Well, aside from the case of deja vu I had when I read this, glad to hear Chubbs isn't going to be disappearing. I'd be sad and stuff if it did. But at the same time, I'd get my soul back, so it'd be a lose-win situation.

My official statement:

Stop worrying. I got ahold of him. Where he's been is his business. I'm still pretty unhappy over the reliability issue, but I can definately understand from what he said why he hasn't been around. Agree, not necessarily, but I understand.

That said, he replied as soon as he saw my message and stated that either tonight or this weekend he would give me full FTP access. I do not know if that applies to more than one person or not. "I will give you complete FTP access.. " /quote could be you = me, you = plural, you = cdbz... So that's really up for discussion. I think that as long as myself, Rad, or the two of us, have access, things will be fine since we are always around. I don't really feel that any more than that really need access, as the other positions are more for the board itself and the database.

Additionally, he feels he should probably post a statement of his own, but that's not a guarantee.

Since this is now an averted crisis, let's please keep all panicking and random complaints out of the way; its all through with. He also said that (quoting)...

Well, actually, judging from the PM, it doesn't really say anything about where I found him nor any information that I feel is not to be shared.

So like I said, he's apparently had a lot going on, and I, for one, do not plan on adding more shit to the problem, especially since he's going to step up and deal with the issue.

Oh, and one more thing.

You guys do realize that a lot of the people you found on google that have his screenname or even full name aren't necessarily him, right? I found a few with pics of him, and some that I knew were guaranteed him due to certain names that I am familiar with or pieced together, but there were some that were like guys on singles sites and things like that.

Look at the birthdays there... Those have like some June birthday or something, and his is more around August (if I remember correctly, I actually had info to use for comparison there). His location nearly always said the same thing as well. Some of the things I'd found were where he joined, made two posts back around March, and then left there, so that was irritating. Finally I found something very recent, and after a few downloads and messages, I was good to go

Alright, a happy piece of news; Vi and I just checked, and it appears that Jeroen has come through for us and did exactly as he promised. The site has been paid for for another year.

I'd very much like another staffer to confirm this, just in case, but that appears to be the statement listed on the whois lookups.

I don't know if this is old news already. I've had difficulty getting online. -_-;
