Everyone from Hyperton Fortress has moved around and into the fort from behind it.
They have begun hostile actions immediately, simple warning shots from snipers and soldiers lining up in battle positions in preparation for an attack. Dante remains in the distance ![]() Want a cookie?

"Hold the line! Don't let mere shots scare you! They're out of range!" roared the Saiya-Jin Commander. The force awaited in position on the edge of the battlefield, far out of range of the fort.
Broli scratched his chin, a strategy forming in his mind. "Touche, Mr. Cell Jr."

Buu grimaced from within the bounds of Fort Bajir. The gigantic army on the horizon confirmed his fears ? Dante were encroaching, and they weren?t being subtle about it. They had already marched past Hyperton Fortress, and were now well into Outcast territory.
The majin tucked away his binoculars with a sigh. It had been a week now since he?d last seen Seventeen, and they hadn?t exactly parted on a good note. To make matters worse, Supes hadn?t received any messages to confirm his commander?s location. Was it possible that the cyborg was bitter about the way Buu had treated his girlfriend? No, thought the majin. It wouldn?t be like Seventeen to let something so petty get to him. No, Buu had a feeling, and it wasn?t good. He could handle his leader being mad at him, but if anything bad had happened ? The golem shook his head. Now wasn?t the time to be thinking such dark thoughts. War was imminent, and he had to be there for the men. Buu hadn?t exactly proved himself ideal leader material so far, and it was almost guaranteed that his troops would be anxious about the battle ahead. Striding down the stone hallways, Supes could tell that morale was shaky. Clenching his fist, a bead of sweat trickled down his face. What would Seventeen do? ~*~*~*~
Within the large dining hall, the troops were assembled. The bare walls whispered in the wind, mingling with the words of the soldiers ? all of them eager to hear what their General had to say. Standing before them, Buu breathed deeply. ?OUTCASTS!? Like a sonic boom, that one word echoed outwards, leaving ripples in its wake. Buu smirked his trademark smirk before taking in another mighty gulp of air. He was going to need it. ?Out in that field,? he began, ?is an army. I?m sure that some of them have known battle before; just as you have. And I?m sure that for some of them, it is their first battle, as it will be for many of you.? Buu opened his mouth wide like a snake, fangs gleaming in the sunlight. ?They are the same as we are! They may look different, but inside they feel the same; nervous, excited, eager ? and afraid. And I guarantee that if you do as I say, they will die.? The golem paused for a moment to let his words sink in. ?This is our land. Our home. If we stand by, Dante will take it, just like they did with Syntech.? His eyes raked those of the soldiers. ?Are you going to let them, or are you going to FIGHT?!? A chorus of ?no?s? came up from the soldiers. ?I can?t hear you!? bellowed Buu, his voice shaking the battlements. ?Let me a hear a HELL NO!? ?HELL NO!? ?Take up positions!? roared the General. ?It?s time we showed them not to fuck with the Outcasts!? The walls shook in anticipation as infantry flooded out of the front gates. All around the castle, gunmen took up aim, poking their rifles from the window slots. And up on the battlements, one tall, pink figure clenched his fist. ?I won?t let you down.? ![]() Bra Wrote:People are dumb, essentially.

Miss Kimidori was walking through the lines of soldiers, her eyes wide with excitement at the battle that was to be played in front of her. The youth would join in the fight of course, that was without question. While she wasn?t exactly the best at following the orders of her officers, being the fact that while she was fiercely loyal, had a honor code, and the like, Akane liked to move her own way. While she would listen to her commanders the girl would often stray slightly, meaning that while she would fight the enemy, she might not do it exactly the way her officers wanted. This was why she was a soldier. Here the youth could do what she loved and was best at, fighting the enemy. Not mindless fighting like some soldiers, but rather, the refined combat that was her martial art style.
