Here's an Announcement

[Raditzu]

We're doing staff shuffling, everyone. We want to keep the RPG up and running as best as possible for all our loving members, and that means keeping ourselves properly equipped for the task. We're hoping (and confident) that additions to the staff will keep everything moving in the right direction and keep all of our members happy with the quality of the site.

The following people are being offered positions on staff:
Akane
Celipa
Android 20

If any of you would rather stay as a member, just let us know. Either way, though, an answer as soon as you can give one would be ideal. These changes will do into effect on Wednesday.

We hope that the members of the RPG will give the new staff member their full support in keeping Chubbs DBZ RPG a fun and enjoyable place to be.

I'm glad you decided to make things more dynamic, and I'm uber glad you decided not to do another Idol. If I'm totally honest, I'm a little surprised I didn't get offered a place, since I was second in Idol, but that pales in comparison to my glee at seeing you guys finally shuffle the staff. Grats, you guys.

We almost did, to be honest. However, we were under the impression that you had some other things that you were focusing on at the moment so we felt it best to wait on that.

I think Idol did it's job, which was to highlight who had the potential and such. There are a number of people I now look at from the competition who I wouldn't have staffed before, but would now. After a while it got to the point where it was just gameshow-ey. It made staff look like it was about the prestige, rather than being there to help the site as a whole, which is what staff should be/is about. Instead of 'grats' we should really be saying 'you guys better make good fucking staffers'. XD

I do agree that Akane seems like a very random pick. I'd be interested to know what separated her out from the other dozens of people who could potentially be awesome staffers.

On another note, I hope the staff roster continues to change to reflect who's currently active/helpful. Shuffling every 12 months r 4 teh sux.

Shuffling too much isn't exactly conducive to efficiency, though it looks good on paper. But yeah, shuffling every twelve months is a bit much. Thank God we don't ever talk that long.
