I dont think I get it but ill give it a shoty.

He made a post ...possibly to copy the title of 13's post. He made this thread to just be a joker and tell everyone he is back. His insults at the beginign was a joke. This wasnt an apology or an actual insult it was just to let everyone know he's back.
