I have drawn it out, but I can't do the notations from a piano perspective. I drew it the best I could, but can't recognize the tune from that end. Now if it was simply notes on a staff in order, I could do that.

If I had the means, I'd put it up in actual sheet music notation. But, I don't. Too soon to give out the answer, however.

No. I would say Sharp and Flat in that case. Up and Down is referring to whether or not you play the note above or below it, since I have no notation other than that.
