Okay, guys.
I blame this loss on you, 20. Does that mean you'll be fired? No. But for my first question, justify why I should not fire you. Not to mention Metal Koola and Krillin having on idea what to do on some parts.
Which brings me to Tap. Your idea to do the site. Don't you think that 48 hours was just not enough time? I saw this brought up several times.
Now, the usual questions. Who should be fired, who is the strongest link, what do you think could have been done to win this task. Also, how was 20 as a leader.
And furthermore, I would like to say that the idea you had was good. I think you simply didn't manage it well enough to do a good enough job in the time given.
Do not assume you are safe here. I hold all of you particially responsible.

Oh, and 20, when your ready you can PM me who you want to take the boardroom. Must be TWO people since you have only five on this team.
I know you'll be gone for the weekend so let's try and speed this up and have firing tomorrow. When everyone posts for the first BR, we can move on to the final

I'd just like to say I feel bad for you guys...You tried very hard this round, but for some reason you guys get shafted. You guys would have won if only you had thought that we would need to know what changes you made. You all know I'm a site designer, and in my opinion you guys should have just gone basic and posted information. Websites take time, and I hate how you guys only have 48 hours, and you wanted to impress us. You did impress me, but we can't easily judge you when your stuff looks mostly copied.
I wish you guys luck from here on out, just remember, in the end only one of you can win.

I'd hold me responsible too.
Alright guys, I guess I better start talking. At first when I got chosen as TA, I started thinking of the best way to run the team. Democratically, and let the majority of the team make the decisions. That would have been a good idea, but I think I made a fatal mistake. Tapion, while I really admire your talent to be able to create the site, it is also because of the fact I entrusted you with the final product that we lost. As the leader, I should have been the one to be handling this, not you.
After Day 1, I'll be quite frank about what I was thinking. I was considering coming right back in here and resigning on the spot. But that wouldn't have been fair to you all, because when Furiza stepped down, it could have caused us to lose another team member, and I didn't feel any of you deserved that for what happened. I know I made a commitment to stick this through to the end until I get fired, so I won't just step down, but I'm not going to look for any little slip up you guys made so I could stay alive. You all have the potential to become great staff members in my mind.
Okay, now some thoughts on the task. This sucker was a big one, and a vague one as well. It let us come up with any changes to the site we would like to make, but the problem was, if the site is already quite good, considering they recently updated it, there isn't very much to change. This made my task difficult in passing out roles for who is to do what, so I assigned jobs based on what COULD happen. There were also a lot of people who I sort of tossed around on jobs. I'm sorry about that, but without definite areas to put you all in, because we didn't have many ideas to implement into the site, there weren't many jobs to do.
I did my best to come up with some order to the chaos, but in the end I guess I failed.
Okay, now to my opinion to what each person did:
Android 20- Yeah, me. I tried to run this task in a bit of an unorthodox way, and it was sort of like shooting the moon. The bullet came back and nipped me in the butt. But, I do believe I wasn't very organized, partly due to the fact that I didn't have control of the final product, and also because I didn't have any concrete tasks to assign. If I was to rate myself on a scale of one to ten, I'd give myself a 4.
Krillen- Great job, he did what I asked of him, and voiced his opinion about what to do to try to make the task better. He forsaw what could happen by taking this big of a risk. But, he also did his job, and then some. After he updated the pages I asked him to, he asked me for other things he could do as well, and I really appreciated that.
Tapion- He might as well have been a second TA for the task, because he was running the site, putting the stuff in, and knew what he needed to put the stuff in. Without him, this idea would have flopped terribly, and we would have probably done something similar to Aggro. I have no idea on how to do HTML, so I have no clue as to how hard it was to do all that, so I can't say much more.
Metal Koola- You didn't have a very big job, and I apoligize for that. You were meant to create the new content we wished to implement, such as KB's trained custom moves. However, you didn't do this, when I posted what I needed you to do. But, there could have been a possibility you didn't see it, because of most of the ideas being in one thread. I should have been a bit more organized, but you had one job, and there was only one thing to do in it.
Kid Buu- You went over the top. You really helped out with the team, and then even went so far as to create a kickass banner for us. You had many very creative ideas and the majority of them were put into our changes. You did fantastic.
Weakest Link in my opinion: Metal Koola
Strongest Link: Kid Buu

Man that's a hard question. Can I plead the fifth? =P
No, seriously, this is difficult. I'd like to say no, because I feel I could have done much better with one of the earlier tasks, because there was concrete stuff to work with. I've done very well in my opinion on most of the other tasks as well.
But, as most of my team is probably thinking, I did poorly as TA. I'm normally a much better leader, when I'm the one running things. But because I chose to let the team make the majority of the choices instead of me taking control... that could have been our downfall.
To make a long answer shorter: If you judge my performance on this task as a means of deciding who should be fired: Yes. I deserve to be fired.
If you look at this from the long term perspective, based on how I have done previously, then I'd say no.
I feel so self-incriminating, but I'm not gonna lie >.<

Well, you put me in a hard spot, 20. I am not going to judge you based one single task, but when I look at how you lead your team, I just don't know, man. I will continue the boardroom, however, to see how it goes down.
But if you don't deserve to be fired, who does?

Actually you know what, I'll make things easier for you.
I'm going to take the firing for this one.
The rest of my team all have the capacity to become great staff members, and I don't deserve to remain here after such a shoddy performance. Heck, this might even be for the best. I'm gonna want to leave Chubbs someday, and I won't want to feel obligated to remain because I was staff or something.
I learned something this task, as did Furiza a while back. If this is what the staff has to deal with in a day in, day out basis, you all have my respect. I'd never be able to take that every single day. I'm just too busy to put Chubbs above my life, and I'd much rather keep my real life than to become staff here.
And, based on what you all said at the very beginning of the apprentice, if you aren't having fun, stop. Well running that task back there was far from fun. It was stressful, it was hectic, and I just about resigned on the spot when I saw how things were going.
As for the rest of Team Magma, good luck, any of you all have the chance to become staff members in my opinion. Keep at it, I wouldn't want to get in your all's way. Later ya'll.

Well, 20, I don't know if you would have ended up being fired, but since you asked, I will give.
Android 20,
You're...Fired.
The final 10. Teams are temporarily GONE.
