"Keep scouting the perimeter," Corey said aloud, waving a hand at two sniper-carrying soldiers. "Don't mix in with the other unit until we stop marching."
The two men nodded and hurried off away from the group so they could continue keeping a close eye on the immediate area. A little behind the human's unit was the group of soldiers under Cell Junior's command. He had chosen not to mingle with them for now, since both were under different tasks.
"How much longer are we marching, Sir?" Corey heard behind him. He turned his head to another strange looking monster that had come to the Outcasts.
"This is good," Corey noted. "We've been marching a few hours. You," he pointed to someone. "Send someone back to CJ and tell him we're setting up a site here. He can go where he wants."
"Yes, Sir!" The soldier responded and went off to find a messenger.
Corey throw his bag down and claimed a little patch of land as his own. As far as he could see was green. Nothing except...
"Check it out," he noted. His fingers rised, "Give me your gun," he spoke out loud. Quick enough, a sniper was in his hand. He placed his eye at the scope. "Interesting," he commented. "Send another message to CJ. Tell him I found something in the distance."

?So it begins,? said Cell Junior as he stood outside of Sanguine Castle and looked over his men who were bunched together in no particular order as they looked back at their Commander.
CJ shook his head in disappointment at the company?s marching structure. It was something he would have to work on with them, after all, these people just signed up the same time as Cell Jr. so it?d be a bit much to expect them to know how to march properly at this point in the tournament.
Cell Junior turned his back away from the company as he looked forward at the direction he was intended to go to by Seventeen. Up ahead he saw a few squads already moving, particularly Corey?s Squad who he intended to go ahead of him to save the trouble of our troops mixing and wasting a day trying to sort it out.
?Let us march!? roared CJ who was raising his fist in the air. The company bellowed out a large war cry as Junior dropped his fist and started marching. Following directly behind him were his two elite soldiers, Jackie Chun and Toma, who he met when he introduced himself to his company this morning. CJ knew that these two were obviously stronger than him, figuring that they both must know that as well, he can only hope buy trust them and trust his own decisions in the midst of a battle.
Behind Jackie Chun and Toma followed an unorganized company of misfits who begun a marching chant which followed the rhythm of their feet work.
~*~*~*~
Time passes along with the miles racked up from marching, but CJ is surprised at his company?s morale, they?re showing some fatigue as expected, even CJ himself feels a bit exhausted, but the company is still chanting that marching tune and it?s still going strong.
In the distance, Cell Junior notices a messenger heading directly towards him, ?Must be from Corey?s Squad,? he mumbled. ?Company, continue forward march!? bellowed out the winged commander as he made his way to the back of the unit with Jackie Chun and Toma following right behind him.
Minutes later, the messenger meets up with General Cell Junior. ?General CJ, I have a message from General Corey.?
?Let me hear it,? requested CJ.
?He has started setting up a camp site for the night and wants you to know you can go wherever you please now without worries of the squads mixing,? the soldier said.
?Very well, then we shall continue our trek forward until we reach our destination. It shouldn?t be too much farther then if Corey has set up camp, it?s within the same area as him,? noted Cell Jr.
?You?re dismissed soldier,? stated CJ as the messenger scurried off making haste back towards Corey.
~*~*~*~
The winged general looked to his right and squinted as he could make out a gathering of people down there who were up to something. He wasn?t 100% sure if it was Corey?s Squad or not, but he trusted his instincts and assumed it was as it would be very unlikely an invading army would haven gotten this far already.
CJ raised his hand in the air as if he was in a classroom and had to ask a question, ?Company,? he called out as he ordered them to stop, ?We set up camp here.?
As the commotion of camp building picked up, General Junior looked towards the horizon where the sun pierced the sky with an orange tint, placing his hand up towards the sun he estimated he had about an hour before darkness succumbed the land and it?s inhabitants.
Joining in with his battalion, Cell Jr. started setting up his own tent, the tent being the exact same as the other soldier?s tents. Cell Junior didn?t like the idea of being totally different from his soldiers, he was their General and his squad knew that, but CJ wanted them to also understand that he is merely here to help them maneuver in the battlefield and do logistics. Other than that, he himself is just an ordinary soldier like them.
