It's true. Honestly though, I have no problems with my body. No shame what so ever. Why? What do I have to be ashamed about? Any flaws with my body are my own fault, and if I wanted to, I could change them. I just don't. Because I'm happy with myself.
I run 6 miles because they tell me too. And if I don't, they'll yell at me and make me do push-ups. My scrawny arms can't take that.
