PRE NOTE: NOT an attack on Uub, just a question...
So, I noticed Uub's post. He currently has Spiritken (Trained), it's a x20 multiplier. The new technique, being posted
HERE, is a x25 multiplier.
Now, with that said, is it something we can all do, and have it approved/disapproved by staff? Is it something we can do only if staff gives us permission to do it before we make it up? Or is it just a big no no?

Alright I knew someone was going to ask this question so here it is. I contacted staff about a few months ago with my idea to turn Uub from a non-transformer to a transformer. I was tired of everyone going to get kk and skk and really did not want Uub to be the same, jumping onto the band wagon so to say. So I had the idea to create a background for Uub that would change him, I would roleplay everything and earn the "custom" trans, staff agreed, all it is is basically kk trained on the roster page, it's only roleplayed differently.

Uub was a special case, as he went through me and both admins. Uub isn't really a non-transformer, but then again he's not a transformer. Like Cell, he is kind of unique. So he improvised.
To answer your question, no it's not something everyone can do. You can ask an admin in PM or IM, but it's probably not worth your time.

Actually it's Kaioken (trained). And it should show up on his roster as Kaioken (trained). But for his roleplaying, we agreed to allow him to roleplay it looking different as if it was something different for character reasons. This is not something we will regularly do, so we don't want someone to come to us asking if they can have their Saiyan turn SSJ but have spiking blue hair and jet black eyes and long wizards robes. No, every single Namekian is not going to be able to pop up and ask if they can roleplay their SNS as then growing six feet of hair and turning into a member of KISS. Uub's situation is very similar to how we allow Cell to transform differently based on who he is. Its also similar to how we allow some creative freedoms regarding Bojack's transformations, and Garlic Jr and all the other transformers that only had one other form or so. We decided after some deliberation that this would be something healthy for his character and agreed to let it pass, as we allow people to go about their more ambiguous powerups however they want to "show" them. That said, this will not become a regular thing. I'm sorry, but we cannot have 60 people with their own custom powerups. This is a very very rare thing and happens only for certain characters, like we did when we made the ruling on Cell oh so long ago.

It's not a big deal really, I've always been a firm believer in whatever staff does has a good reason or they wouldn't do it, but I was just a little misunderstanding, but now I've got it. It makes sense now.
