None, really. You get weekly TPs to distribute among your stats to raise your ki.

It depends on how you train. The way you balance/unbalance your various stats will affect your ki.

I'm not entirely sure what more needs explaining.
Once you have an active character, you will be set up with a roster/training account. Every week Free Training Points are added to that roster account. You can then distribute the points between your stats as you see fit. How you choose to distribute these points affects how much additional ki you recieve for your training. There is a balance to all of the stats. Without Attack Power, its difficult to use Strength. Defense is aided by Recovery, and an amazing Speed will be useless without the Stamina to back it up. The theory behind the balance is simple. When a character's body is effectively attuned with itself, they are able to channel and wield more ki at a higher level of efficiency than they would be able to otherwise. ![]() "It's on my brain, driving me insane. There's a formula we use to calculate how much ki each member has base don their physicals stats.

We can't tell you the formula. Just know that the more TPs you put into the physical stats, the higher your ki goes, and the closer your paired stats are (strength/attack power, defense/recovery, and speed/stamina) the mor eki you gain when you train those.

We've told you how the system works. You're not allowed to know the formula we use. o.O
