No, you don't roleplay learning them. When staff decides you deserve it, they will post or something telling you to RP transforming.

Most often, members receive transformations via sagas. For example, Cell recently acheived perfect form and Trunks snagged super saiyan 2. Both were competing in the current saga at the time.

It -is- possible to acheive them through personal sagas, as well. Broli's living proof of that. Basically, just do your best. You'll be rewarded in due time.

Along with that, for your first couple, you could most likely earn them through great personal RPing out of a saga since they have low multipliers, but it would still take some skill.