Walking up behind the tall, or at least to her, figure that was Reijin the youth leapt into the air, catching him off guard. Placing her hands over his eyes she crossed her legs on the strong man?s chest, as to hold herself on his body as she spoke to the warrior. In-between fits of the giggles the golden haired youth spoke to the warrior. ?Guess who this is!? She exclaimed, laughing as she did so. Without any effort however the man guessed, much to her disappointment. He was to good at this game, as he could always guess that it was Akane who had snuck up on him. Climbing up higher on to the individuals back the youth brought her bottom on to the man?s shoulders, resting on him like she was having a piggy back ride. From up here the girl could see everything in the distance, and the fort ahead. Hugging his neck, she whispered into his ear. ?Pretty dark and gloomy looking?. She said quietly, which after a few moments later she received a response from Reijin. ?I have to give it one compliment. It is prettier then your face!? With a gasp Akane clinged to him, giggling at his playful comment. (So sue me. I wanted to bond with Rei Rei! >_>)

Vejita I's eyes were consumed of tranquility, not even a slender hint of worry was expressed. The days of Dante had affected the creatue mentally, physically, and most certainly - emotionally. His brain had been twisted and bended into unfathomable designs and only those events that had occured previously were lingering in the corrupt chambers of his mind. The saiya-jin's actions were undefined and unguided, only involuntary through the buried passion to cling the victory in Dante's Abyss: Conquest.
The racket of impending war had resounded ferociously throughout the vicinity and his trance state could only be derailed due to its authority. His thick brows curled and shifted the wrinkles upon his auburn face. The blood of unknown men, once providing life in them, began to crackle from the hasty facial expression that seemed to shift over him. Vejita's muscles were without command, infected by the awe of the unpredictable clatter originating from the Outcast armies. The murkiness of the dim sunlight surveyed the area and stalked the royal king of his minimal movements. The saiya-jin could only identify the uplifting voice of his comrade, Broli, that seemed to tremble in is ears. Commander Broli's sheer passion seemed to unravel the inabilities of the saiya-jin king as a vibration rumbled throughout him. His heart was enriched of pride and his self-loathing seemed to be diminishing with every contemplation of obliterating the oppsing army. With his limbs placed alongside of him, his fingers seized itself within the interior of his hand. The aspect of this battle was appealing to him, but was undetermined as to why it could overpower such a pivital moment in his existence that he seemingly dwindled on. He was continously viewing the rotted corpse of his own son. That smoldering stack of meat thats stench seemed to be haunting his every breath. The charred remnants of the symbol of himself, the man that would have ruled over his former homeworld with such dignity and valor as he had done so. That dream was unsalvaged however as an enlightening experience had projected itself to him; compelling him to realize that only he was deserving of the title: King. The most disturbing note of the ordeal wasn't that King Vejita had shunned the demise of his own son, not that he denied assistance to the forgotten "king", but that the snarling beast - that darkness that seemed to have crept from the bowels of the saiya-jin ruler's soul had been influenced the saiya-jin warrior to rather enjoy it. Every moment of the flames licking the flesh from Vejita II's bones was everlasting and King Vejita was only in possession of a snicker during it. Reijin, inadvertantly, had provoked this demonic creature into further manipulation of the once ruling king. With every existing breath in the saiya-jin's body however, he was combating with the shadows of himself. He was almost shamed of its presence while being doused with a slight reassurance of its presence. Almost, as if, he had been supplied with a psuedo character to place his horrifying sins upon. This wasn't some force or higher-power stringing the former political figure with every malevolent notion existent in his brain, but was solely the King himself. All of which had congregated; the depression, the anxiety, the shame, the sense of inferiority - it had completely been unleashed. Vejita I's muscles contracted and his lips were hideously structuring with the glimmer of own self butchering the warriors of Outcasts. It was pleasing to him and his brain sought deeply for the words that could equally motivate the soldiers of Dante into the victory that they so desperately desired. "Let their blood flow upon the realm of Dante - yes - Dante. Our world - our belonging - the very place that will refuse to die upon. We will renounce all fear, renounce all hesitation, renounce ALL weakness." His speech could only be expressed in a mere murmur however with the volume of the rifles clashing against his own. Dante's Abyss
"Let their blood flow upon the realm of Dante - yes - Dante. Our world - our belonging - the very place that will refuse to die upon. We will renounce all fear, renounce all hesitation, renounce ALL weakness. And it was a damn good speech, if Cold could say so himself. Earth smudged the changeling's visage, ruefully chastising the lord Cold for his sins committed against an aghast humanity. Never did his visage betray his general thoughts, his unbalances. Nor were his insecurities uprooted amidst his solemn demeanor. However his heart fell heavy as he sat amongst the soldiers, offering them his trials of tyranny and an resolute masquerade of the unnoteworthy who fell beneath an effortless struggle. On the outskirts of another battlement, his arms folded across his chest to protect him from the chilling cascade of wintry delicacy. Again they'd come across these outcasts, those without a place within these plains. Colda felt their purpose had long come and go, yet they continued to remain among the fervor of war. Sighing, though barely, the changeling considered jostling ahead on his lonesome. It was the collar, however, that kept him in line. Its ability to dwarf what art and general prowess he'd claimed, though his ambition only grew beneath such handicaps. It was the collar that