Need a program alike to GarageBand on the Mac but instead on the PC, my searches fall short of anything capable of withstanding the harmonic pandemonium I've yet to unleash.
That and it would help to make tracks from which I can test lyrics/guitar licks to. Any suggestions?
Oh, I'm not going to put a penny out towards it by the way so a free download helps.

Not online, LimeWire though the last few results I've gotten I wasn't too confident about. Basically I'm looking for names of good programs and the like.
