Turtles are pretty kick-ass. I got two myself. Providing the right environment, they can be surprisingly active.

Actually, alot of states won't sell turtles. Mine won't. So, I got around that. I bought the terrarium, and the turtles came free with it.

Thats were you would both be wrong. My buddy works with a guy that just got one...granted its a desert penguin and not an arctic one but still. Where can I get one?
