He WANTED to be Daizu, and we had accepted it, but apparently someone else got registered instead.

He's talking about character from the show-wise, Rei, and he is. I don't see why the current Daizu should have his character taken away. It wasn't let known that he was given to Marron.

But I am inclined to agree with HF. Daizu already registered and he's already started RPing. He shouldn't have his character pulled from him. Is there nobody else that Marron's interested in?

I already stated beforehand (I believe, could be wrong) that due to Marron having been here as long as s/he has, and given the reasoning, I was cool with no penalty So unless Rad has a problem with it, go for it.
