So, you've been sent to the RP School. First, let me welcome you to your first active part in the Chubbs community! If we have brought you here, it is because you haven't quite reached the writing ability for the site, but we see strong potential in you.
So, what is it exactly? The Roleplaying School is essentially a small part of the site in which a few of the established members of the site will work with you and roleplay alongside you to make you better writers. Along the way, they'll let you know what your strong points are, what you need to improve on, and how to do so.
It will be pretty laidback, done at your own pace. But hopefully, it will also be a fair bit of fun along the way.
Now, for the rules:
One: Please do not post in here unless you were asked to do so in a Staff reply to your Joining topic. We know who we have told and who we haven't told by checking the IP Addresses.
Two: Please do not spam roleplays in here. The main purpose is for you to improve. Making multiple roleplays before an RP Mentor comments isn't going to help you.
Three: Do not get discouraged! Writing only takes practice to improve upon, and when done alongside friendly, established members of the community, you'll only get better.
Four: Feel free to ask questions of the RP Mentors. For example, if you aren't quite sure why they write their dialogue in this manner instead of that manner, go ahead and ask them.
Five: Have fun! Ultimately, the entire purpose of this is to get you ready for the site, but who says we can't have a blast along the way?
Final instructions: If you have been sent here, simply make a new topic with a roleplay going, and an RP Mentor will roleplay with you in it, while giving you ideas for improvement and such. Please do not roleplay in another person's topic.
And with that, let's begin!