controlled them?that binded them in ways they couldn't begin to fathom. No, because deep thought would generally lead to action. And action, impartial to the producers of the worlds highest rated spin-off, would lead to a colorful explosion. Now that he decided to open his eyes he figured there were colorful figures, decorating the outlandish Outland unit, as well as within the closely marching Fusion unit. There was the lieutenant, Rei-something another?Colder hadn't gotten his name. Then there was the syntech girl, who clung to the saiyan. The carefully chosen words of Broli, alongside the detesting and eager passages of war introduced by the first Vegeta, hit the ego just right. There were others, the old man especially, but the murmur of gunfire had finally stirred King Cold back into the hands of the warlords. "War?" he mumbled through gritted teeth, an unseen hand guiding the earth round his feet away from him. Hopefully, the indigo nightmare had returned. Finally finding a moment to escape the ever present child that followed him around, he had crept closer to the actual fighting so that he was sitting in front of a tree facing the battle, while the tree blocked him from view of his own troops. The girl was off playing with Saiba somewhere behind him, thankfully keeping her young mind occupied.
Reijin was leaning back against the tree with one leg bent while the other extended towards the battle, his left arm resting on his knee. His eyes darted amongst various forms in the distance, nearly indistinguishable but somehow spelling out the future battle as if their were merely letters on a large scroll, writing the story. There was a bit of embellishing and exaggerations every now and then, but the core of the story would ring true. A soft breath crept from his lips into the cool breeze as the truth of the next battle dawned on him. He would accept the battle's end regardless, knowing that from the signs before him the Ki energy was simply going to rage in the direction it chose to rage. Something that he had learned from Kasumi long ago before he had killed her as a child was that no matter how powerful and skilled you were at controlling the spiritual energy of the world, you could never allow the energy itself to control you. Ki could be manipulated just as a river of water. You could damn up portions of it to store such energy, allowing you to break the damn when necessary to fill you with a torrent... Or one could simply set forth a simple frail bundle of sticks to stem the flow, diverting it peacefully towards a much simpler and less complicated outcome. In the end, the river will continue to flow, and no damn or bundle of sticks could prevent the call of the natural order itself from making its existance known. She had drilled this into his stubborn Saiyan mind, until he finally had found a way to make peace with his cultured and forged spirit of fury, trying to find a way to seperate the indistinguishable battle lusting creature within him from the calmer tactical master that resided within him. He had learned how to exist harmonically with the world and knew when he could and could not affect the tide of time and events. This would be one such event. He could play out the role in whichever manner he so chose, as an actor upon a stage would, but regardless of the actor that was in the shoes of such a character, the characters themselves would remain the same, telling the same story until time itself had buried each generation of actors. Videl had carried the same rage that he knew from the Saiyan race, somehow contributing an enjoyment for confrontation to the frailer human embodiment. He had fallen for her, against his will, having to come to grips with the flow of energy all over again. Then he had lost her. The world had a constant way of remind him how he was not the one in control, and no matter how much he tried, he would always be lead around. He could either be forced into submission as a puppet, or he could simply learn to accept that which he had control over while acknowledging that which he didn't. In some ways, his 'superior' Saiyan mind still didn't wish to believe this, but by knowing of such occurances in the natural balance of the world, he had set himself aside from all other Saiyans in ways that anyone could see by looking at him. An arc of light formed of coallescing energy at his fintertips as he lifted his right hand up before him, studying the intricate weave of energy dancing throughout the tendrils of his veins. His control of spiritual energy was unmatched by anyone he had met since the two unmistakebly Gaean sisters Akira and Katel Dezmon, and yet there were times that even with every advantage at his fingertips, he had lost. He had a determination that none he had ever met had matched, and yet even a dying Arlian King had recognized him as a mere weapon and tool of any such agenda that would employ his services. His vision tightened as the light show weaving around his fingertips ignited into a more true flame, the searing heat never actually harming his skin while containing the power to roast a living being from the inside just for sheer force of will. Narrow eyes and determination had never been enough to achieve true freedom for him... but perhaps simply experiencing life itself was enough to hold the will to fight for. He had lost Videl as her entire existance was extinguished from every single creature to ever exist's mind by the strongest demons of Hell, and yet they found his own mind to be shielded in ways that Dabura himself could not have cracked. He still had yet to make sense of exactly what had happened upon blacking out in his attempt to open the door to save her. He only knew the cliff notes of what had happened, while never actually having experienced the story. His mind had protected the memories it could while not betraying him through the greed of trying to hold everything. He slowly pushed himself to his feet as his cloak fell back into place, his hands brushing it off before pulling it closer to his body in an attempt to shield himself from the cold. They truely were simply letters in the distance, forming words upon the story of things to come. ![]() "I'm gonna fuck that unicorrrrrn"

Three weeks. It had been three weeks since Dante?s Abyss had commenced, three weeks since the bloodshed had started. Battles were fought, some lost, some had won. Dante had already conquered Snyntech?s own army.
