CDBZ: The Apprentice Rules
#1
Obviously, you will be monitored. On everything. From here on out. You 18 that have been selected are now being watched everywhere you post. If you verbally attack someone, we'll make a note. If you get a warning, we'll make a note. It all comes back to you from here on out.

So watch your behavior, cut back on the spamming. Sure, we all spam, but don't overdo it. Your here to become staff, so act like it.

With that said, welcome to the Apprentice.

Each week, the team that loses the task will be visiting the boardroom. At the boardroom, everyone will state their case to the staff why they shouldn't be fired, and the Team Admin will choose two or three people to bring back into the boardroom.

The staff will give Raditzu their opinions on who should be fired. This involves behavior, creativity, leadership, challenge performance, and boardroom performance. In the end, someone is fired and we continue the cycle.

I just wanted to say a few things about this. I don't know how many of you have ever been in a staff position, or how many of those trying out have had to deal with the administrative process, but don't be too freaked out about it. We don't want everyone to get pissed off and throw themselves off a bridge or anything like that. Sure, its serious, but that doesn't mean you can't have some fun with it. That's one of the big jobs of a moderator, knowing when its ok to joke around, and knowing when to switch over to staff mode. I know, for me, there are a lot of things that I say/do on these boards that is completely contradictory to how I do them outside of this setting. If I were a normal member, I would be a completely different person on these boards.

The other thing that's important is that you interact with your group members the same way you would work with us staff members. The number one thing that will cripple any set of staff members is a lack of communication. If you can't communicate with the people around you, no matter how creative or talented or hardworking you are, you just won't make it.

I had some more things to say, but I'm running out of Dr. Pepper and my attention is rapidly being distracted. So, I guess its just important to have fun and give it your best.

A round works as such:

Each team picks a Team Admin, or TA, which will lead them in the task. They will take full responsbility if your team wins or loses.

Then you'll do a task, which you can set up in your team forum. The TA will be in charge of posting the final product of each task.

The winning team is safe, and the losing team goes to the boardroom. The boardroom can only be posted in by the staff and the people inside it. The team will be questioned by the staff off several things, and Raditzu will ask the TA to bring two or three people back with them to face the firing.

The people in the final boardroom will come in, and face the staff once again. In the end, Raditzu will make the final choice and fire who he feels deserves it, taking into consideration the opinions of his staff members.

The process repeated until the Final 4, which will work differently. More on that later.

One LAST thing I need to add here.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT say anything that happens in this game outside this forum and the people involved. Only those involved can see the forums and it's like that for a reason. So please don't tell anyone of what's going on. All will be revealed at the end.

Each round, I'll tell the other members who lost, who was Team Admin, who was sent to boardroom, and ultimately fired.

The reason for this, if your curious, is to promote those who are not in the game to predict things each week. Gotta keep em all entertained! =)
