Appearance
Typical appearance, but with a collar that has impaired his ability to use Kaiou-ken, SSJ, or Genki Dama. Or whatever abilities I had earlier. He usually likes to wear a cloak, or a beat-down old hand-me-down saiya-jin uniform underneath it. His jewels and all of his belongings he once wore to symbolize his kingship have been thrown away.
Personality
Still has moments of cockiness, but over the years of not really seizing control over his throne he's lost a lot of it. Due to the misfortunes, in his mind, of always failing his confidence has been shattered. Although he wouldn't admit it to anyone, he sees himself as an inferior being to those that possess SSJ or any great power. During PC3, he attempted to commit suicide out of frustration for being unable to get the ancient artifact. He's even recently gone as far as to sacrifice the well-being of his own race for power, but still regards his son as being the most important thing to him.
Relationships
Broli - Broli is the only real person he considers as even close to an ally. He sees Broli as a true saiya-jin warrior who will do whatever it takes to ensure the safety of the saiya-jin race.
Bulma - Introduced during PC3, KV grew fond of her since she was the wife of Vejita and would do anything for her.
Raditzu - Doesn't know him too well other than the fact that he sees him as an evil bastard ever since he tried taking over the look out and is very jealous of his power.
Vejita - Hasn't seen his son in many many years, but still believes that he is the one and only proud accomplishment he's had in a long time.
Fighting Style
KV has abandoned any form of mercy unless he feels it to benefit himself, saiya-jin's included. He'll practically do anything in battle just to win, but enjoys finding a good challenge wherever it is. Especially in terms of proving to himself that he's a capable fighter.