In the midst of getting his tent ready, CJ was interrupted by a messenger. ?General CJ, I have a message from General Corey.?
?What is it?? replied the winged creature as he stood up and turned to the messenger.
?Corey wanted me to let you know that there is a village to the East and that you should be on your guard as we haven?t made contact with that village yet,? stated the messenger.
?Thank you soldier, you?re dismissed,? ordered CJ as he went back to building his tent. He knew he didn?t have to worry about it as General Supes will be heading that way and it?ll be up to him to make contact and report their purpose.
Night fell over the camp as the battalion were all mingling amongst one another, some with camp fires going, others singing and dancing. For the first time since he can remember, Cell Junior finally feels like he belongs here, with these fellow misfits.

The dim light of fires twinkled and shifted through the darkness. Toma lay in his small black tent, lying back, his feet protruding out slightly. The teenager lifted his body slowly, looking at all the soldiers in front of him. A strange non-transformer, with blue and black skin, wings showing off from his back, stood in his own tent, looking around at the army, grinning once in a while.
His vision shifted to the tent next to him, an elderly man, wearing mostly black, with a white line showing off in the middle of his jacket, lay there, looking curiously at one soldier which stood there, tattoos covering his body, and a picture of his presumed God on the side of the tent, blood covering the edges of the picture.
Toma let out a sigh, lying back in the tent, closing his eyes. A few minutes later, the young warrior leapt into slumber, his eyes closing entirely.
?What-?What do you mean, Toma-san?? the general screamed at the teenager.
?Don?t come with me. The note said I was to enter the contest. You?d pretty much get killed there anyway.? The teenager pointed towards the man, causing him to let his body fall on the chair which sat below him. ?You need to stay here.?
Toma turned around, preparing to exit through the door.
?I-?I won?t. I can, and WILL help you to get her back. She wasn?t only your friend you know?? The general let his head fall down for a second, before getting up to his feet, walking towards the teenager, placing his hand on the warrior?s shoulder. The pair exited through the door.
?Toma-san?.TOMA-SAN!?
A voice awoke the teenager, his shoulder being moved back and forth by a man. The warrior got up to his feet, looking at the figure.
?Yakuza?what?s wrong?? the teenager wiped his eyes, looking at the man closely.
?I think?I think I was wrong to come here. I?ll die if I stay here any more?I have to leave.?
The teenager let his head fall down, hair falling over his eyes. He reached towards Yakuza?s shoulder, grabbing it, and grinning.
?Don?t worry, I?ll protect you with my life.?
The teenager pushed Yakuza back, motioning for him to leave.
?Now go away and let me sleep.?
The man grinned, giving a thumbs-up pose to the warrior. ?Sure, Toma-san?sure.?
It would be a hard adventure for the pair, but they?d make through it. Or at least?that?s what Toma thought.

General CJ strolled out of his humble abode stretching after a much needed rest. The sun, now peeking over the horizon as if playing a game of peek-a-boo with the darkness as the sun?s bright rays swept the land quicker than a nice comforting breeze.
The winged creature overlooked the hundreds of tents, which laid out amongst the area around him; a few other soldiers were already awake and chatting to one another outside the tent. It was peaceful knowing the soldiers were getting along with another and that no fights had broken out yet within the company.
?Guess it is time to wake the boys up and give them a run down on today?s agenda,? snickered CJ as he headed back into his tent before emerging with a horn. The blue freckled General brought the horn up to his mouth and sucked in the beautiful Dante air as he place his lips around the horn and blew through it as the horn bellowed outward awaking all nearby in their tents.
It didn?t take long for his division to assemble around his tent, what surprised General Junior more was how quickly they assembled and how they knew to come to his tent, but in any case Cell Junior was on a strict schedule and didn?t want to fall behind.
