Add a border, a two pixel border would be advised.

Make a new layer, empty.

Select pencil tool, choose a colour, hold the mouse either very still or hit Shift (dunno what it is for Paintshop), and then drag it along.

*double post >.<* I'm at my grandma's now, and photoshop is on my dad's laptop. I may have photoshop on my main computer, but for tonight, I'll probably just try and get Torbies redone when I'm home. Thanks for being patient guys.

Yeah, I want it to look spectacular...damn I wanna go home to work on it...hate to say it, but thanksgiving is kinda boring here.

Edit: If anyone wants to use whatever I've made for now, thats fine. I may be a bit getting home, then working on em. Photoshop is new to me.

I could use both those backgrounds, sure. Makes my job easier...then the sig I'm making now (I started one at home, still at grandmas >.<) will be for Panbookin. Thanks for the help guys.

Edit: I will make 2 sigs for both of you...one with my attempt at creating it myself, and one using the background you supplied.

Another testament to me being a noob sig maker...how do I use the custom brushes? I have them in the brush folder (using photoshop) but I dunno how to use em. Can someone help?
