Today was my last day at the current job. Start a new one on Monday.
Feels... weird.
The new place pays way better, but... I liked the people at work, y'know? Ah, well. I'm in it for the money. At least, that's what I gotta keep telling myself. :p

Some, yeah.
I'm going to a rock show tomorrow with a bunch of guys from work. Friend's the lead guitarist in a band, but it's his last show; there's some nasty business happening so he decided to quit.
We're all going out kind of to show him we think he rocks.
Honestly, I think he's better off. He's got excellent skill with the guitar and the rest of the band pretty much sucks ass. I think if he finds a group more in line with his ability, they'll be pretty darn good.
The worst part about leaving was the last hour. Lots of hand-shaking and well-wishing. I mean, it was really, really nice. But it... kind of felt like a funeral. XD

My job's only a summer job, and there's like, a reunion sometimes. My friends and I are the only teens there, and it's all like, old people. So they're entirely fascinated with us. They invite us to all sorts of festivities. I love those old people.
