Ok.. IS the bomb actully gonna go off? I would of guessed since the whole transformation thing, it would accidently go off or some thing.. Who's choice is it down to?

With the moon out, the only person who would be able to actually look for a bomb would be 18. So, I guess its her choice.

If there's no moon, you get to choose because you trigger oozaru yourself by throwing a glowing ball into the air. Right now, it's an actual full moon so all saiyans with tails are going oozaru.

It depends actually, you don't have to have a tail. It's up to every saiyajin to have a tail or not, if you don't have one you won't and can't go Oozaru. And really, you can avoid turning Oozaru by simply not looking at the moon, they have to look at the moon before they change.

Does that apply to Saiyans with no tails, or do you intend for EVERY Saiyan to be Oosaru?

They are all inside, there is no possible way for them to see the moon, now if there were folks outside still that looked at the moon then I'm sure parts of the building will be crushed. But with the base in a high alert and intruders inside I'm sure everyone is inside looking for us with the base on lock down.

And since we are in the middle of wilderness with no wandering saiyans we should be fine, let's just carry on, if BJ has a problem he can say so and we can have some giant ape start busting the building apart from the outside.
