You can only start on Namek, Earth, or Vegita.

Your writing looks good, just make sure to double space paragraphs since 'tab' doesn't work. Also, make sure on the boards you write at least 300 words per a post.

'Best Moves'are just a way of chanelling ki like the 'kamahameha'. Read some charachter vaults and see what other people have made to give you a idea. I would advise doing more with them then just 'big attacks'.

Good to hear, though something like telekinesis and elemental attacks are techniques that you cannot have as special moves.
