had trouble moving. Roshi was relived. The shock did not kill her. The woman got up with great trouble, her gaze full of anger: "Why you........." This was it. This was Jackies great chance to win. And he decided to use it. Immediatly, his body was enpowered by Spiritken. Just like before, he attacked with an onslought, but 18 was in a much worser situation then before. She could not block Chuns accurate hits. But the former Sensei was woried nevertheless, how the fight would end.

And so she walked. She walked back from wence she came defeated, tired, scared, and most of all saddened. For she had trekked across the snowy northlands of the area, and still had found no trace of the item she had long sought. Now walking back to the bunker empty handed, she had almost given up all hope. Almost. Still, Katel would not give up. She would fight on and go past the harsh enviroment around her to save those she loved, and those who protected her as a child. It was her turn to do the life saving. [b]NPC Name: Katel Dezmon
The woman covered in vines and leaves had just finished packing her leather pouch with the senzu bean and static grenade. Having looked over the map inside the bunker, she quickly came to the conclusion that it was best to search around this area now. She had just finished searching the northern area of A, so now it time to try some new grounds. As she causually walked out, she could see two figured approaching the bunker. Though she could not fight, she didn't think the two would attack, so just continued forward towards them. Almost immediately, she could recognize the taller of the two from the videos she had studied almost relgiously. He wasn't in alot of them, but it was him...pure as day itself. She walked closer, silently shifting the vines around her body so she was more covered, out of decency. Suddenly the women slowed down as she could see the blue haired woman whispering to the android. Carefully, she girl continued. "I do not wish any trouble." Katel reasoned, putting her hand up to show her honestly. "Unfortunetly, trouble is what you found," the blue hair woman said matter-of-factly. "Sorry, but its just a game!" With that, the woman attacked. The Android only watched as Katel was planted with a hard kick into her chest, just above her breasts. She flew back, landing hard on the her rear. Obviously not a fighter, she tried making a run for it out of desperation. The blue haired woman grabbed her by her dirty hair, pulling her back and looking at her serious. "You dont want to kill me," Katel told her. "Your right. But thats just how it works. Any last words?" "Sleeeeeep," the forest girl whispered and raised her left out. A small green gas spurted out and into the mother's face. The Android gasped when his companion fell to the ground. Out of desperation, Katel ran as fast as she could and then jumping onto her flying leaf and leaving to go south. []Left Bulma sleeping. Android 18 wiped her wrist against her mouth. A dribble of blood had slipped down her bottom lip and had irritated her. She stared toward her opponent, he had been tricky. She gathered her wits about herself. How had they moved so far? They had not been anywhere near the bunker. 18 just shook her head slightly and decided it didn?t matter. She looked haggard but really it was all farce. The pain was there, of course, but she pushed it aside and would deal with it later. He though he was smart, well he wasn?t. He had not felt true pain yet. Before he could advance the android yelled out and her aura burst to life. Her power shot upward like a rocket. He could not see it but by the way she yelled out and stood, he knew she was going to give it her all.
