Good instrumentation, but it was way too long for a pop song. Unless you are developing a melody, or busting out an epic solo, your song shouldn't be 10 minutes long.

Suicide & Redemption by Metallica. The whole Death Magnetic album is full of great instrumentation, but the lyrics throughout are revolting. I guess that's why I like the instrument-only track the best. :B