Conquest had changed the old man, from a simple hermit, to something else, though even the old man didn?t know what that was. Gohan had thought the battlefield was no place for children, now he had one as a lieutenant, considered one a comrade, and another one, kind of spacey who had a thing for peaches. Back at Port Karolin, he had purchased a Kitsune mask, something he began to wear in battle, it was something he had been reflecting on since he first got it. It was as though this single item had changed him more than anything else. Shortly after the death of Vegeta, the last remaining Syntech warrior, Reijin, the young lieutenant of Dante had offered him a position in his alliance, Xero Tolerance Complex, which Gohan had humbly accepted. In this single event known as Dante?s Abyss: Conquest; Gohan had made plenty of allies. Any enemies he had made, they had been killed off; though Dante still had to go through two more armies before they were deemed the winner. The thought alone made the aged human chuckle slightly, a winner in war? No. War was simply the answer people gave when they cared not enough to try and work out differences other ways. Though this war was slightly different; his collar was proof of that. This war, this conquest for was people?s entertainment. Though no lives were lost, the pain, the hardships, the relationships, they were all still real. OOC: Writers block like a mofo! >=O ![]() ありがとう人造人間18号

Kakarot stood by himself on one of the south facing walls, looking out at the looming storm cloud that was Dante?s army. Most would have been sweating bullets at the impending battle, but the saiyajin?s face betrayed no such notions and was a sea of calm as he quietly sipped at one of his juice boxes as the wind shifted his spiky hair.
?Shit, where is that stupid Lieutenant!? Cursed Derrick as he stomped through the encampment. He was fuming over the fact that Kakarot was supposed to be at a meeting regarding strategies so everyone was coordinated, but a certain someone was not there. ?I swear, if he wasn?t my commanding officer I would kick him in the ass!? Just as those words passed his lips, he saw the familiar outline of Kakarot standing and watching over the battlefield. Without a moment to waste, the soldier ducked in to an archway to race up to the top of the encampment to confront the absent Lieutenant. ?You? were? supposed? to be? at the meeting!? It was only the last part he was able to get out with a single breath. Kakarot blinked innocently and pointed at himself as if he wasn?t sure who Derrick was referring too. ?Me? What meeting?? The soldier ground his teeth in frustration, but managed to calm himself before responding to his superior. ?The strategic meeting regarding our upcoming battle with them!? He shoved a shaking finger towards the awaiting Dante horde. He looked out towards their enemy, and then back at the soldier with a confused look upon his face. ?Why would we need a meeting for that? It?s really simple.? He nodded matter-of-factly. ?We?re going to wait until they get here and then we are going to attack! There is no need for a meeting.? Derrick looked at Kakarot with a stunned face. Many thoughts ran through the soldier?s head, the most prevalent one being ?How the hell did this guy become a Lieutenant??, others were a bit more obscene and filled with numerous curse words. In truth, it took quite a bit of willpower not to tremble in anger at the stupidity of that man?s words; however, it left him with little to stop Derrick from running off his mouth. ?Look I don?t know much about you but if you think-? Strangely, Derrick had found himself unable to say another word, as if there was a great pressure on his chest that was keeping him from exhaling. ?I?ve been waiting for this?? Kakarot said suddenly, quietly. It didn?t seem as if he was taking to Derrick or that if he even noticed the soldier was still there, but he continued in that low voice. ?I can feel you, out there over with Dante- I couldn?t sense you before but now that you?re this close?? Abruptly the atmosphere in the area shifted and the soldier next to the saiyajin fell down to his hands and knees before clutching his chest tightly with one hand. The pressure that had once seemed to be weighing down on his lungs had spread all over and now just trying to keep himself from being crushed by the overwhelming heaviness took every bit of his being. Derrick could also feel sweat no trickling down his face and splattering onto the stone floor beneath him, this wasn?t created by physical strain however it was something else, something he didn?t expect to feel in the presence of Kakarot. Fear. The hand holding Kakarot?s juice box clenched into a fist and crushed the container, and vaporized it instantly. ?Show me what you got Dante!? He roared cheerfully, a childish grin on his face that belied the killer aura his saiyajin heritage gave off. ![]()

Not being able to find Reijin had been quite a bummer for the young Akane, to the point where she felt that her entire day could be ruined if she didn?t fix it quickly. Of course the angel did not despair for long; rather, she decided to spend her time wisely in pursuit of inner knowledge and peace. Finding refuge in a rather old looking tree far back from the battle lines of Dante the golden youth had sought its branches, climbing to the highest possible comfortable point. Sitting in the embracing branches the teen found herself feeling the breeze giving her a inner depth of peace; the calmness of the nature around her pervading into her spirit; giving her a deciphered outlook on her physical surrounding and ethereal existence that was her life.
