Wow. You made it so that there is like basically the perfect amount of attention for the picture, and the text is very fine. I think the background is great, except I don't know about that effect or whatever by the character. Otherwise, me likey. ^^

OMG I forgot to comment on the border. I friggin' love it. Don't see many with extra lines just on the horizontals.

I have a few places where I believe you could improve.

It's a little big, it's more banner sized then sig sized. Really, personal peference but still.

The typo is good, the placement is good but not the best, it would be less distracting if it was grounded on something. It's floating at the moment. Not that there is anywhere else where you could've put it, but in the future text looks best when it looks like it's attached/seated on something.

Great typo color choice, nice border, the colors work well enough.

Nice job.