CJ looked around and was looking for something or someone, after finding whatever it was; he walked up to a large troll that was about the vertical height of his tent. ?What?s your name soldier?? ?Iraki,? murmured the troll not knowing if he was in trouble. ?You think you could let me stand on your shoulders to address the battalion?? asked the General. The troll just nodded his head as CJ asked him to stand next to his tent and lift him up to his shoulders.
General Cell Junior cleared his throat as he stood on the trolls? shoulders allowing the entire division to see him. ?Company of the Outcasts, as you all know, the event begun yesterday, and luckily we haven?t ran into an opposing army yet and made it through our first night uneventfully.?
CJ pondered a second as he tried to organize his thoughts, ?However, today will be a very eventful day as a lot of work is in store for us. We are to begin construction on a watchtower and it will take us the entire day to complete it. That is our objective for today and that is the reason I summoned everyone. We are to begin in one hour, go to the flag at the North end of the camp as that is where the tower will be constructed.?
Commander Junior was getting ready to dismiss his company when someone shouted out, ?What is the name of this tower?? Junior wasn?t sure what to respond with, he never thought of a name for it. He pondered on it before replying, ?The tower shall be named Oblivion.?
The blue freckled commander yelled out a ?Dismissed!? as he jumped off the trolls? shoulders and thanked him graciously for being his podium.
Junior headed for the base of the construction zone and took a seat waiting for the battalion to arrive in an hour to begin as he weighed the Oblivion name in his head and how that name fits perfectly with himself and his situation back on Earth-sei.

A large gust a wind smacked into the side of Cell Juniors tent forcing him to jump up to his feet in paranoia. ?What the fuck was that?? yelled CJ as he stepped out of his tent to take a look around.
Sun was not up yet and Junior was clueless to the time, he didn?t know if it was midnight or almost daybreak. But some chitter-chatter from other tents leads the winged creature to believe that it?s close to wake up time. Walking back into his tent he grabbed his battle horn and made his way to the newly created watchtower as he stopped a few feet in front of the entrance to eye the tower up from top to bottom as a smirk came across his face.
?I never thought helping build such a thing could make me feel so proud,? snickered the freckled monster. ?I wonder what it would feel like to make them erect a statue of myself,? he said laughingly as he walked up to the watchtower and went in with two tower guards closing the door behind him.
~*~*~
An hour later or so, sunlight shot through the tower windows like water shooting through a crack in a vessel. ?It?s time,? announced the commander to the guards in the tower that he was hanging out with on this early morning of Day 3.
The horn sounded off from within the watchtower as the monster?s battalion congregated around the south side of the tower.
Out stepped the company?s commander from within the tower?s walls and out onto a balcony which is usually reserved for the scout lookouts. Applause and cheers followed as the sunlight fought off the shadow from the tower showing the winged creatures face to his division down below.
Junior never received an ovation before, he wasn?t really sure if it was a good or bad thing. He figured it had to be a good thing if his division is still together and no deserters or mutiny attempts occurred.
?Morning friends,? said the dotted warrior as he held his hands outward to signal for silence. ?As you all can see, we finally completed Oblivion here, we did it in one day and let me tell you, I?m almost certainly positive we were the first to erect a tower in this event. So please, don?t cheer for me, but cheer for yourselves.?
Cheering followed as the their commander started speaking again and silence came over the crowd, ?Now know this, because of Oblivion here, we?re able to see miles away from our encampment meaning if anyone comes to attack us, we?re have sufficient time to assemble and prepare without being caught off guard. We?re safe now, and you can all sleep through the nights easily now knowing you are safe.?
Cell Junior caught his breath and continued on, ?Unfortunately, we cannot stop and celebrate this achievement, we still have a busy schedule ahead of us and we are expected to begin construction beside this tower on the northern side. I?m sorry if this upsets some of you who are looking for an extended break, but it looks like we won?t be having one anytime soon. The most I can give you guys is an hour every morning like I?m about to right now. I expect everyone to report to this tower in one hour for today?s construction of the new building. I cannot say what it is at this time, but soon enough you guys will see.?
