First staff need to upload it, though. That's for avatar.

As for the sig, you need to save it, uploa dit on to photbucket or something, then choose the URL that has the "[IMG]" tag in it. Paste that into User CP>>Signature and voila.

Try this one then.

Just use the first oen but take out the "[ URL=http://imageshack.us]" at the beginning, and the "[/URL]" at the end.