Sitting in the wooden balcony the thoughts of the youth drifted, becoming so obscene and unclear that the very thoughts she had faded into nothingness, becoming blurred with her existence. Her thoughts faded away, leaving behind a void of clarity that was her consonance. Sitting there for some time the figures ear twitched, catching the sounds of birds chirping in the distance; the sound of the breeze blowing in the grass, the sounds of the breeze rustling in the branches; A symphony of nature at its finest. Exhaling Akane felt peace overtake her like a suffocation, cutting off all her senses in one swift motion. She was like a infant now, her external abilities being swiftly cut out; allowing her to uphold the deeper thought that was quickly overtaking her mind. Inhaling deeply the golden girl let loose a torrent of her thoughts, her face concentration; her muscles contracting in and out, as if in spasms. Suddenly the golden eyes of the girl flittered open, as if in shock. Inhaling the for the first time since the exhale from when she sacrificed her senses the girl muttered to herself. ?I can?t think clearly..? Rustling in the tree Akane withdrew a juicy peach from her clothes, delivering a bite to the peach. Swallowing a morsel the innocent girl whispered to herself. ?This isn?t just a game anymore..?

The sun pressed down the landscape and its inhabitants. Outcast remained at their fort on the opposite end, anxiously waiting for an attack that had yet to come. Broli looked on eagerly, his eyes tracing each and every partition of the structure. There had to be a way in. There had to be some way to gain an upper hand without sacrificing most of his soldiers in the process.
He looked up to the sky, then into the distance behind him. Minoshia had been gone a long time. No updates had come from messengers in his stead, Broli?s fears growing with each and every passing day. His Lieutenant was missing, and it was only fitting that a new Lieutenant be raised in his place until the Konat was to return. ?Akane Kimidori!? shouted the Saiya-Jin, the female soldier rushing to his side. She had proved useful, locating outposts all along the Syntech coast that Dante had used for ultimate victory. ?Gather the men. We?re leaving.? Broli never broke his stare from the outpost in the distance as he relayed these orders. Akane nodded slowly, stuttering out the orders for assembly. ?Oh, and Akane, congratulations on the promotion, Lieutenant.? A small smile appeared on the curving corners of Akane?s lips, Broli giving her a pat to the back as he walked by. "Start on the trenches," Broli whispered to Vejita. With that, Broli and his men prepared to leave the battlefield. OOC: Vejita and Co. have begun building trenches on the edge of the battlefield.

Buu stepped out of the shower, a towel draped around his bare shoulders. The great thing about being made out of puttalin was that drying yourself off was easy. The bad thing was the static electricity you got from doing so.
