Bottom line, Cell is a hard ass to edit to look like Cell Jr. You have to move around the damn dot's on his skin, get the correct colour shading.
It's simpler to use image's of Cell Jr.'s, whihc if you look hard enough, can get some good images.

Put the iamgeo n the right at it's natural size, remove the cartoon network logo, give the background some darkness, and then you should be done.
