If any of you have not yet read this wonderful serial novel by Stephen King, stop whatever you're doing and go read it. This is possibly the best piece of fiction I've read so far. The movie was good as well, yes, but it doesn't cover half of what the book has.
This is what fiction is supposed to be like.

I read the book but never watched the movie, great book. I tend to avoid movie adaptations of books.

If i do see movie adaptions of a book, I always read the book first. For instance, i plan on seeing the Da Vinci Code when it comes out, I have already read the book.
But now we're getting off the subject, I haven't seen the Green Mile, but stephen king is a really good writer. I really like Eyes of The Dragon, though I don't think medieval fantasy stuff is really his thing.

Quite true. I'll read it sometime, when I'm done reading other stuff.

Green Mile is a good read. I thoroughly enjoyed the Stand, by Stephen King, more however. If you like his books, read the Talisman and/or Insomniac. Dorothy Claiborne is a good read, not so much weird fantasy stuff if your not into the whole green mile ' divine healer' thing or the craziness of his other books.