?That?s the third fucking time!? yelped the monster as a tiny spark crossed his fingers. ?Christ, if I didn?t know better I?d say I was made of rubber!? He allowed a wry grin to cross his face before stroking his chin. ?I wonder if androids short-circuit when they take a bath ??? Just as the golem was wondering whether or not it would be wise to towel his private parts, the door burst open. A messenger strode in, speaking as he did so. ?Sir, the troops are ?? he paused abruptly at the sight of his commanding officer in the nude. Buu scowled, putting his hands on his hips. ?What? Haven?t you ever seen a naked puttalin golem-thing before?? He thrust his finger forward. ?Spit it out, soldier!? ?Uhh ? okay.? The messenger stared up at a hole on the ceiling. ?The troops are all in position, awaiting Dante?s advance. Scouts are on the roof looking out for enemy movement in all directions. We?re ready whenever you are.? The majin thrust a fist into his open palm, grinning. ?Excellent!? he exclaimed. ?I?ll be down in a minute. Let me know if anything happens in the meantime. Dismissed!? ?Yes sir!? The man exchanged a quick salute before leaving the room, looking somewhat relieved. Satisfied that he was dry enough, Buu picked up his discarded parachute pants and pulled them on. Unfortunately, his collar prevented him from simply moulding a new pair. For a moment, he was still, listening to the sound of the messenger?s footsteps echo down the hallway. Then, when they had all but vanished from earshot, Super closed the door. Leaning his back against its wooden surface, he shut his eyes and breathed. It was almost time. He opened his mouth. ?Are you there?? Silence for a moment. Then, as if it had been waiting for some cue, a voice came. Yes. I?ve been wondering when thou wouldst contact me again. Even though he was alone in the room, the majin scowled, his eyes drifting to the corner of the room. ?I haven?t exactly been in a hurry to talk to the guy who killed my friend and teacher.? Thou shouldst be concentrating on thyself at the moment. A great battle lies before thee. ?I know,? snapped Super. ?Why do you think I called you?? He crossed his arms, regaining his composure, before continuing. ?After the fight with Bardock, you said something about being my ?Guardian Angel?.? He sighed. ?That right?? That is correct. ?Well then ?? began the majin hopefully, ?can you find out where Seventeen is, and if he?s alive?? There was a pause. Then, I cannot do that. Super?s brow raised. ?Why not? You?re an angel, just use your telepathy or whatever.? It?s ? not that easy. This planet limits telepathy, and Seventeen is far away. ?But ? that doesn?t make sense,? Buu murmured, scratching his hairless scalp. ?If your telepathy is limited by range, how come you can contact me?? Thou should not concern thyself with it, muttered the voice of Zanshin. All thou needs to thinkest about is the battle ahead. ?And tell me,? snarled the monster, ?why shouldn?t I be concerned with whether my best friend is alive or dead? Tell me the truth.? I -- Footsteps came down the hallway, and Buu turned just as the door opened. ?What is it?? ?Dante,? panted the messenger. ?Some of them are leaving.? ?Leaving?? The golem raised his eyebrows and pushed past the soldier. ?Let?s go.? ![]() Bra Wrote:People are dumb, essentially.

OOC: I guess I'll be RPing here for right now. Oh, and officially in XTC now.
The senseless wandering was seemingly mental anguish upon the saiya-jin commander with every inch he acquired. Team Fusion and their armies were plowing onwards without acknowledgement for the endangers ahead, but were implemented with only a potent pride for the forces of Dante. The waverering trees danced vigorously to stalk the unknown quantity of soldiers, their craniums tilted upwards with an absence of trepidation. Their muscles were of an abundance of adrenaline with the inhabitance ideas pertaining to butchering those referring to themselves solely as "Outcasts". All that could be viewed from the distance were the customary Dante garments doused in the blemishes of blood and soil with their commander present at the front. Vejita's march, the typical epitome of arrogance, had been implaced with one of fatigue. His legs wabbled with his muscles resisting the authority of his commands to further motion through the realm of Bajir Fort. Even his comrade, Reijin, could detect the effect of this war upon the saiya-jin king with a peculiar glance. "Don't look at me so, Reijin. The people of Dante hold faith in me as our people once did. My physical anguish holds no contest to the mental torture that will be placed upon me if failure strikes me again." His words were so poetic, and still enriched of miniature grains of compassion even under the realization of his ultimate self. Doubt was still corrupting his thought process that the face of the unthinking predator that held Zarbon's head above in stride, doubting the truth that it was actually him in the shadows. "As we lead ourselves into the middle of death itself, I will accept your offer. There will be no other place for me other than Xero Tolerance. I wish to learn from you, learn of the man my son used to be and to perhaps learn to....accept this form of him now. You were, afterall, his most trusted ally." War was approaching them, but Vejita I's mind was shuffling in desperation to implant only positive thoughts in his mind at this point. This was perhaps his final moments; the ultimate challenge for King Vejita whether his brain could comprehend it or not.
