You can;t be a dragon, you need an RP sample, and the last two moves require you to earn the techniques electrokinesis and pyrokinesis.

No problemo. Just pick another, as long as they aren't a dragon, Hidlegarn, , a Kai, or an NPC. Myfavoritegames.com has a fairly comprehensive list on their biographies page.

No. You can't join. At all.

For making a post in another thread pretending to be Janemba and saying he quit. That's not very called for here.