She moved faster than he even expected and shot off toward him. She raised her fist which was splattered with blood and sent it toward his head. The impact was bone shattering. He went flying, not expecting such a blow. She had seemed fair and distant, now she was on him like a rabid dog. She followed his form as he landed and even before he could get up she was at him again. Her fists shot in quickly and hard. The older fighter cried out, she did not hear. She kicked his body to the side. He hit the ground once more and the android let out an angry yell. ?This fight is going to end!? The female shouted. She shook with the anxiety that came with fighting and using her full power. Every fiber in her body burned with passion for the battle. This old man was nothing, even with his little technique he could not win. She started toward his body; he was beginning to pick himself up. She let him do so, only so that she could cause him more pain. She did not enjoy beating up a person once they were done, unless of course if it was necessary. Now Jackie Chun stood facing her. He was scratched and bruises were beginning to form, but other than that he was fine. This was a fight she was going to win, even if it meant killing this man. They shot forward at the same time. Quickly they engaged in a battle of fists and feet. The older man was quick on his feet, but he could not last long. He was more powerful than the others, but not powerful enough to even hope of winning. She let her aura flare higher. Her attacks came in non-stop, they hit hard and she knew it would not be long before this wrinkled warrior would tire. She pushed out both hands and hit Jackie hard in the chest. His body went flying backwards and he stumbled but did not fall. He was a tough one, and wise, but how could he possibly last? The area was silent. The sky had darkened more and the fighters? auras brightened the surroundings. Android 18 stood with her arms slightly bent and fingers clenched. Her hair lightly fluttered in the evening breeze that was usual here. The grass did not waver here though; it was too dry and dead for movement. 18 did not enjoy this place; it was too dull for her tastes. Her cool eyes stared toward Jackie Chun; he stood in his own stance. He was beat up but still had fight in him. She waited patiently wondering if he would charge toward her, or beg for mercy. After what he had done, though, she would not give him compassion. She brushed some golden strands of hair away from her cheeks and waited. It was a staring contest now, but soon the fighting had to resume. It did, though they had not really been standing still for so long, the android felt itchy for the fight to start up again. She clenched and unclenched her strong hands. He would feel more pain; she would make him cry for his life. It slightly startled her to think such things, but then, why not? A smirk etched itself into her pale face and she charged her power back up. It was time to start again, perhaps this time he would die. She shot off toward the wrinkled man with full speed. He did not move, and so she hit him hard with her shoulder. He fell and she caught him by the wrist. With all the strength she possessed she pulled him right back up and into the air. Her hands glowed and as he started falling she began to fire off a volley of ki blasts that connected to his body. They exploded and scorched his body, but they were not so powerful, only a taste. She let him land on the ground only to watch him struggle to get back up. Smoke curled up and off his body, but he didn?t seem to notice. He stared at her intensely, as if saying she could break his body but not his mind. The android stared at him blankly and then gave him an odd shrug. This was a tournament, and he had to die. She came in again and although he worked to block and protect his body she was awfully fast. She hit him a few times and made him stumble in pain. How could he not beg for mercy? Of course everyone she had fought had too much pride. She let the old man get away from her savage attacks and stood waiting, the time would come soon enough. "Damn," Kami muttered as the foursome flew across the sky in an equal pattern. Their clear auras brightened up the dark sky, leaving a tail of light as they went. "Where is everyone?" The namekian asked out loud, now frustrated over the lack of competition they were finding.
"Down there," Bra commented. "A woman. She's...on a leaf?" "Looks like it," Burter answered. He quickened his pace and leaned forward to get some momentum. Sure enough, the girl landed to meet them. One by one, the four hit the ground. "Hello there," Burter said politely. "I dont want any trouble," the woman responded. Burter looked the girl over, notcing her teal skin and the vines wrapped about her. She was breathing deep, as if someone had been chasing her. "But I will defend myself if nessescary." "Its nessescary," Burter responded, quite simply. With a quick movement, he shot forward. None of his companions felt the need to help him so they just watched, assuming he could get the job done quick. His arm was suddenly grabbed by a force he couldn't see at the moment. Underneath him, a thick green vine had forced itself out of the Earth, and caused his bulky arm to cease its movements. He looked up at the forest girl, who only smiled. Another vine shot out, followed by another, and then another. His arms were forced back, landing him on the ground. He was looking up as the vines began to cover his blue body. As all this happeend, Bra was cursing with anger and confusion. She would have charged the woman had the vines not snagged her ankles. Kami was seeing the same problem, and no matter how strong the namek was, the vines were too thick. Even if he had snapped them, they would regenerate, leaving him and his companion pinned against the ground, completely covered and possible suffocating. Paragus was there, alone. He looked up at the women in shock as his friends were being tortured and teased with the idea of breathing. He could feel his rage building, but knew that now, against a foe like this, the saiyan would need to be smart and not strong. He knew her ki was low, and she could be beaten with the proper technique. As a vine lunged at him, he quickly shot into the air, looking down at her. "You are Paragus!" The woman shouted. "I remember now. From Friend or Foe, yes? Well, Paragus, Saiyan Warrior, I am Katel Dezmon. You will face me NOW!" []Okay, Paragus will recognize her last name(or should) from FoF. Katel can NOT fight in melee attack because of her low ki. She can control nature however, like causing wind storms, or blowing leaves, and controlling vines. Also, she has a poison gas could numb a limb or something. I dunno, be creative. And Burter-Bra-Kami are currently tied down[] ![]() Want a cookie?

