Lockdown!!!
#1
My school was in lockdown today, and then they completely evactuated the school, it started around 10 or 11, and the police still might be searching the school.
I got home around 1:40, and they had started dismissing kids around 11:00 to there buses, and my bus didnt even show up. So I ended up taking a bus to another school to look for my bus, and I couldnt find mine, so I had to call my dad, and have me pick me up. But Im home safely. Just thought Id let my friends on chubbs know what happen.

That's nothing new for me. My school had a lockdown almost every year. One year some kids were going around threatening to kill whoever they saw. Another year there was a kougar let loose in our area that aparently escaped from the zoo or something, another year some guy escaped from a the prison and was said to be lurking around our area (we were locked down for over 3 hours and then he ended up hiding on the other side of the city. Last year some guy near where I live and down the street from my school went outside with a shotgun and threatened to burn his house down with his girlfriend being held hostage inside. There was a big standoff or something and he was brought down.

Seems Saskatoon is a pretty violent place. Or at least where I live.

Meh. What's life without a few rabid kougars.

Well it's good to know your ok, hope no one was hurt.
If I were a creeper I would hide in... your closet. Or under your bed, you know, depending on the weather.

It was just a fake threat, no bombs or weapons were found.
And yeah everyone was okay.

Nope. I actually live in a very quiet neighborhood, very peacfull aside from the crazy events that seem to happen.

It's good to hear that everyone was ok. I had a bomb threat once. It was just an e-mail saying that some guy was going to bomb a lot of schools. But anyways. At least it was fake.

Just recently (like last week) my high school announce a level "3" lockdown (I never knew there was a 1 or 2) and we had to go to our auditorium and they ran the drug dog around...so yeah. Good times.

That's nothing. Once, mey janitor was thought to be a terrorist. They found out he had no ties to anything to do with terrorism. We still were in lcokdown for like 5 hours. Another time, there was this construction worker who snapped and went crazy, killing everyone he saw. He was around my school and was hiding somewere. They still haven't found him. All of the teachers have to go in groups, and all the freshman have to go in groups of 4. The guy is crazy. My school was in lockdown like 3 times because of him.
