Leaders, give it to me. What's going on with your teams? Have a good idea of what you're doing? Almost done?

Things are rolling along nicely with a good jist of the general pieces on how things will fit together. Ideas coming in strong so there's only a matter of time before we enter the polishing process.

In other words...

We've got the meat off the bone, all's left is to season and grill it.

Twenty is absent, so I will act in his place for the moment.

We're still in the brainstorming phase, but we have a good idea of what we're going to do. After we're all in agreeance about the fine details, things will begin to pick up.