The crowd?s spirit was still alive and happy despite having to spend another whole day building, they seemed responsive and obedient, and that was all CJ could have hoped for.
?Dismissed,? shouted Commander Junior as he turned back into the tower and reemerged from the tower?s base door as he headed to the northern side waiting for the one hour to pass by.

Days passed. It was night; the teenager lay in his tent, looking up towards the sky. His life had changed so much in so little time. He came here to rescue his sister-in-law, and ended up having to fight for his life, and having to become friends with his squad. They already had one casualty, though not due to fighting, but to the collar they all had, exploding all of a sudden.
The teenager turned to the side, looking at the camp. A camp-fire was twinkling in the darkness, a couple of people staying around it, drinking and laughing. The sounds of work could be heard from the side, people building something next to the tower. Well, not exactly building it, more like?upgrading. They had added a light to the top, and other details, and Toma only knew that it would become??A Supply Checkpoint.?
The warrior sighed, turning back face-up, and closing his eyes. He stood there for a few minutes, his hair falling over his eyes. Opening his eyes, the teenager sighed and got up to his feet, a small creature, in charge of the squad, standing in front of him, looking??commanding?.
?Your break is over, soldier Toma. Go and help the others.?
The teenager sighed, running towards the checkpoint, and jumping to the top. He began to work.
Is this all I am?...A working bee?
* * *
Yakuza grinned. He had finished his day of work early, and had one whole hour to do whatever he wanted. The general grinned, running towards his tent. He lifted the pillow, grabbing a metal-coated bottle.
He spun the cork off, running at the same time towards the fire. The human grinned towards the other two workers, tilting his head back.
He tilted the bottle as well, waiting for what was supposed to be alcohol, to pour down into his open mouth. Suddenly, the general?s hand blew off to the side, his bottle thrown to the side with what seemed to be a bullet-hole in the middle.
A voice could be heard from the top of the tower.
?You drink too much, general.?
Yakuza looked in amazement at the person at the top, turning back and edging slowly towards the tent. He turned back, to see the figure stand in front of him.
?Lieutenant Yugito?How-?how did you get here?? the general grinned, scratching the back of his head. ?I didn?t know you were participating here as well??

?We?re almost finished,? barked CJ as his division continued to work themselves to death over Lethe the newly created checkpoint. His company wasn?t very happy that they had to do this work and Commander CJ couldn?t really blame them, he wants to go fight just as much as they do. It was for that very reason he joined.
Granted he also joined for the zeni, but he wasn?t sure at this point if there was a zeni prize at all. Cell Jr. tried to rid the thought of what he would do if he put all this time and effort into this only to get a boot in the ass at the end. He hoped it never came to that, for the sake of the other parties that would be involved.
Junior shook his head waking himself up from his quick daydream to notice his battalion was still working hard on Lethe.
Been awhile since I received word from any other squadrons, wonder how they?re all doing thought the little monster as he decided he?d report to his superior officer, Seventeen.
Commander CJ yelled for a messenger to report to him immediately as a centaur with brown fur and dark complexity of a human skin color came up to him with a pouch hanging from a rope slung around his shoulder. ?Yes, I am here, General.? Reported the centaur.
Cell Junior sat down among the soft grass as he requested for a piece of parchment and a writing utensil.
Quote:Commander Seventeen,
Hopefully you are all right and that you received this message safely and that my messenger arrived to you unharmed, I haven?t heard from any squadron since Day 1 and was wondering if there has been any progress on your front. I figured I?d just report in on my company?s progress.
We?ll be done all operations that we had planned originally by nightfall and was curious as to what my company?s next objective should be. My boys are craving some fighting and I wouldn?t mind some action myself, building all day does get a bit boring.
Eh, now comes what you probably wouldn?t want to hear?
The casualty report?
Sadly, we lost one man, Jackie Chun. His collar exploded for reasons we aren?t sure, other than his death, we are all okay health wise.
?Mr. Cell Junior?
Cell Jr. rose up to his feet as he handed the parchment and writing utensil back to his messenger; ?Thank you, now take this to Commander Seventeen and make haste please, it?s very important,? requested General Junior. The centaur nodded and took off, riding away from the winged creature.