Jackie had come to the conclusion that the fight was over: the trick with the barrier did cause much damage, but not enough to cause the woman enough pain for her strentgh to wayne. Infact, it seemed like she wasnt effected by the loss at all. She stood quietly a short distance away, the wind gently brushing her golden hair. Chuns heavy breathing was the only sounds disturbing the tranqulity of the surrounding. The animals have run away and the plants have been destroyed by the harsh fighting that was taking place. As the old man was catching his breath, he felt a drop of sweat trickle down his cheek. He couldnt understand. How could he feel so much pain and fatigue? He was a professional martial artist, he was taught..... then the awnser hit:
*FLASHBACK* Mutaito stood angrily in his white clothing gazing at the young Roshi: "You should be ashamed of yourself, Roshi!" "But, Sensei, he was asking for it! He kept insulting my family....." "Have you learned nothing of what I have tought you?! Have you forgot of what our people have been developing for centuries?! *END OF FLASHBACK* The elder Roshi felt shame. In his foolishness he had forgot the code of the warrior. He had disgraced his ancestors by fighting like a coward, by using tricks. This was even a worst hit to the old man then any of the androids attacks. He raised his face, looking at the young woman: "I apologise," he said clearly. 18 was stunned. Jackie countinued: "I have acted like a second class fighter. I tried to use dirty tricks to gain victory and I have not showed the proper respect to such warriores such as yourself. For that I cencerly aplogise and will not act in such a manner again." Chun made a bow, a mark of respect. 18 stood quietly, not saying anything abou the matter. Thats when the old man started preparing. He removed the white gloves and boots he found in the armor. He no longer needed them, beacuse they were the symbol of his stupidity. He also removed his upper clothing, thus revealing his upper torso. However, he positioned back the Saiya-jin armour. The old man knew it was going to help him to endure the great strain that his body will be exposed too. But he realized that the thing that he will have to prepare most was his spirit. He connected his palms: "No more dirty tricks.....Just you and me......." He slowly closed his eyes and focused. The pain seemed to simply dissapear as he entered a high spiritual state. He thought t himself: "Forgive me, ancestors, and help me in the trial I am facing." He felt how the wind gently touched his wrinkled skin, the late afternoon sun getting a bit hotter. He grinned. His ascendents were with him. Slowly he opened his eyes. He had finally envisioned the truth. The situation was not bad as it seemed: allthough he got some hits, he was still standing. The feeling of pain and wearyness left his body, beacuse he was in a high mental state. 18 could brake him physicly but not mentally. She could break his body, but not his spirit. He wanted to fight.....fight till the last breath, fight till the last droplet of blood. He was now ready, more then ever before in his life, to face a great challenge. All of a sudden, his muscles bulged from the intensity as the energy in his veins started to run faster. 18 stood quietly, clutching her fists.....it was obvious she was getting tired of the pause. Jackie started to yell, the power of his tone getting higher and higher with every second that passed. Finnaly, a green aura enveloped him as his body released the gathering energy. But it was something Chun never felt before, as the aura was the size of an elephant. Never before had he felt so strong, determined, prepared. The old man realised he wanted to win, for any cost, he wanted to prevail. With these feelings inside of him, he turned to face his opponent. The android was sick and tired of it all and attacked. The former Sensei was quick to cross his arms in front of him as the womans fist colided with his fortified superior limb. His flesh squeezed and his bones shook.......but they helled on. Immediatly, the noble warrior planted his knee into her gut. When the back of her head was exposed, the elderly human striked with his elbow. For the finnaly, he kicked her head like it was foot ball. Allthough it did launch the woman into the air, she stopped her body. She turned back to her opponent. The android stretched her arm with her index and middle finger extended. A small yellow ring appeared. "Kienzan!!!" Five rings were shot out. Jackie avoided most of the rings, but one of them attached him onto the rock behind his back. He was quick to destroy it with a small ki ball. OOC: Dont post yet, will countinue this when my brother gets off.

