All of you, explain what happened. Who performed the best? The worst?
Be as detailed as you can. Perhaps explain why you feel you should stay over the others.
The other judges will speak as well, giving you questions.
Most importantly, be sure to explain what you've done thus far to deserve continuing in the running for a staff spot.
Two of you will end the game here.

Why should you be eliminated?

All of you, explain what happened. Who performed the best? The worst?: I don?t quite understand the what happened part, considering you have seen out thread so I will skip that for right now and go to the other part of the question. I believe that SB performed the best in this task. He was ready with ideas he was quick with them, and he was more then willing to go above and beyond with his duties. As for the worst, I feel that Vi did not live up to my expectations. She only posted twice in the thread, the first added some ideas to the thread, but the second was completely out of the blue and didn?t make sense. Furthermore once we figured out what tasks we were going to use she didn?t appear to comment on them or see if she could add something to them.
What I have done: So far in this competition I have not shown my A game. The first task I was warned by HF that if I was in his group again I would have to pump up the volume, so to speak, if I wanted to stay in. Then in Rad?s group I took forever getting my part of the story in, only to say I quit and have him let me go at the end. So as of right now I am thankful for being still in this game. However if I may stand up for myself just a little bit, you all know that when I am active I am active. So far I have seemed to stay fairly active with the community of Chubbs, and baring any unforeseen events it will continue as such.
Why should I be eliminated: Well as I stated before I haven?t exactly shown up to play thus far but with the semi finals going into their last round and then the finals I know what needs to be done to get through them. I have been, for lack of a better word, lazy through the first portion of the game, but trust me, that will change.

I think Super Buu did a terrific job organizing our tasks together. I feel he should advance, because I think he has the drive to actually do something different, and add another flavor (No bubble gum puns!!!) to Chubbs Staff.
Goten was decent on keeping us moving, and motivated, and Bun contributed quite a bit of interesting things that got our gears working. My only gripe was that even though we were moving, it seemed a little slow, but this is coming from someone who likes to move a bit quicker than most.
The worst?
I think it would have to be a tie between myself and Mura. Mura mainly commented, and during the week that that final round took place, I was gone to Columbus with my mom for various doctors appointments, while staying at my bro's house, who had no internet access. I think that is what killed me the most in this round.
But, I think if given another chance, I could participate more, and surprise some people. I got some ideas rolling, and hopefully, I'll have a chance to excercise them.
No offense to Mura, but I think, besides my lack of participation this round, he did the weakest, mainly due to his lack of contributable material. Input is great, but I am not sure he has the ideas and drive to move on.
Why should you be eliminated?
My lack of participation killed me this round. I think that was the major fallocy. If I was to be eliminated for any other reason, it would be my failure to work well with enormous groups, and I have a thing about being impatient occasionally.
Fuck you, Photobucket.

Fortunate to say that the group received Super Buu, Violet, and Murasaki who did an amazing portion of the task though it was plain to see SB pulled ahead of the others within the standings and took on more of the challenge. Even though some tasks weren't used there was no one who neglected the attempt to share their own ideas which I believe strengthened our finished work even if it was only a slight bit.
We worked as a group for I expected each of the team members to be able to pull their own weight; this happened though I regret to say some more then others. Our downfall gave me a brief disappointment, honestly there could have been more to what I took upon myself in completing as well as being a bit more decisive when it came down to the final product. This round was an eye opener, everyone in my group preformed and it was an honor being able to work alongside each of them.
Even with a tagged loss I feel the execution by which we followed by felt the right course regardless of the outcome; everyone participated as best as they could with their own ideas and with that came a piece we felt proud of.
My own elimination should be by the fact that possibly I'm finding it hard to make myself available to others, a project always betters with another's input. A meager thing for elimination though I know it applies to me just as it does every other in my group. Another large possibility could be my not having the spirit for this task as I did for my previous entries.
Though I feel a bit of the blame for our team's failure I refuse to let it dampen my want to succeed in this competition as I have only begun to fight. This insignificant decline is only temporary... Truth be told the task appeared open ended with and a bit insatiable with my group, looking back I believe us to be under the impression that the tasks had to be a small piece with a single main goal. There's nothing I can say that'll make up for our short product but I can make a promise that the next part of the contest (should I move on) I'll be looking for blood to redeem myself from this.

