...the new OS my dad brought home. DSL -- Damn Small Linux. It's a LiveCD, so I'm just running from it, without installing it. Of course >.> the bg is white....and it doesn't really support PHP.
Also, I might be getting Linux soon, with KDE. If my dad doesn't wnat to install it, I'll just make a virtual Machine. Okay, so what do you guys think of Linux? Is it better than Windows?

FYI, the only reason my dad hates Linux is that you have to write your settings in code. I've heard that KDE fixes that, does it?

I've used it a lot before in the past. Its alright. I just feel sometimes like I'm going around my ass in the name of "customization" to get the same effect that I can get from Windows ten times easier. DSL is a fun little OS as well.

ZOMG! I convinced my dad. He's going to get Virtual PC as soon as possible, and I'll install Linux on it. How much should I put into the partition 20-30 GB? 30 GB is the limit, and keep in mind. I don't really play games that much now.
Also, KDE, or Gnome?