Being tied down against his will was not a favorite activity of Kami's. He was getting pretty pissed, ripping away at vines just as fast as they came back. He could see who Paragus was fighting, it was that woman he had noticed before. He caught her name too, the last name sounded familiar but Kami was a little too preoccupied to think about it much. His current train of thought was how to get out of these damned vines. He blasted away with an open hand at the ground, frying a few vines but more came back up in their place. Burter and Bra weren't fairing much better - and if Kami couldn't brute strength his way out the other two had no chance of that.
"We need to find a way out of here!" Kami hollered. Paragus was off trying to break the vine defence of Katzel, but wasn't having much luck. "Maybe if we all tried to break free at once we could get out...but then again if she really wanted to kill all of us she could have probably done it by now..."

NPC Name: Katel Dezmon:
As she expected, Paragus was having luck against her onslaught of the forces of nature. However, he was having alot more luck then his companions would because of his experience and his ability to see things faster then others would. There was one thing the old warrior had yet to figure out however. Katel was not the evil being he thought her to be, and neither was her sister. He was eliminated from Friend or Foe because of the girl's sister, but that was another story. Now, she would repay the debt...she would help him become stronger, and more deserving of such friends. He could not fight those stronger, but the warrior could face Katel, someone who was not a fighter...but a magician. She did not wish to kill Paragus, but she wanted to help him the same way Burter had helped Bra. She watched from her T.V. set as the young girl Bra was filled with rage and became the super saiyan she was today. With that kind of emotion, Paragus would become as such. If its rage he wants...rage he shall have "You are nothing, Paragus! You could never protect them! They arn't your friends!" She yelled angrily, as if frustrated with him. "THEY ARE YOUR BODYGUARDS!" "Your wrong, you witch!" Paragus shouted back. Now he was infuriated. He began to focus his power, looking down at the little plant monsters Katel had summonded. His ki began to flash brightly, filling up all the area around him. It made him stick out like a candle in the dark. "This time, I will save them!" Katel only stuck her hand out, nodding to his friends. He looked over and gasped as he realized she was tightening the vines around Burter's body. Though, it only appeared that way. In fact, Burter was hardly affected. "NO!" Paragus shouted, "STOP THAT! Leave them ALONE!" []The vines are keeping the three tied down, but not hurting them. Paragus thinks the vines are going to kill them[] ![]() Want a cookie?

18 tried to use the chance and shot a barrage of ki balls at her opponent, but Chun was quick to awnser. He quickly dodged the bobardment which caused the rock to turn into dust. The android did not stop and with great speed attacked the old man. Allthough she delt a few hits, the elderly human did not care about the pain. He blocked the womans attacks as best as he could. He had practicly become a fortress with very thick and strong walls. No matter how the android hit him, he refused to surrender. But this was not pride, it was the code of the warrior......a code which his ancestors respected and passed from generation to generation for centuries. He tried to punch back the woman, but 18 was quick to react. She grabbed his arm and wanted to flung him over her, but Jackie landed on his feet and flung her. However, he had as much luck as the android as she landed on her feet as well. She tried to trip the old man, but Chun guessed correctly what was she planning and skyrocketed into the air. Unfortunately for him, the warriores dissapeared and reapered behind his back. He felt her fist connect with his back. A wave of pain spread across the elderly humans body, but his spirit did not allow him to feel it. He grabbed her arm and threw her downwards. She hit the ground and a few particles of dust seperated from the ground. The former Sensei launched himself towards her, his knee extended. But 18 quickly rolled away and avoided the hit. They both got quickly to their feet and back to their fighting stances. Jackie was catching his breath, but nevertheless struggeled on. The gaze of the androids electrical blue eyes connected with the old mans look, both keeping their guard up. The androids hands were shaking a bit. Nevertheless, she connected her palms and positioned them behind her. It took only a second for the martial artist to realize what she wanted to do, but he remained focused. The spirit within him burned with great might as the spirits of his ancestors hung in the air. The android started her attack: "Ka........me..............." A small blue ball, about the size of a walnut appeared. "KAAAAAAAAA........MEEEEEEEEEE........." The ball enlarged itself to a great extent. Even the wind seemed to stop blowing. "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!" 