I skewed it so that it would fit my purpose. Basically. . .I made it into a slang word, such as "woulda," or "yo" (many slang words have come to be words that dictionaries define, so spreading this use would be quite good). ;)

I like slang words; I think it spices up our language. Such would be Shakespearean, they are now seen as beautiful words even though they used to be for "commoners."

REVISED POST FROM AN UNDISCLOSED MEMBER (I'm willing to argue their points if need be ;):

I was wondering; if we joked about how the staff were a bunch of KKK members, a black person could become angered and bitch 'cause everyone has to be poilitically correct. Though, people throw the nazi word around like crazy, as well as Jew and schtuff, but no-one ever says anything? I mean, I don't really mind but I think it's a gay double standard. That too, if someone became offended by me using the word "gay" it would be carried along with the unjust double standard.

The last sentence said something about the lack of ability to debate, but I don't believe that carries along with me. =)

We don't use "nazi" to denote and political or prejudicial beliefs, so if someone doesn't like it, that's their problem. Calling someone a "KKK" member would be flat-out disrespectful as the term "KKK" has no definition that has been made to be socially acceptable. Its usage is meant solely to anger or offend.

The comment about "Jew" or "gay" I take a bit more seriously. If anyone of Judiac upbringing ever said they had a problem with, or were offended by, the use of the word "Jew" in a disrespectful manner, the staff would act accordingly. "Gay" is in the same boat.
