I think it's supposed to look like that; it looks good to me. Gives it a hazy/dreamy feel. Nice job, 18.

Burter has the write up, but it's meant to be gentel and dreamy, that was the theme.

I feel this conveys a "Gentle" feeling because of the color, mostly. I used light blues because blue is supposed to be a gentle color. I fixed up 16's so he had a smile and gave him a glow affect to add to the overall image. I used a cursive font, which is usually soft, and had it glow too. The boarder was just...well, for fun, I guess.
