Yes. Otherwise I could IT to you and circumvent getting the thing implanted to stop me from using Ki, which means I could be the anchor for other friends to come and suddenly begin an invasion.

He asked that because to be honest it was one of the final tweaks I made while getting stuff ready. I added it because I felt it was both necessary and common sense, in addition to the fact that it stops the loophole of people circumventing the no energy rule.

I've got a question. On Mercy-Sei, I didn't see any place you could go to "sign up" to do mercenary jobs. Maybe I overlooked it or something. Or, was that feature taken out of the planet altogether?

I was planning on going there after DA:C and was just wondering about that. If I overlooked it though, uh, yeah, sorry. =/