Junior turned away from watching the messenger ride off and joined in with his battalion on the building assisting in the Lethe operation.

Nightfall fell over Cell Junior?s Company; as many were finishing up their individual tasks assigned by CJ within Lethe?s premises, even Commander Junior assigned work to himself. In his case, he was helping a brute troll with shelving for goods.
The two monsters were an unstoppable duo, Bob Villa would have surely been proud of the work these two were doing with the shelving. The half sized cobalt colored monster would take the needed lumber and assemble it passing it along to the full sized monster as he would lodge it in with the wall, each high fiveing one another after each shelf completed. Eventually the two finished all the shelving that they had to and went outside to breathe in some fresh air.
Once outside the two took a seat on the grass as they dusted themselves off and coughed occasionally from the sawdust particles getting within their lungs. CJ fell backwards slowly as he stared at the sky wondering if his message ever arrived to his Commander.
Hundreds of thoughts ran loose in his mind; one thought being about the clash of hundreds of soldiers, his men versus another group?s men. He was still unsure of himself in battle, it?s one thing to sit here and bark orders for building things but in battle it?s absolutely different. What are the odds that a hammer kills someone during the building process? I just hope I don?t make the wrong decision when the time comes and force my team to lose this competition. I?ll never live it down if I fuck up and force us to get killed.
?Let?s just hope that never happens,? he said aloud unknowingly as the troll looked at him confused.
?General CJ,? gasped a three-eyed yellow-clad scout from the Oblivion tower who was catching his breath.
?Yes Soldier,? questioned CJ who lifted his head up to look at the scout.
?The supply caravans from Sanguine Castle have arrived sir,? announced the scout as that was all the General needed to hear. ?Good,? cheered Junior as he jumped up and followed the scout to the caravan.
On the other side of Lethe, the caravan was pulling up, as creatures CJ has never recognized before were pulling carts behind them filled with goods. Junior ran up to the cart and peeked in like any normal child would have done had it encountered Santa?s Sleigh.
Food, weapons, and other supplies were inside the numerous carts as CJ?s eyes became fixated on a sword hilt, he wasn?t sure what it was, especially since it had no blade, he figured the people at the castle must of fucked up and forgot to inspect all the weapons.
?Eh, I better get rid of it,? said CJ as he climbed into the cart to reach the blade. It was at this moment he realized the sword wasn?t broken. The cart lit up with a yellow aura, as a blade appeared from the sword hilt once in the hands of Cell Jr. but it was made of ki. Cell Jr. was unsure of how it was so; especially considering the yellowish aura tint it gave off was not of his normal bluish one. He assumed it was due to his team color of being yellow that the sword would be yellow when in the hands of an Outcast, it made sense when he thought about it, so he stuck with it and questioned it no further.
Taking his newly found sword, he kept it on him as he left the caravan to head back within the checkpoint and rounded up whichever soldiers were finished with their task and requested them to assist him in stocking up Lethe promising them after they finished stocking the shelves they may go about their own business within the encampment.

The sun emerged from beneath the horizon as it rose over the Outcast territory signaling that it was now another morning of Dante?s Abyss.
Sleeping in his tent still along with the rest of the Company was Cell Jr. who decided to sleep in a bit and let his men rest as they earned it. Besides, he wanted to delay a bit to see if he would receive any word from his commanding officer, Seventeen. CJ had an idea of what he would like to do from here on out but he needed to confirm it with 17 before doing so, and most likely, he would disallow for whatever it is Cell Junior has in store for this unit.
The commotion of the encampment started to pick up as men were awakening on their own curious as to why they weren?t awakened by their commanding officers horn. It wasn?t until the little blue monster emerged from his tent that it came clear to the other soldiers that he himself had slept in and didn?t even want to get out of bed himself.
CJ looked to the men nearby him who were interacting with one another, ?Men,? said the little officer to grab their attention as those who heard him call, strolled up to him. ?What?s up boss?? asked one of the soldiers, ?Something wrong?? another questioned.
