Just to add in - I use Firefox, and I've never had a problem training. So if you sort out the settings or whatever, you won't have to switch to IE.

Very much true. Some people seem to have FF doing fine for them, while others (myself included) find that they have to open IE b/c FF doesn't read the script properly, causing the TP to appear as 0 no matter what's there.