To be honest, I'm not that disappointed in what we came out with. I know, we lost, but regardless I think the tasks were pretty realistic and feasible. The only other kind of thing I would've liked to do would be expand upon it; ie, include the subject of eliminations, how it's handled, etc. But the task didn't seem to be of that scope (only 3 tasks wouldn't fit an entire competition) and, as Mura pointed out, we were only asked to do those tasks. Within those boundaries, what we had was IMO pretty balanced.
Shortcomings? Really, the biggest one that struck me is that (most likely due to the lack of a deadline, though that could've been a deliberate decision of staff's ) we weren't that motivated to get it done quickly. When you're staff and the members are waiting on the new content you've announced to be finished (KR, anyone? I kid! >_>), you really have to be focused if you want to get the stuff done. Nobody is setting you a 'deadline' - it's simply done in your own time. You have to be self-motivated, and I think we all got a bit bored in that task.
Violet kind of confused me all the way through. It seemed like when we were doing one thing ("Okay, does everyone agree on those three tasks?") she was doing another ("Alright, here's my idea for something else").
Goten I'd say did pretty well. He had a few shortcomings (I thought he was going to organise a time for an AIM chat for our group, but it didn't end up happening Also, when I laid out the three tasks for elaboration, he seemed to think we were doing all three of Violet's for the final task - though that could have just been a random brain fart.) but overall he made up for them with consistent activity. I remember he actually PMed me asking whether or not I wanted to do the final task writeup (since it'd been over a day since I'd accepted to do it) and, though I had an excuse (I'd been travelling all day, with the task not forgotten >_>) I was impressed the way he was trying to keep things organised.
GJ/Bun - didn't seem to fully understand what we were doing at first (thought we'd be the one creating a planet ... though this task can mindfuck you that way) but once he got the hang of it, he did alright. Just didn't seem to contribute that much. He mentioned he had ideas, but they never got to see the light of day, which is a shame.
Murasaki was the one dude who AIMed me more than once in regards to the task, which kept it from going out of mind, and reminded me that we should perhaps press on. I think he contributed pretty consistently, always offering a bit of feedback.
My two candidates for leaving'd probably have to be Violet and Bun, for above reasons.

I suggest you defend yourself, Bun.

Oh, I see he pulled himself out. With that thought in mind:
Bun is officially eliminated.
Everyone give me one answer. No reason. Who else should be eliminated? One person.

Nobody performed worst.
All of you deserve to be eliminated.
Especially Goten, for being such a piss poor leader.
Especially Murasaki for giving such a piss poor response to this thread.
You've been lazy for the first part of the game?
You've been lazy for the majority of your RPG careers.
Face facts.
You don't cut the mustard as anything other than mediocre staff, never will.
Hey Violet, you know when you're in a contest, and you lose? You can't blame "lack of participation" especially not when you're a participant. You signed up. You should've participated. If you didn't, you can't possibly expect anyone to pity you.
Super Buu - You typed too much for someone who's basically immune from elimination this round.
Goten - You are to blame for your team's failure. A team's failings are always the cause of it's leader. Even if this isn't true, from an outside perspective it will be percieved thus. You should let it dampen your spirits. You are NOT going to win this competition.
My question to the losers:
Do you HONESTLY believe you deserve to even advance to the next round? And if so, which illegal substance are you taking that clouds your judgement so?
Thank you for being blunt. Really. I wasn't asking for pity, and I guess it was just a bad time for us all, but we did put what effort we could into it, especially with the problems that we had.
I am kinda on the fence on who to vote out, either Mura or myself, but, in all fairness, Mura had been given a chance at being a staff member, and lost it before, so who's to say it won't happen again? I am sure he could probably add some more contributions to future tasks, but it is just this concern that it is going to be moot once he moves on beyond Idol.
So, my vote would probably have to go to him. Mura

Will while I value your post you have no fucking clue about half of my RPG career so why don't you not just make extreme assumptions based off a year or two here...Kay?

Good and if you had had your eye on Assassins, Back when we were able to do stuff you would have seen I was an active member of the staff. Then Higgy left, we lost the site and VJ decided he liked Chubbs better becuase they didn't fight with him as much...leaving Assassins inbetween a rock and another fucking rock.

And I figured that Will. Im not trying to aruge with you, I really am not however I feel that if you are only going to look at the bad that one person has done, no matter how much shit might be on that list you don't ever see what good they have done. And while you and the other judges have really only seen my bad, lazy and unproductive side, I can assure you, and the others that I have another side.

XD at the insult I got. I expected a lot worse.
It's a really tough decision to say who should go out. Everyone's gone through my mind at least once. >_< But, after much deliberation ... I'm going to have to say Violet. Sticking with the reasons in my above post.

A piss poor leader leaves his team to die on the field alone, not reside by as beaten as they to except full responsibility of their demise.
My team preformed as a solid unit, Twenty's own had a significantly more elaborate and better results but I wouldn't trade not one of my own members (less the drop outs) for any other. When asked to select those who were going to be in my group I picked those who looked as though they could bring something into the game that they hadn't yet.
Yes, I realize I preformed far below par then I would have liked... but with every declining trough comes a risen crest. Do we *honestly* deserve to advance? Quiet an irrelevant question seeing as if we have bothered to post with an explanation for our defense.
