Id like to point out that I am Roshi and the only way that I could teach you the technique was if you where on King Kais....which it doesnt seem that you are or are able to come.

Dude you don't have to training with him to learn the move o.O just get 50 int and ask for it on your Tech Vault.

Hes right. I was merel pointing out to the "training with Roshi" part.

It's just a power up, normally takes on a green tint.

Go to the namek forum and try and find the quest Burter and I did to get spirit ken before they changed the rules, it should give you and idea of how to roleplay the power up and what it looks like ect.