Cell Jr. smiled as he looked at the men, ?No nothing?s wrong, just thought I?d give you guys some extended rest.? He hoped the men bought that excuse as it was semi-true. He did want to give his men a rest, but he also wanted to buy time since he was still uncertain on his decision as to what he should do today. ?I need a favor,? request CJ of the men nearby. The men replied immediately, ?Anything for you boss;? Cell Junior kept the cheery mood up as he told them the favor, ?Good, I need you guys to rally the men up and bring them to the base of the tower so I can make an announcement about today.? ?Right away boos,? the men said as they ran off in all different directions to spread the word. The little blue monster let a giant sigh as he made his way around his tent and headed for Oblivion Tower. ?What should I say?? mumbled CJ.
~*~*~*~
The time had come, the unit was at the base of the tower as they waited for their leader to show himself, they were unsure of what he was going to say, they assumed it would be the usually we are the build nonsense which the group was growing ill over.
However their leader had another plan, one he was still deciding on. ?Here we go,? he said as he stepped onto the balcony. The commotion of the crowd came to an abrupt end as their commanding officer emerged onto one of the many balconies of Oblivion Tower.
The freckled leader waited a second before he spoke as he took in a deep breath, ?I have some good news, and some bad news? It might both be bad news, I?m not sure how you guys will take to it.? CJ paused as the mob below started to gossip between one another about what the news is.
?We won?t be building anything today,? the crowd cheered interrupting CJ?s second half of the line as he was about to announce the so-called bad news. CJ started to speak over the uproar of his unit, ??we will be however, moving from here and heading south. We are to leave as soon as possible.?
The crowd was mixed on it but they were pleased more so at not having to build anything that a simple hike would be cakewalk compared to building all day. Slowly the congregation dispersed into the encampment as tents started to fall down and some disappearing as they packed up.
~*~*~*~
After giving his goodbyes to the men at Oblivion and Lethe, CJ took his unit and started to head south as Corey shouldn?t be too far away and that he should be able to get news from him about 17 and why he hasn?t received word from anyone.

The daylight was growing older as Cell Junior's Company kept marching along heading south unsure of where they were going. CJ on the other hand had somewhat of an idea of where he was going. If luck were on his side, he would run into someone of Outcasts Team who could fill him in on 17 or any news of that matter. If it were bad luck that was on his side, than simply he would run into an enemy group and have to fight.
What can be so bad about that? CJ was confident in his men that they could win no matter who opposed them, unless they were outnumbered by an insane amount of enemy troops which he highly doubt would decide the fate of his Company due to the sheer fact that the other team would need hundreds, thousands of troops to outnumber Cell Junior in anyway possible.
That thought actually put a smile on CJ's face, probably the first time in recent events where he smiled and actually meant it. After all, wasn't a fight what his men and CJ himself wanted? Hell, the winged creature would raise giant flags and blow his horn with every breath of air he had to signal for people to attack, but he knew better. Cockiness would only place his men in an un-winnable situation and that wouldn't be good.
~*~*~
After hiking along the rich grass of Outcast territory yet to be spoiled by blood, the group noticed something in the distance, a building of some sort. Unsure of whose it was, they pressed on, closing the gasp between them and the potential harmful building ahead.
As they closed in, they were able to see it was a fort with yellow flags flying above giving the group a sigh of relief, as it was an Outcast building after all. ?We?re here men,? said CJ as he pointed at the obvious Outcast Fort despite the fact the entire group already noticed it.
The battalion headed towards the fort as the doors opened up noticing the yellow colors amongst the army and recognizing them as Outcasts.
?Welcome to Fort Hyperton,? yelled General Corey who was making his way towards Cell Junior?s Company who was now within the inner walls of the newly constructed fort.
Cell Jr. jumped up onto a box and made a quick announcement, ?For the time being men of my company, we will be staying here. Make yourselves at home and be courtesy to those of Fort Hyperton.?
