As for the alliance, here is an idea:

Aligned Tribal Lords:
This connection of various nations aims at one goal: self-preservation. Through whatever means necessary, these allies use their diverse intrests and resources to aid one another at every chance. Restricting itself in no particular fashion, ATL has no political, economic, or warring prerequisites. An ally must simply be loyal and helpful.

I know other nations are possible, but I don't know the criteria for them showing up. I know there are to many nations for them all to show up without destroying their server so that isn't allowed.
