O.o I'm completely curious as to what those expectations were? I know you well enough to know you didn't expect to survive dropping your own bomb.

The plan went differently in theory. 17 and me were to build the bomb and then teleport out before it blew.

There were some other things, but the main one was Kibbles dying. Seemed random. His roleplays were badass in my mind - but then again, I'm a fanboy.

I'm sure I'll get over it. Just my kneejerk bitching.

By the way, Rei, I may as well ask - how did you know about the bomb beforehand? >_> I'm guessing like, scouts? Or did Burter give you a telepathy bulletin or something?

I started setting it up about [D] Dante heads towards Bajir Fort and continued setting it up. When I went to post, I knew there were a couple of people that might be in danger, and I knew that I myself was in some deep crap (I seriously believe I was in contention for removal this time) due to how confusing this fight was. I figured Akane was the best nearby to rebound roleplays off of, but then the deadline came and I hadn't had the opportunity, so I just moved on with the plan.

I guess it was like a gut feeling. I've learned a few things over the course of these events about how some people play the game, and I take that into account when I can. And I mean that in a good way towards the people I'm referring to. Your move, SB, was definately an admirable one, especially beings that you could potentially recreate yourself after the detonation if it came to it, which just apparently didn't happen (for fairness I assume). I'm not sure that I'd want to eliminate myself for the greater goal like that, both OOC as the player of the game, and IC as the type of character Reijin is.

Yeah, the Buu regeneration was disabled by the collar, along with a few other unbalancing racial skills. Although, really, those are more for flavor rather than giving a real advantage anyway.

With the collar, he can't do any kind of regeneration. Can't even stretch, poor bastard.

I initially intended to go down fighting, and IC that's what SB intended to do, but then we came up with the idea of 17 orbing out of the fortress. Supes is kamikazi, and he wanted to prove himself able to help his friends, so I guess he did, if only a little.

I'll be completely honest about something.

The idea of creating a true bomb and then teleporting away does actually surprise me. Its just not something I figured could be done here, and I commend you for thinking outside the box there.

To be honest, what I actually expected was for you to do the Chaioutzu type trick, and maybe Goku and a few others thing from the show. The thing Vejita did as well. The ole' "EVERYONE RUN *charges energy and goes boom in self explosion energy wave*"

I dunno. Burter never said you couldn't. I just roleplayed him as not being able to. >_> I never explicitly mentioned it, but SB doesn't do it, either. I like the logic behind KR collars, so I pretty much just copied those.

Edit: And yeah, had to use Metal Binding for something. I was going to roleplay Buu using all of the discarded weaponry of the dead, including ki energy cells from the guns to power the bomb, but I didn't want to risk writing it and then have everyone on Dante side roleplay walking out of the fortress before Burter updated.

Didn't pan out, though. ='(