?We meet again,? smirked Corey who moved his hand outward as a formal greeting to CJ who was getting off the box. ?Yes, we do meet again,? laughed Cell Junior as he shook Corey?s hand. ?Come with me, I?ll show you your quarters,? said Corey who was now leading Junior away to his room.
~*~*~*~
Nightfall now looms over the Fort as Cell Junior is disturbed by a knock at his door followed by a voice, ?General Cell Junior, I have a message for you sir.?
?Come in,? the winged creature replied excitedly, ?Must be Commander Seventeen, at last!?
The door squeaked opened as a reptilian dressed in yellow clothing kneeled before CJ?s feet and held out a piece of parchment rolled up and tied by a white string.
?Thank you, you may go now,? replied the pleased General. ?Wait,? signaled Cell Jr. as he called for the messenger to stand before him. ?What took so long?? Questioned the cerulean monster.
?Weather sir, along with I traveled to Oblivion Tower only to be told you went south and I followed suit and ran into this Fort, I checked in and found out you were here, and here I am,? the reptilian replied as stood at attention before Cell Junior.
CJ stood before the reptile in front of him as he looked up at the man who towered over him, ?Very well than, I apologize for leaving Oblivion Tower and forcing you to run around not knowing where I was, I take it Leader Seventeen is alive and well since you returned here.?
?Alive and well,? reassured the reptilian as he headed for the door being dismissed by Commander CJ.
Heading back towards his writing table, the freckled creature dropped into his seat and placed his feet up onto the top of the desk as he watched the door close behind the messenger. The door closed as CJ looked back at the parchment and untied the rope unrolling the note.
The dotted warrior began to chuckle as he read aloud the opening part of the note, ?Dear Mr. Cell Junior.? He went on reading the rest of the note to himself as his eyes scrolled each line intently seeing what his next orders are.

Mr. Cell Junior rolled around in his makeshift bed of hay and grass, having trouble staying asleep as it was now morning and the sun pierced through the window slits lighting up the General?s Bedroom. CJ grunted as he continued to find a comfortable sleeping position and kept trying to block the sunlight out of his eyes with his hands.
The eyes of the winged monster grew heavy as he was just getting ready to fall asleep unaware of the approaching nuisance that was about to interrupt him?
On the other side of the General?s door hung a sign by the door handle, which read in bright red letters on a piece of lumber painted white, DO NOT DISTURB!
Back inside the glorious well-lit room of the tiny General, his eyes finally closed and as if he was under surveillance by his peers who were out to piss him off, he heard the worst sound he could have ever heard? Knock! Knock! Knock!
?What the fuck?? yelled the General as he sat up looking at the door with a killer instinct ready to pounce on whoever walked in.
The door handle shook as whoever was on the other side tried to open it but was denied thanks to the invention of the lock. ?What do you want,? growled the freckled creature from his bed; a deepened voice bellowed back through the door, ?General Cell Junior, we have company from another Outcast Battalion.? From the crack between the bottom of the door and the floor, CJ could see whomever it was at the door departed as the shadow was gone and the floor creaked with each passing step that the person took.
Cell Junior leapt from the topside of his bed to the wooden floor below as he made for the door not having to get dressed as he wore no clothes and was technically naked around the clock.
?Probably Leader Seventeen, about time I get to see him again, been about two weeks since I last spoke to him face to face,? mumbled CJ as he unlocked his bedroom door and made his way out onto one of the inner ledges of the newly finished and furnished Hyperton Fortress. Veering out at the courtyard below, the winged creature was actually quite surprised at what he saw, it wasn?t Commander Seventeen, but rather fellow General Egg.
?Well I be damned,? said Cell Junior aloud as he jumped down from the ledge onto a shack?s room followed by the hardened dirt ground of the inner fortress.
He never actually introduced himself to Egg but he was intrigued by him simply because he seems quite mysterious but than again, everyone here is as no one is yapping away their autobiography.
Cell Jr. made his way up to Egg and held out his tiny white hand, ?Welcome to Hyperton Fortress,? the winged monster said with a cheesy smile.
