I was just wondering what movies (if any) you would recomend others to watch. I have seen many, many movies in the past few months (going to the theater almost every weekend now).

Here are mine:

Brokeback Mountain (not the best movie for homophobic people)(also probably one of the best movies I have ever seen)
Take the Lead
King Kong
Pay it Forward
Saw 1&2
A Beutiful Mind (never have been able to spell beutiful, or what ever)
The Virgin Suicides
Spirited Away
Akira
Princess Mononoke
Vampire Hunter D
Castle in the Sky
Pretty much any Hiyo Miuzaki movies.
A Home at the End of the World
Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
Final Fantasy: Advent Children
Shall we Dance
I Am Sam
The Last Samuri
House of Flying Daggers
Superstar
V for Vendetta
The Shining
Naruto: The Movie

Series I recomend you look at:

Dead Like Me
Medium

Just thought of adding that last part, just because I like those shows a lot.

It's a rather long list, and that isn't all of them, so I will probably post again.

Out Cold
Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Anchorman
Rush Hour 1+2
Harry Potter 4 (the best of them all so far)
Dukes of Hazzard
Gattaca
Star Wars Series
Matchstick Men
Gone in Sixty Seconds
Constantine
Bad Company
Pitch Black
Chronicles of Riddick
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
I, Robot
Hitch

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

::cries:: nobody said Jurassic Park. Your telling me watching the T-Rex kick 2 velociraptor's asses and then roaring his victory while that banner "Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth" fluttered before him wasn't one of the best moments in your life?

Meh. King Kong pwned 3 T-Rex's in the new movie, so if that's a indication of movie greatness... well, you get the picture.

Score.

AVP
Kill Bill 1&2
The Sixth Sense
Saw 2
Disney's Beauty and the Beast
Phantom of the Opera (its an older one...not the new bullshit one)

Tank Girl (the one with Lori Petty)

Ray
Walk the Line
The Secret Garden (the newer one, where the girl gets with the one cripple kid in the end, when they grow up. I watched the older british version, and lets just say, I hate britan for that movie.)

Matrix Revolutions

Hmm...there are more, but that is off the top of my head.

Shows:
Bones
House
George Lopez

Cartoons:
Robot Chicken
Family Guy
Futurama
Trigun (Vash is a sexy bitch! *super drool*)
Big O

Kirano, you give SW fans a bad name. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but there are actually other movies out there.

For example:

X-Men 1 & 2 (and 3 better rule)
Spiderman 1 & 2 (and 3 better rule)
Narnia
Ultraviolet
Moulin Rouge
Serenity
Nearly anything with Will Ferrell (even Bewitched...kinda)
A Goofy Movie
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers the Movie
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 & 2
Mulan
Mortal Kombat (only the first one)
DOOM (only because of the FPS part)
Legally Blonde

TV Series:
Buffy
Angel
Firefly (so I like Joss Whedon's work...so sue me)
Family Guy
The War at Home
Desparate Housewives

Movies:
The Incredibles
O Brother, Where Art Thou?
Most Adam Sandler Movies
Lord of The Rings Trilogy
The Old LoTR cartoon movies, including the Hobbit

Anime:

YuYuHakusho
Samurai Champloo
One Piece (only in Japanese)
Bleach (Japanese)
Yaketate Japan (a hilarious anime about baking. Also, Japanese dub)
Dragonball (any one)

In closing, English version typically suck, so if you want to get the full anime experience watch it in Japanese with English subtitles.

As true as that may be, with English dubbing sometimes sucking, there are some anime that have really good English dub. InuYasha is one of my favorite anime, and I love the English voices so much more than the Japanese. I'm also looking forward to seeing what Viz does with Bleach once it comes over. I hope they don't f up the voices like they did with Naruto.

I also like Finding Nemo

True enough. I guess it's just the English OnePiece that put me off it. That's just horrible. -_-,

Personaly I hate the Naruto english version.

"Believe it!"
"Is that all you say?"
"Damn right. Believe it!"

God I hate that. Just got off of watching probably the best battle in the show that I have seen. It's between Naruto and Sasuke on a huge lake when Sasuke wants... I don't really want to ruin the story for anyone, so I won't continue. I could just see the English Version. All you would hear is "BELIEVE IT!" As you can tell, that really gets on my nerves.

I like many anime shows, and I agree that the english versions really are awful a lot.
