I don't know about all of it. FMA I still consider to be very good.

However, I think Family Guy is very funny, and (dare I say it?) funnier than the Simpsons. 8o

The Simpsons has lost most of it's outstanding qualities by now, but Family Guy does even outweigh the first half of The Simpsons.