18 moved her arms in front of her and let out an enourmous blue wave. The beam pushed the soft soil to the side on its way to the martial artist. It seemed to last forever before a large explosion emmited, covering a large chunk of the land. Due to the power of the blast, it again took very long for the blue energy to clear away. The result of the attack was an enourmous crater which destroyed a large chunk of the battlefield. But instead of being turned into molecules, Jackie stood not far away at the androids left. She turned to him, looking at him quietly. While remaining focused at all time, the former Sensei replied: "It was I who devised the Kamehameha wave.........so I know its strentghs and weaknesses." They gazed at each other, nothing disturbing the long lasting quiet which covered the area. Android 18 hands shook abruptly as she was catching her breath a bit. Jackies breathing was hasty, but his mouth remained shut. He positioned himself for another round. The woman gave him a look which clearly asked: why do you persist? Chun remained quiet, countinuing to gaze at the warriores with his small, beattle black eyes, full of determination. Allthough his body was weary, his spirit countinued to ignore the pain and fatigue, fueling him so he could fight on. "Even the best powerhorse can be tamed......" thought the martial artist, his mind focused onto it. Did he have the ability to tame 18, remained to be seen. OOC: Well I did my best......

OOC: Well seeing as how someone stole my Christmas I?ll just RP and let it all out here, so if it seems rather depressing, I?m sorry.
A cold wind passed across her smooth skin. The crisp air came in from the west to bite at the warrior?s skin. It passed by like it had no course, bits of leaves and grass dancing along with it. It was a scene of nature; it bothered no one and never stopped. Android 18 watched it with a subtle interest. She watched the clouds slowly creeping across the darkening sky and hang like a veil over the waning sun. Perhaps it would snow here, or maybe it would just continue to look on the verge of it. It was only moments that slipped by, her eyes scanning the distance with faint thoughts. She could not explain the way things had gone, and how things would continue. Her cold eyes traveled along the horizon and then rested upon a solitary figure. He stood tall; his breathing came fast and hard. He was an older man, a veteran to fighting. He looked weary, but he would not cave in. No, only death would stop him. Would she kill him to? She had to. There was no other way he would stop. It was either him or her. She closed her eyes and let out a long sigh, what would be would be. She opened them and clenched her fists tightly. The cool breeze touched the tips of her golden hair and made it flutter beautifully. She stood in her usual stance and looked right at her opponent. It was time to end this fight. The stillness broke and shattered like glass. Her slim form moved forward with every bit of speed she possessed. Jackie Chun moved forward as well, though he was not as expert in her strength and power, he was wise. He moved like he was one possessed. He would get up after a fall; he would stare at her with such determination. His punches hurt, but not enough. He moved into her and would not stop. They grappled each other, their hands entwined with each others. The power they emitted caused the very ground to shake. Small rocks rose into the air and exploded into tiny fragments. Ki crackled and sparked along their arms and legs. Their teeth gritted and their eyes burned. Each warrior worked hard to overpower the other. Though 18 was many times his power, she found his determination to be overwhelming. Finally she broke from the hold and pushed herself upward. Her feet smashed into his chest and sent him flying backwards. Quickly she moved toward his position but he was up as fast as he was able. She and the martial artist broke into fighting. His arms blocked her fast fists and he worked to dodge her feet. A sweat started to build against his brow. She ignored all this and fought hard to get through his defenses and score a hit. Her fist came in toward his face. He could not raise his arm fast enough to block. Her knuckles hit his jaw hard and his feet left the ground. His body moved through the air and a sound of pain escaped his lips. She watched him hit the ground hard. Could she just stop there? She couldn?t. She ran toward his body and continued the torment unto him. Her leg went backward and then came back forward to slam hard into his side. Jackie Chun lurched upward from the