So my friend challenged me to decode this message she sent to me, but I'm lazy.
"bzt terttbef ab1 ylxrf h he cntr vf fb erqhaqnag uheeeeeee kkkkk"
All I know is she used an internet converter to make it, although she says she could do it manually if she wanted. Wouldn't let me see the site, though.

Yeah, it's a bit hard to do without getting a capital letter to help start it off, or the topic.

I'm sure. Apparently the extended letters on the end are kisses, so there's one clue.

are they all just the beginning letters of words?

No, I don't think so. Each space correlates to an actual space in the message.

How is the end kisses than?
There's only 1 x in the whole line >.<
Not to mention any s's

It means the k=x if the end are kisses.
Unfortunately, that's the only place "k" appears, making this clue effectively useless.

"bzt terttbef ab1 ylxrf a ae cntr vf fb erqhaqnag uheeeeeee kkkkk"
Well I can guess that the 'h' is probably an a... mostly because it's pretty much the only letter of the alphabet that would be used alone. The 'e' has a chance of being a 't', 's' or 'n' as I'm not sure of any other two letter words that begin with 'a'.
Though I'm basing my guesses that every letter corresponds in the untranslated version so that if you peg one 'b' that every 'b' in the untranslated version would be changed to the translated letter.

That's a great point. Unfortunately, due to what we know about the nature of the text, common English could be bypassed completely. I mean, for all we know his girlfriend is saying:
lol i noe c u later xxxx!!!
Thus making this the dumbest cypher ever. No offense.

She usually types coherently, but then again, sometimes she uses txt-speek to mock me. I've asked her boyfriend (who knows the code) for a decoding. No guarantees, though, since it's supposed to remain a mystery. =O
You guys must know some online encrypter thingies. That'd probably be easier than trying to do it manually. Just run the message through 'em all until one works. I searched google but found none. =(

Tried Al Bhed, didn't work. =( Good guess, though.
Keep trying!

That's the part that gets me, I honestly know of no word that has that many of the same letter lol...so there is something strange about this, though i'm thinking, if this is really a ciphered code, that it's something along the same lines as someone "yelling" with text, aka "noooooo"

Aye, I'm pretty sure it's an elongated vowel or somesuch. I pointed that out, and she said that it was, but that was all I was getting. =(

Assume the following:
B = T
Z = H
T = E
(Its gets you this: "THE EerEETef ab1 ylxrf h he cnEr vf fT erqhaqnag uheeeeeee XXXXX." Replaced letters are represented with Caps Lock.)
And see where that gets you. If that doesn't work, try this:
A = T
B = H
1 = E
(Its gets you this: "Hzt terttHef THE ylxrf h he cntr vf fH erqhTqnTg uheeeeeee XXXXX." Replaced letters are represented with Caps Lock.)

I'm going to assume the first guess was closer to being right and continue on.
"THE EerEETef ab1 ylxrf h he cnEr vf fT erqhaqnag uheeeeeee XXXXX"
I'm going to look at two other letters from this: F and H. I'll try two different approaches, here's the first:
F = A
H = I
And the second:
F = I
H = A
Replacements made using the First guess:
THE EerEETeA ab1 ylxrA I Ie cnEr vA AT erqIaqnag uIeeeeeee XXXXX
And replacements with the Second guess:
THE EerEETeI ab1 ylxrI A Ae cnEr vI IT erqAaqnag uAeeeeeee XXXXX

Well... if she types using proper grammar (I'm assuming she does for the purpose of the message, otherwise trying to figure it out is pointless) then I don't really like either of the above two options.
In the first we get: "I Ie" E could be a few things, and none of them I would call grammatically correct.
In the second one there's: "A Ae" And I shouldn't have to actually mention why that can't be correct.
I dunno... was there any context to the message?

Not really. Likely she's just going "lol Greg is a total faggot", but we just don't know until it's decoded.
I'm thinking the first word might be 'you', I'm going to try working on that.
Edit: Hmm ... nope, that doesn't seem to work either. I'll probably just bug her for more clues tomorrow.

ROT-13.
Translated text:
omg greggors no1 lykes u ur page is so redundant hurrrrrrr xxxxx
Guessed what it was from the moment I saw it.
Basically A= A+13
B = B+13
Every letter becomes the 13th letter from it towards the end...
