Absenteeism?

Now, this is gonna sound rude/ungrateful/whatever, but it needs to be said. Staff presence seems to be dwindling, and I'm starting to feel like there's only three staff and one (and a half) behind the scenes.

I'm just kinda wondering... who's still here? And are we at a point where we should be considering injecting fresh blood into staff?

The two things that kinda drive these questions are the fact that staff participation in the current saga has stagnated (but as far as I know, Rad is solely responsible, so if he isn't here, nothing can happen anyway, so that's not such a big deal) and the training program is further behind than I've ever remembered.

This is NOT a complaint. I'm genuinely worried about the future of CDBZ. =\

This is the Chubbs curse, well it's not really a curse just the natural order of things. Summer is starting, relatives are visiting and all that jazz. Which is creating a heavy workload of real life events for staff, give it awhile and things should speed up again.

You haven't seen hell yet, sometimes it doesn't happen sometimes it does but is minor.

But then there is Saki-ho, and the Lookout Saga...

Yes, we should. But the only two people who are open for consideration hardly do anything as Story Guides, including contributing to staff discussion. Honestly, I'd rather see Tapion then either story guides as staff right now. Hopefully they pick up

Right now, Rad and Rei have a lot going on. Trunks is helping out a lot more then he was a week ago and with Rad trying his best to get back into the Chubbs mood we should be okay for awhile.

I'll be buckling down in terms of updating too, so me and Goku can get a lot done. When Krillin finishs his exams he'll be all over it too

I think, if things don't really pick up after a few weeks, maybe another apprentice thing or some thing? I dunno other wise..

Wouldn't mind taking another crack at that thing aswell.. See how far I can get when actully being bothered to help comes to hand..

But, those staff that have actully been doing things, good on ya. To those that aren't (such as the Guides), maybe they should be reconsidered?

Anywho, we already know who to call should we need more staff. That's what the last Apprentice competition helped us with.

How about if you got some part-time staff members? Just to help the staff out while most of them is busy with RL.

If I get asked for help I do it, so don't be afraid to PM me or message me. Also, I told the staff that if I don't do the training then to just do it, I was afraid to do it this time because I thought it was done until I saw the post burter made.

Omfg, really. I havn't had such a nice compliment since I've been here. ^_^

On topic:

I havn't seen Rad or Rei around, just like brief moments of Rad or Rei on the boards but not posting. Hopefully they are in the staff forum.