force and blood splattered the ground. Though he shook as he got back to his feet, and Android 18 watched him rise, there was no way he would stop. She rushed forward and they fought again. He was a human, but he acted as if he were the same as she. A machine, he acted like he was not even alive, but the burning flames that were his eyes told otherwise. Blood had dribbled from his mouth and covered his chin. Various cuts and bruises showed themselves. He was most likely very much in pain and tired from all the exertion. He did not show it, he would not show it. He simply fought back with a hope of winning, or perhaps something else. She had not been as determined as he was in so long, how could she? There were not many who could rival her power, only then would she fight as Jackie Chun fought. His body hit the ground once more. The hard dead grass crunched with each step she took. A coldness swept across the plains. The android looked upward for a moment. The clouds hung heavily above their forms. A distant sound echoed from beyond. The blond fighter stared forward, she wondered. The sound came again, a low rumbling that shook her bones. A light smile tickled her lips. It was a perfect way to cleanse the land. Softly she felt it. A droplet of water splattered against her cheek, and then her hand, and then more and more came. It started as a light shower; Jackie Chun stood up to stare up at the new addition to their fight. The rain came down and washed away the bloody from their wounds. 18 stared at her opponent and wondered if he could still fight her. He was as ready as ever. Lightening struck above. It forked through the heavy dark clouds and illuminated the ground below. The two warriors were at each other again. Their hits echoed with the thunder, the rain spattered around them like a waterfall. It would not slow them or halt them. Android 18 moved with it as they fought. It slid off of her soft skin like it had a life of its own. She danced around the human?s attacks; the ground below her feet grew muddy and slick. She did not pay any mind, she just moved and fought like the warrior she was. She moved with a new grace. The rain brought her to a new level of fighting. It brought her to life. It made her feel full. She could not hope to explain what she felt. The thunder and lightening continued to accompany the fight. Though the human fought hard to attack his opponent, 18 moved easily away from his assault. She finally stopped dodging and moving, her form became as still as a statue. She stared toward the older man, noting that he still stood with fiery passion. He wanted to win, he didn?t want to die. She stared at him for a few long moments. The rain ran down her pale skin and against her wet golden hair. It was no use, it had to end. She rushed forward with a fist raised high. Jackie caught it with his hand but she easily brought in her other hand to grind hard into his stomach. He gasped for breath and blood came out of his mouth only to wash away with the rain. She pushed him away from her body; he stumbled and held his gut. She lightly shook her head, he was a smart fighter. Once more she came in toward his figure and engaged in combat. Each strike hit, he could not possibly continue much longer. As with the other fighters, he would not surrender. He had to die, though; this was the point of the game. She tossed his body away from herself and waited for him to get back up. ?Are you prepared to die?? She said as he shakily got onto his hands and knees. She stood with her side toward him; she stared out into the darkness. ?You are a wise and old fighter, but have you ever faced death?? She did not look at him. ?You won?t know anything until you taste the pain and feeling of death as many others have. Once you have died and faced what lies on the other end, you won?t know everything.? Now she turned toward him. He stared up at her, was he confused? 18 just looked down at him. ?You fought well enough, you are a good person.? She looked off to the side, ?But you entered this tournament, and you knew the consequences.? Before he could even move she was on him and pinning his body to the ground. She held the back of his head firmly, ?Are you ready to die? Or are you ready to give up? Can you face death openly and go on to learn more than you do now?? She whispered to him with a cold voice. Jackie Chun id not struggle, not yet anyway. Perhaps he was thinking, or gathering his strength to overpower her hold. She did nothing, not until he would reply. The cold rain pelted their bodies. Their clothing was soaked. She did not feel the cold, or the wet. He was numb, and she would not feel a thing until the fight was over. ?What will it be?? And she waited. OOC: Ok Jackie Chun and I agreed that it will end after I post. Could a staff member please look at this? ![]() DA08 Winner. "Screw them, this was her show now."
