You're making it seem as if it is impossible. He could simply make a detination bomb that was small, but effective enough to destroy them. So yeah.

Also, Auron would beat the living hell out of Vincent and send him on his way.

Besides, what's the point about spouting bombs? Didn't Green Goblin have bombs that Spiderman effectively dodged?

Okay, if you want me to elaborate, I guess I can.

Batman would get pwned the first time they fight, but will flee (As he does in every fight). While licking his wounds, he will deliberate more effective strategies. Then when returning for a rematch, he will wait for the right time to strick. He would probably bait in Spiderman then throw his newly made bomb (probably one that attaches onto the foe) onto Spiderman's web shooters, destroying them. From that point on, he would dominate.

Batman wins over spiderman because he gets the hotties, while spiderman blows it constantly with some moderately hot red-head. Let's be honest, whether or not you win the fight, would you rather be the guy who goes home to a different hottie at your mansion after every fight, or the guy who goes home alone to your shabby apartment? Exactly. Plus, why wouldn't he just use a bomb that coudl disable Spider-man period? Also, does no one remember Spiderman where he was dodging those bombs, but one finally landed near him and he couldn't get out of the way 'cause he had just dodged spike sof death? Spidey sense would help him dodge Batman's bombs; not necassarily with no effort, but still.

Also, Bido: The true user of adamantium should be able to lift Thor's hammer.

I would have to say Kingpin is far more formidable than any enemy Batman has ever faced. He has virtually ever villain and criminal in New York in his pocket. The Sinister Six? That was nothing... a show of brawn if nothing else.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Batman has never had to go against an organized crime syndicate that had supervillains (a shitload) at it's immediate disposal.
