X-men 3. . . Cars. . . I get paid for this shit?

I've got a job working at a local theatre. I just saw Xmen 3 and previewed Cars before it came out. It wasn't bad; probably one of Pixar's best. X-men 3 was pretty off the wall. I hear most of the comic fans fucking hated it but there was a lot of drama. I'd pay to see Cars maybe.. if I was on a date. Wouldn't pay for either if it was just me. Luckily I didn't have to. =D

You want some advice on the movie theater business. Get out now. Trust me on this. I worked at a theater for close to 4 years. It is a horrible job. However if you have a sick sense of humor and love making fun of retarded customers then you did pick the right job.

I applied to a theater, was picked up by a fish market first, and now make better money. And, I can buy tuna at $3.00 a pound, and crabcakes at around a buck a piece. =)

See that is the kind of fun you will have, however I'm telling you all its not worth that just to work for min. wage. Its one of the easiest jobs you will ever have and one of the worst.

I make $6.50 an hour, with at least 33 hours a week, and off pretty much any day I want.

Oh, and I can buy fish and shrimp for about 15% of what most would have to pay for it. Three pounds of steamed jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined? You'd pay $54. I'd pay around $7. =)

Unless your theater is getting an advanced screening you wont see it until the midnight showing probably. Sorry to burst that bubble.

Oh and I will be seeing it free as well...god I love still knowing people who work at a theater.

Wow. Your minimum wage sucks. I think it's like 7.25 here. I'm making 8.35 an hour mixing ice cream. Plus free ice cream. Which I often give to Rad.

Our minimum wage is too high, and they're talking about raising it, which is stupid. Politicians who whine about how the country has a high unemployment rate are begging for a higher minimum wage. Either they know nothing about economics, or they're only supporting the things that'll get them in office.
