You know what? I'm tired of showing team spirit or being prideful or in any way doing anything more than being completely emo about this thing. We obviously aren't allowed to even attempt to garner any feeling that we might win, so "why bother" right? Is that how we are supposed to respond?

Dante is going to lose. We obviously have too large of heads for this tournament, what, with hoping to possibly win or something. How cocky of us, we should really be competing to get third place. Anything higher is straight arrogance.

EDIT: Ignoring my annoyance and sarcasm about the subject, I really am just getting tired of being expected to mope around under the assumption that we are always screwed or that we owe it to everyone to completely wipe just to nerf us to make things fair. Especially beings that we aren't even near the most powerful team at the moment; I truely think that Outcasts have the win here. At least they aren't getting shit on.

If you look more closely at what I was pointing out in my post, you would probably see that I wasn't attacking the 'team spirit' you're trying to garner, but the fact that Broli - the individual - was being contradictory and hypocritical.

I wasn't attacking Dante as a whole in any way or form, and I apologize if it seemed that I was. :\

Its cool, sorry to seem snappy. I had more mentioning the Broli thing, but edited it out at one point. Lack of sleep and all, I actually tried to keep from ranting on somethings, and the Broli thing went with it.

I don't think it was hypocritical. My army wasn't complaining about being inactive. I just said offhand that they weren't as active as usual because we weren't doing anything.

Veggie head, on the other hand, was saying that it wasn't his fault that he hasn't been around much because his main army got killed.

Don't make the connection between Vegeta and my army. It isn't there.

To Rad: It's fine if one of the Dante PCs die legitimately. I don't think Burt would just kill one of our guys just to make it cool. I was just pointing out to the other players that no one should die just because it'd be an awesome ending to Syntech.

Everyone is under the same scale. I'm not taking "there is nothing to rp!" after the insanely creative things I've seen done so far.

On the same token, anyone who dies, dies because I think they deserve to die over the other people in the same situation. Some times it's nobody, some times it's all but one person. It happens.

In other news... I really feel that Mino is the only person that ever did the "suicide" into certain death thing correctly in order to live through it. He did it, and it was like "holy shit... we have to make him live somehow for doing that". Anything after that, its like "ok, so what, mino did it already".

Yea, I know. I read some of his stuff before DA:C, and he was good enough to get Vegeta.... So yea, I think his RPing skils are better then a few on Dante.
