That's pretty cool, IMO, for a first-time sig maker. You could try a different font on the word 'Nail'.

Go to some tutorial sites listed on the Workshop page.

My sigs aren't XTREME, as some may say, but they're not that bad. Yours kicked my first sig's ass really.

The trick is to do a few tutorials, and once you figure out what everything is you can mix and match, or at least that's how I learned...or am learning.
